I love this pizza place and pizza was delicious and it was the best we've ever had. Their cheese pizza was so cheesy that we pulled a cheese bowl all over the desk that we ate on. It was amazing. read more

Came here for lunch with fellow residents from Golden Vista & The Reserve at Lost Dutchman. It was a large group so the waiter had to ask for help with taking orders & expediting them but all in all a good time was had by all of us, along with delicious food. One thing I noticed, however, is that lunch specials are not listed on the menu & should be. Just my two cents. read more

We ate her last year and enjoyed the food. Today, we decided to order on Uber Eats. We ordered two sandwiches and two salads. The charge was $49.50. The salads were not included in the delivery. The sandwiches were sparse and stale. The sausage in my sandwich was 3" smaller than the stale bun. There was maybe a teaspoon of sauce on it, and there were three tiny, uncooked peppers on it. It was disguising. My wife's sandwich was worse. Don't waste your money. read more

First time to Rosati's pizza! I have been here for 15 years and this is the first time I considered going. I have had mixed reviews from others so finally decided to try it for myself. The dining room was pretty busy, but not full when arrived at 6:20 on Friday night. We decided to do a pizza to go with wings. The takeout area is towards the back of the restaurant. The restaurant looked decent and classic red for pizza. After waiting about 15 to 20 minutes, our order was up and off we went. I have to say their wings are amazing! Pizza was a supreme and it was pretty good. The sauce was tangy, but not overpowering. I would definitely be going back in the future. read more

Great pizza. Be prepared to wait as it does take awhile but the pizza is worth it! Live music some nights.

The staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with lack of delivery. I make it a point to say the order is "for delivery", first thing I say . She included the service fee and I said I'd be paying cash. After over an hour went by, I called, and the lady informed me the order was there. Sitting there. Again. This has happened a few times now... When I called, she apologized and said " no charge, we're sending it over right away". They delivered the sandwich that had been sitting there for an hour rather than making it fresh and delivering it. Needless to say the sandwich was a mess and the fries were soggy. It's so disappointing. The staff is great, but something is off. The food is outstanding, so we're sad, and we will miss it. Maybe try again one day read more

The pizza was good, but what stood out was the service. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I liked the idea of having all slices for the same price. The food came quickly and tasted fresh. The restaurant was also spotless and felt safe. I'd come back again for both the food and service. read more

We order delivery from this Rosati's almost weekly. The pizza is always great! Delivery driver is super friendly and courteous. This week orders the three cheese rigatoni which is typically great. I always request very light on the sauce and did so this time as well. So disappointed as the pasta came swimming in sauce, way too much. Guessing they just didn't read the note that was added to the order. read more

I called in a carry out order. The lady that answered was very polite and upbeat. The gentleman that cashed me out was polite. The pizza was great, when we loved in AZ. previously they were our preferred place, a different location. I just moved back to AZ. I'm glad I found a Rosati's so close. read more

I don't have pictures because we ate the pie so fast but it was so good. We ordered the "Meat Mania" pizza and it was just like Chicago Land pizza ~ Would have given 5 stars too but they charge $1.33 (4 1/2%) to use a credit card, yes I know a lot of places do that but come on are we not past that? While being past stuff, how about that "trying to add a tip" for carry-outs? If I feel you deserve one I will tip you, the pressure places put on us for tips is overwhelming. I'm over it and feeling guilty for not tipping, I'm sure front of the house staff make a decent wage, whereas servers go by their tips. Amen, thanks Gold Canyon Rosati's, next time we will done in and give another review. read more

I like this location not only for the food but for the small town atmosphere the owner Sherri and her staff provide. Sherri's son used to work there but now he is in the Marine Corps. Their pizza is pretty dang good but I especially like their sandwiches like the Italian combo. Their meatballs are a bit soft for me but that is just me, my wife thinks they're pretty good. They are open year round even in the summer. The location is easy to get to from HWY 60 east. You do walk out of there smelling a bit like a restaurant but that should be expected, they serve a lot of patrons especially on the weekend. They have karaoke on Wednesdays and you can find their live band schedule on their website. They also have a decent dance floor, larger than most restaurants. I recommend it, the staff is grateful you're there and the owner works her butt off. The delivery needs work sometimes, it depends who is working. If Lou is working delivery you can't go wrong but they had a younger lady and our order got messed up a couple of times. The last time we were there, she was working in house. There's a great local vibe, especially during the winter. Many flat screens that provide quite a few sports and lots of football in the fall. read more

We love the Gold Canyon Rosatis. We use their delivery on a regular basis and it's perfect. The food is always perfectly prepared, shows up on time or a little early. Friendly staff and delivery guy. Pizza is great and so are the wings. Highly recommend. read more

As usual, another naked pizza for $30. I ordered a thin and crispy crust, which drooped and the non-existant toppings slid off with the cheese. I ordered the fabulous 4, with bacon.....there was next to nothing but sauce on the outer pie. There was probably 4 green pepper strips and less onion or sausage. The tablespoon of bacon bits were dumped in the middle of the pizza. Never saw a mushroom. I'm from Chicago and am embarrassed to say Rosatis is a Chicago pizza chain...That pizza wouldn't be allowed to leave the kitchen if we were there. Never again will I give Rosati's another chance!!!!! read more

Dig Rosati's vibe, friendly, warm, unpretentious, a deck of cards on the table. Little kids dropping tips in the musician's pink pail. The website listed on google is incorrect. The lady on the phone decided to argue with me about it. So I get an email from Rosati's stating the first Tuesday of every month is double points. I call to ask a question...no answer. Go to their website and they are closed on Tuesday. WTF! I have had some really good pizzas from here (did a 5 star review) but also have had some really mediocre pizzas. Ordering and hoping for a really good pizza is an absolute crap shoot. They lack consistency in their product and their service. I will be driving all the way to Vero's today. Gold Canyon Rosati's look out for the opening of Domino's. I won't eat their crap (I won't even call it pizza) but a lot of your patrons might make the switch. read more

Not a good experience. Ordered on their website and was directed thru the slice app. Was sent a message that the order would be ready in approx 35 mins. Show up and no order. They said the app sent in the order a couple minutes before I arrived and they hadn't processed it yet. Ok no problem. Wait there about 30 minutes and pizza comes out, but it's completely wrong. I can see olives all over it. I ordered sausage and pepperoni. That's all. Didn't say anything cause I definitely wasn't waiting another 30 minutes for it to be corrected. Figured the kids can just take the olives off and enjoy the rest. Well I was wrong again. There are also onions on the pizza under the cheese. So all around not a good time and definitely not worth 25 to 30 bucks for a thin crust with a couple toppings even if you get extra toppings you didn't ask for read more

The best Rosati's I have been to. A really nice vibe as well! The service is average but the food is great!!!

Shame on you! I ordered and picked up a pizza yesterday at approximately 5:30 pm. Gal at register told one couple she was the owner while discussing coupons. 2 customers later (a red headed woman) who didn't wear a mask inside said "Oh, I didn't know I needed to wear a mask,. Should I get it?" Owner said "No, it's Arizona law, not mine" I moved far away. Red head left with her pizza, I grabbed mine and left really upset. Besides the red head, a man with a black shirt and beard was behind registers with his back to customers wore no mask. Owner kept pulling hers down. As I said, I left really upset. Got home, told hubs who promptly put the box in the garbage. Thus, I can't rate taste. I can only say if the owner didn't care about our safety in feint of me, there's no telling what safety precautions they choose not to follow in the back. No wonder Arizona has the worst infection rate IN THE WORKD right now. read more

Food is reasonably good, but from now on this will be takeout only for us. Service is slow, and the "dining room" has all the ambience of a bowling alley. If you DO go, be sure not to go on Karaoke night unless you like the sound of cats being tortured. read more

food was good but took two hours to receive food. place wasn't even that busy. someone at my table got their balls (only hour and a half for appetizer balls). also the performer (Leroy) didn't show up. i highly do not recommend if your in a rush, but if you are retired and have nothing to do for 7 hours go ahead and come to Rosati's. read more

I love their pizza but this is the first time that I decided to order a dessert. What a joke. It was supposed to be a warm fresh-baked, deep-dish chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. What I got was 3 dinky cookies tossed in a 5 1/2 inch foil pan and a dish of ice cream. Heck, I had that in my cabinet. I can't even tell you if it was good or not because I gave one of the cookies to my mom and the other 2 to my husband because they were so small. For $8.99 it was a total rip-off. They should have told me when I ordered it that they didn't have the correct item. I'll continue to order their pizza but skip the desserts, read more

Great pizza and salads! Live music on the weekends! Really friendly staff and customers too!

The food is good. The service and and timeliness are pretty poor. We have ordered from here a handful of times and it always takes 1.5-2hrs before food is ready for pickup. You will get a text notification letting you know of a delay but even after that it is still another 10-15 minutes. We enjoy the bands they have but it does not help their service. They also state they're slammed but there are empty tables. Management should take a look at providing a better experience and become more timely. It's a bit ridiculous. read more

I have called to order pizza, not a word out, and can you hold please. Sit on hold 3.5-5.5 min twice. Do not bother they do not want the business for carry out at 7PM. Get your pizza elsewhere! They apparently do not need or want your business. read more

I enjoyed the pizza very much. Would definitely return and try other food too. Great to have a really good pizza place in Gold Canyon.

We were so disappointed. Met two friends here last night....Didn't even leave a tip. Service was horrendous, felt like it was an effort for the guy to wait on us.....and he didn't mostly, never checked back for water or drinks....the pizza crust was so thin, and very little cheese, it was a TOTAL MESS to eat. When we finally got someone to ask for a box....they just set it down and walked away.....most places put it in the box....well, we had a heck of a time figuring out how to open and close that darn box.....pizza so wet, it wouldn't just slide in....brought home a big mess, juice and pizza all mushed together. We live in Gold Canyon and will never return to this place again!!!!!!! read more

Worst customer service ever. I would never go back just for that. The pizza was middle of the line, any of the big chain restaurants will give you a better pizza. One of our pizzas was a Large Rosati's monster with no cheese and extra sauce. What the lady rang in was a large cheese so cheese with extra sauce. So we had pizza dough with sauce on it and nothing else. When we called to get the order corrected the same lady argued us saying these order was made right and she had read it back when the order was placed. I called back and asked for the manager and the same lady answered and told me the manager wasn't in and wouldn't be back. After about 5 more minutes of arguing with her she finally agreed to remake the pizza correctly and it would take about 30 minutes. When we got there the pizza wasn't done and out ended up taking about 45 minutes. I would have expected a wrong order would have taken priority but instead we had to sit waiting for 15 extra minutes. A different person helped us after we had been there for a few minutes and this new person who seemed to be the manager was great. Very apologetic for the mistake and have a $10 Gift Card that will never be used because of the customer service that we had gotten. I'm not 100% sure but I believe the employee that helped us originally was named Julie. See was an older lady that seemed to be the bartender. Terrible customer service. read more

Boy these people like to argue! I will go in chronological order of my many disappointments with this place 1. When calling my order in (first time customer). The guy taking the order was super confused because he wouldnt shut up and listen long enough for me to order. Took 5 minutes just to add a sausage. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR LISTENING SKILLS! I ordered a build your own pasta from their online menu. He told me total was $17+. I asked how it goes from $9.99 to $17+ and he said tax. Im pretty good with math so I challenged him and he reduced to $15+ When I arrived for my order and asked again how $9.99 as advertised on their website it was $15. He argued and told me I was looking at wrong Rosatis. I opened my phone and walked him through to confirm I was in fact on correct site as much as I could with him continuously arguing with me. He also confirmed it shows $9.99 but stated price has gone up to $13.99 40% increase!!!!! I would have been fine with $13.99 but I dont like being played for an idiot! He said he was going to go talk to the owner. He never returned. Another employee could not find my order even though I could see it in the hot box. Employee also confirmed online menu has been wrong for a long time and they receive complaints about it. I DETEST BUSINESSES THAT BAIT AND SWITCH! The food: I ordered cheese ravioli and sausage in meat sauce. Sauce was decent, portion was generous but ravioli was over cooked and mushy. Sausage was worse I have ever had. I threw it away. It was tough, dry and like rubber! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DONT BE SURPRISED IF YOUR TOTAL COST IS NOT AS ADVERTISED BY THE WAY... this was 2 weeks ago and online menu has not changed. It is simply a pic of their menu! How hard can it be to change? This tells me it is not accide ***UPDATE 6/7/2020*** Still have not corrected their menu pricing. Still bait and switching. Going to blame Covid? What a classless operation! After 3 months owner is messaging me furiously tonight telling me they are the best and menu is correct. If menu is correct her employees are all liars and thieves. I doubt that to be the case. No apology just more argument about their menu being correct Reviews speak for themselves. Lowest rating of any italian rest in the valley. Check out Google reviews YOU ARE AN ARGUMENTATIVE LIAR! Why 3 months to respond? I guess 2 of your employees first lied to me when they said menu has been wrong for at least two years OR the purposely overcharged me. Either way you suck, your food sucks and you are argumentative. Menu still has not been corrected read more
