Came here for lunch with fellow residents from Golden Vista & The Reserve at Lost Dutchman. It was a large group so the waiter had to ask for help with taking orders & expediting them but all in all a good time was had by all of us, along with delicious food. We ate her last year and enjoyed the food. Today, we decided to order on Uber Eats. We ordered two sandwiches and two salads. The charge was $49.50. The salads were not included in the delivery. The sandwiches were sparse and stale. The sausage in my sandwich was 3" smaller than the stale bun. There was maybe a teaspoon of sauce on it, and there were three tiny, uncooked peppers on it. First time to Rosati's pizza! I have been here for 15 years and this is the first time I considered going. I have had mixed reviews from others so finally decided to try it for myself. The dining room was pretty busy, but not full when arrived at 6:20 on Friday night. We decided to do a pizza to go with wings. The takeout area is towards the back of the restaurant. The restaurant looked decent and classic red for pizza. After waiting about 15 to 20 minutes, our order was up and off we went. I have to say their wings are amazing! Pizza was a supreme and it was pretty good. The sauce was tangy, but not overpowering. I would definitely be going back in the future. read more

The staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with lack of delivery. I make it a point to say the order is "for delivery", first thing I say . She included the service fee and I said I'd be paying cash. After over an hour went by, I called, and the lady informed me the order was there. Sitting there. Again. This has happened a few times now... When I called, she apologized and said " no charge, we're sending it over right away". They delivered the sandwich that had been sitting there for an hour rather than making it fresh and delivering it. Needless to say the sandwich was a mess and the fries were soggy. I always request very light on the sauce and did so this time as well. So disappointed as the pasta came swimming in sauce, way too much. We ordered the "Meat Mania" pizza and it was just like Chicago Land pizza ~ Would have given 5 stars too but they charge $1.33 (4 1/2%) to use a credit card, yes I know a lot of places do that but come on are we not past that? While being past stuff, how about that "trying to add a tip" for carry-outs? If I feel you deserve one I will tip you, the pressure places put on us for tips is overwhelming. I'm over it and feeling guilty for not tipping, I'm sure front of the house staff make a decent wage, whereas servers go by their tips. I like this location not only for the food but for the small town atmosphere the owner Sherri and her staff provide. Sherri's son used to work there but now he is in the Marine Corps. Their pizza is pretty dang good but I especially like their sandwiches like the Italian combo. Their meatballs are a bit soft for me but that is just me, my wife thinks they're pretty good. They are open year round even in the summer. The location is easy to get to from HWY 60 east. You do walk out of there smelling a bit like a restaurant but that should be expected, they serve a lot of patrons especially on the weekend. They have karaoke on Wednesdays and you can find their live band schedule on their website. They also have a decent dance floor, larger than most restaurants. I recommend it, the staff is grateful you're there and the owner works her butt off. The delivery needs work sometimes, it depends who is working. If Lou is working delivery you can't go wrong but they had a younger lady and our order got messed up a couple of times. The last time we were there, she was working in house. There's a great local vibe, especially during the winter. Many flat screens that provide quite a few sports and lots of football in the fall. read more

As usual, another naked pizza for $30. I ordered a thin and crispy crust, which drooped and the non-existant toppings slid off with the cheese. I ordered the fabulous 4, with bacon.....there was next to nothing but sauce on the outer pie. There was probably 4 green pepper strips and less onion or sausage. The tablespoon of bacon bits were dumped in the middle of the pizza. Never saw a mushroom. I'm from Chicago and am embarrassed to say Rosatis is a Chicago pizza chain...That pizza wouldn't be allowed to leave the kitchen if we were there. So I get an email from Rosati's stating the first Tuesday of every month is double points. I call to ask a question...no answer. Go to their website and they are closed on Tuesday. WTF! I have had some really good pizzas from here (did a 5 star review) but also have had some really mediocre pizzas. Ordering and hoping for a really good pizza is an absolute crap shoot. They lack consistency in their product and their service. I will be driving all the way to Vero's today. Gold Canyon Rosati's look out for the opening of Domino's. Not a good experience. Ordered on their website and was directed thru the slice app. Was sent a message that the order would be ready in approx 35 mins. Show up and no order. They said the app sent in the order a couple minutes before I arrived and they hadn't processed it yet. Ok no problem. Wait there about 30 minutes and pizza comes out, but it's completely wrong. I can see olives all over it. I ordered sausage and pepperoni. That's all. Didn't say anything cause I definitely wasn't waiting another 30 minutes for it to be corrected. Gal at register told one couple she was the owner while discussing coupons. 2 customers later (a red headed woman) who didn't wear a mask inside said "Oh, I didn't know I needed to wear a mask,. Should I get it?" Owner said "No, it's Arizona law, not mine" I moved far away. Red head left with her pizza, I grabbed mine and left really upset. Besides the red head, a man with a black shirt and beard was behind registers with his back to customers wore no mask. Owner kept pulling hers down. As I said, I left really upset. Got home, told hubs who promptly put the box in the garbage. Thus, I can't rate taste. I can only say if the owner didn't care about our safety in feint of me, there's no telling what safety precautions they choose not to follow in the back. The food is good. The service and and timeliness are pretty poor. We have ordered from here a handful of times and it always takes 1.5-2hrs before food is ready for pickup. You will get a text notification letting you know of a delay but even after that it is still another 10-15 minutes. We enjoy the bands they have but it does not help their service. They also state they're slammed but there are empty tables. Management should take a look at providing a better experience and become more timely. It's a bit ridiculous. read more

I love their pizza but this is the first time that I decided to order a dessert. What a joke. It was supposed to be a warm fresh-baked, deep-dish chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Service was horrendous, felt like it was an effort for the guy to wait on us.....and he didn't mostly, never checked back for water or drinks....the pizza crust was so thin, and very little cheese, it was a TOTAL MESS to eat. When we finally got someone to ask for a box....they just set it down and walked away.....most places put it in the box....well, we had a heck of a time figuring out how to open and close that darn box.....pizza so wet, it wouldn't just slide in....brought home a big mess, juice and pizza all mushed together. Worst customer service ever. I would never go back just for that. The pizza was middle of the line, any of the big chain restaurants will give you a better pizza. One of our pizzas was a Large Rosati's monster with no cheese and extra sauce. What the lady rang in was a large cheese so cheese with extra sauce. So we had pizza dough with sauce on it and nothing else. When we called to get the order corrected the same lady argued us saying these order was made right and she had read it back when the order was placed. I called back and asked for the manager and the same lady answered and told me the manager wasn't in and wouldn't be back. After about 5 more minutes of arguing with her she finally agreed to remake the pizza correctly and it would take about 30 minutes. When we got there the pizza wasn't done and out ended up taking about 45 minutes. I would have expected a wrong order would have taken priority but instead we had to sit waiting for 15 extra minutes. A different person helped us after we had been there for a few minutes and this new person who seemed to be the manager was great. Very apologetic for the mistake and have a $10 Gift Card that will never be used because of the customer service that we had gotten. He also confirmed it shows $9.99 but stated price has gone up to $13.99 40% increase!!!!! I would have been fine with $13.99 but I dont like being played for an idiot! He said he was going to go talk to the owner. He never returned. Another employee could not find my order even though I could see it in the hot box. Employee also confirmed online menu has been wrong for a long time and they receive complaints about it. I DETEST BUSINESSES THAT BAIT AND SWITCH!
