Totally disappointing. The show room is full of machines that don't work. The staff (lady, owner perhaps) was very rude. I can't see this place being in business much longer, and frankly, I wouldn't care. I had called on Friday about a part, and the lady said she would make sure that she brought it in with her on Saturday. I specifically asked about the hours, as we live 45+ minutes away. We arrived and waited beyond the 10:30 opening time, and still not open. Decided to drive around. Came back around 11:00 and the store was open. When we got inside, it was clear that she had forgotten to bring the part and the charade started, trying to cover her a$$. We waited and was told someone was bring the part "soon". Finally, when I asked later, the lady just told me "that I could go somewhere else, or order it online. She made it like she was doing me the favor. We walked out after that. I strongly believe in supporting small businesses as I drove quite a distance when I could have just ordered it online. A very disappointing experience. read more

I was in the store when Charles k. Was in on 6/13. I have to say this couple in the store was rude, and threatening to the owners. I was extremely shocked that people treat people like this. He started screaming at the owner because she told him the tech would be 10 min. I was extremely uncomfortable when this man started yelling at them but concerned for the safety of the owner getting threatened. She asked him to leave her store. This man never even purchased his machine from here and she was trying to help him with a repair for a machine he bought elsewhere. read more

Our great experience with Slot Machine Store started at the AZ Home Show. We purchased two slot machines. We were very pleased at the price we paid for the two machines! The show was crazy busy but the ladies at the show made time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot of questions!! We learned this was a family operated business and the two ladies were mom & daughter. We arranged the delivery date for the following weekend. They called a couple days later & gave us a two hour window for our delivery. On the day of the delivery we received a call from the delivery person who wanted to let us know he was running a little late. We thanked him for calling and letting us know. We've had a lot of deliveries from different companies who just show up when they want no matter if they give you a delivery time or not. Makes me crazy. When they delivered the machines, the machines & guys were great!! They had to lug both these HEAVY machines upstairs! The one gentleman (which we found out is the son!) went thru step by step how to operate each machine. He answered all of our questions. And again, we had a lot of questions! He also made sure he gave us their business card with all the phone #'s we need. He told us if we ever have a problem to call. Someone would always answer & walk us thru any problems! The machines both have a 1 year warranty & they make house calls!! Very important! We could never get these machines down the stairs & in the car! Because of the great service so far we are going to drive the hour to the store to look at the pinball machines, pool table supplies & other game room goodies!
