Slot Machine Store - Videos & Video Game Rental Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

We made an appointment to have our slot machine repaired. They had the replacement piece ready for us as we walked in. This is a family run company and you can feel the love the moment you enter the building. They make you feel like part of their family. Our machine was fixed and it runs perfectly. The price was so reasonable too. This family is extremely kind, gracious and we will always come back to either purchase a machine or have our old one repaired. Many thanks for the excellent service. read more

My wife and I recently visited the store so she could pick out her Christmas present. I was impressed by the number of antique and more modern machines available, however found the juke box and pin ball machine displays even more interesting. The owners were kind, knowledgeable and happy to let me try out different machines. Meanwhile, the wife had found her "perfect Christmas gift", and happily, was less $$$ than I anticipated and was prepared to spend. Prompt free delivery, set up and education. All in all, a real nice afternoon and experience. She is having fun with her machine while I am trying to figure out how to fit a pool table, pin ball and table shuffleboard in our family room. read more

The SLOT MACHINE STORE in Mesa deserves a million star review. We have been wanting to buy a slot machine and had no idea where to start this process. It wasn't until we saw one of their very cool trucks on the highway. We visited The Slot Machine Store that very day. This store is soooooo cool! In fact it is so cool that we bought 3! It is a family owned business and this family is AMAZING! Each family member has an expertise! The mom, Georgia and also her daughter -Georgia are so knowledgeable, adorable and kind. The fathe, Bill is highly sought after in the slot machine world. He is a genius in fixing new and vintage machines. The son, Billy follows suit. He is also an expert in this field. Needless to say, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF THE CHARTS! We learned so much about all types of slot machines and found the 3 best ones to fit our needs and likes! Georgia and Billy delivered them in their very cool-eye catching truck. They set them all up for us and spent at least an hour educating us on them. Two of the machines spit out cash out tickets and the Slot Machine Store put our last name on the tickets! Tooooo cute! They also encourage you to call with any questions and if there is ever an issue-they will talk you through it on the phone or come right out. We are actually headed back there today to look at a vintage machine. We totally found a hidden gem in this store. They have amazing prices with a ton of inventory. They also have a location in Tucson. We left there feeling like family. Their passion for slot machines carries over to the buyer! A million star review to The Slot Machine Store! x a million! read more

Great business and great people working there. I called and tried to get an appointment to fix my slot machine, when the lady asked what was wrong with it, I explained it to her. What an absolutely fantastic place. My wife and I went there to look at pinball machines and ended up buying a perfectly reconditioned Indy car pinball machine and an electronic game machine to play pac man. What a throw back to being a kid and now our house transformed to a game house. The best service, super knowledgeable and accommodating and easy to do business with. Everything was delivered as promised. Can't wait to go back and get a slot machine. read more

Best service in the world! When you buy a video poker or slot machine you want great service. They have it. Bought my machine 2 years ago, moved to Tennessee and they STILL are helping me with speaker problem due to the movers shaking it up. Who stands behind their machines like that? Super nice and friendly and we love our Video Poker machine. I would buy from them in a heartbeat. It's all about the service after the purchase. read more

Totally disappointing. The show room is full of machines that don't work. The staff (lady, owner perhaps) was very rude. I can't see this place being in business much longer, and frankly, I wouldn't care. I had called on Friday about a part, and the lady said she would make sure that she brought it in with her on Saturday. I specifically asked about the hours, as we live 45+ minutes away. We arrived and waited beyond the 10:30 opening time, and still not open. Decided to drive around. Came back around 11:00 and the store was open. When we got inside, it was clear that she had forgotten to bring the part and the charade started, trying to cover her a$$. We waited and was told someone was bring the part "soon". Finally, when I asked later, the lady just told me "that I could go somewhere else, or order it online. She made it like she was doing me the favor. We walked out after that. I strongly believe in supporting small businesses as I drove quite a distance when I could have just ordered it online. A very disappointing experience. read more

I was in the store when Charles k. Was in on 6/13. I have to say this couple in the store was rude, and threatening to the owners. I was extremely shocked that people treat people like this. He started screaming at the owner because she told him the tech would be 10 min. I was extremely uncomfortable when this man started yelling at them but concerned for the safety of the owner getting threatened. She asked him to leave her store. This man never even purchased his machine from here and she was trying to help him with a repair for a machine he bought elsewhere. read more

Such a wonderful place to go for new and old games. I brought my antique slot machine in and Bill stopped what he was doing and sat right down to take it apart and fix it. Gave me invaluable information on what not to do with the machine in the future, and just said "come back and see us " when I pulled out my wallet. Lovely people and we will be back to buy games for our game room when the time comes. read more

Our great experience with Slot Machine Store started at the AZ Home Show. We purchased two slot machines. We were very pleased at the price we paid for the two machines! The show was crazy busy but the ladies at the show made time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot of questions!! We learned this was a family operated business and the two ladies were mom & daughter. We arranged the delivery date for the following weekend. They called a couple days later & gave us a two hour window for our delivery. On the day of the delivery we received a call from the delivery person who wanted to let us know he was running a little late. We thanked him for calling and letting us know. We've had a lot of deliveries from different companies who just show up when they want no matter if they give you a delivery time or not. Makes me crazy. When they delivered the machines, the machines & guys were great!! They had to lug both these HEAVY machines upstairs! The one gentleman (which we found out is the son!) went thru step by step how to operate each machine. He answered all of our questions. And again, we had a lot of questions! He also made sure he gave us their business card with all the phone #'s we need. He told us if we ever have a problem to call. Someone would always answer & walk us thru any problems! The machines both have a 1 year warranty & they make house calls!! Very important! We could never get these machines down the stairs & in the car! Because of the great service so far we are going to drive the hour to the store to look at the pinball machines, pool table supplies & other game room goodies! Ww would highly recommend Slot Machine Store!! read more
