They know the kids love the feeling of winning but don't want them to get too upset going home empty handed, so they'll try their best to help. They also got Labubu for you to try, but they are expensive ($8 - $10) to play. My husband got really lucky by rolling a lucky number 13 the first time he tried the mini Labubu. I must give Claw Haus 5 stars bc I clawed a Labubu and Smiski here on the same day! I also have to add I suck at claw machines so beyond me how I managed to win these. The claw Gods were with me. Lols The owner greeted us when we walked in and explained how to purchase a play card since you don't use coins. The place is clean, cute and lined with claw machines on both sides with a good variety of plushies my girls liked. There is also a shelf on the right with a bunch of cute stuff you can purchase or use your credit to trade in if you don't feel like testing your luck with the machines. There was another staff member walking around for any help we needed. He was also like our personal hype man, cheering us on when we played and making sure my lil girls had fun. First timers here! We came here with a group who is celebrating their birthday and most of us came here for the first time. The staff were very friendly and energetic! They helped out the kiddos. Someone in our group got a Labubu! They had small prize claw machines and medium sized machines. And they even had interesting ones where you roll this multi die probably 20 numbers and you have to roll one of the two numbers to win a blind box. They had a variety of cute plushies that were all desirable such as some Sanrio characters, Stitch, xolyotl and more. All the kiddos were all winners and had a fun time. We purchased the $50 card worth 200 credits (as the best value) but then a 3 credit for the card itself. The Labubu plays were 30 credits ($10 worth). Most claw machines were 6 credits. Some claw machines were 15 credits. Thus Claw Haus is definitely a kid pleaser and for adults too! Apparently the owner is a huge doll collector and collected all of the ones at the top of the merchandise section. They are doing a drawing on 9/22 i think if you buy the $50 card. The prize is a Halloween sought after toy or some other ones that I'm not familiar with. Would be fun to win! I think we will definitely be back for another play time!! The stuffies are not the best either compared to the other stores near by. I couldn't even pay for the labubu I wanted when they stated when I walked in "or you can just pay for it instead of play".
