Came here for happy hour and sat down in the bar area however we were told that we needed to see a hostess if we wanted to get a table in the bar area. Had there been a hostess at the stand when we arrived we would've known this. So this did not start things off on a good note. Other than that it was a typical BWW.

These are some of the smallest boneless wings I've ever seen yall. If there be that small through in 3 or 4 lil ones. About 5 or 6 minis

About 5or 6 miniatures boneless wings 15 peice. If you're gonna give me those tiny ones make it 18 or 19 total. Usually I don't get boneless because of this very issue now I'll just go back to getting the 6 for $20

We came here on Thursday and ordered the Togo special online. Very excited since we haven't had BWW in almost a year. Once I picked up the order I looked inside to ensure the order was correct and couldn't believe the fries were over cooked or recooked possibly. The wings same way very dry but also sauce POURED on top. We were very unhappy with this visit. I did call customer service and rewards/points were given to replace the order. So gave it 3 stars for the hospitality handling the issue. Will update once we go back and give them a shot again.

I don't think I've had worse takeout in years. I know it's just BWW, but come on. My wings were ROCK hard, and had like no chicken inside. Just pure dryness. The fries were clearly reheated. The salad had none of the ingredients provided, just lettuce and cheese. The ranch cup was only half full and was sickeningly sweet, almost rancid tasting. The only thing decent was the Pepsi Zero. Never again.

Tiny little chicken wing, not much bigger than my pinky nail lol

01/03/2026 ..what is this little baby nugget? Had a bunch like this. And no, there wasn't more wings to make up for how tiny they were

I finally went to our local Buffalo Wild Wings, in the Queen Creek Marketplace. We strolled in on a Tuesday around 5 o'clock and got a booth right away. It was moderately busy. We got a booth in the back. I had my three year-old with me as well as my husband and my mother-in-law. I was happy to see that there were a lot of kids there. The place is much smaller than I would have imagined. The bar sits right there in the middle with TVs everywhere playing all of the local sporting events. We had a very sweet waitress. She was very attentive and we never really had to wait long for anything. The food comes out when it's ready so you definitely won't have your food at the same time as everyone else. We ordered two orders of the regular onion rings because one order just wasn't enough. The sauce is so good. We were happy with that. My husband ordered breaded wings and he had to send them back because they were so salty. I tried some, and it's not just him. They were very salty. He ended up getting regular wings and he was happier with that choice. My mother-in-law ordered the naked wings with sauce on the side and tater tots, my son had the kids menu cheeseburger and fries, and I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap with a side salad. I had a bite of everyone's food and I was definitely disappointed. My salad was dry and the lettuce looked not fresh. My wrap wasn't very good at all. My son's fries were super salty. The tater tots were pretty good, but I would really only return for the onion rings! Parking is available in the lot, prices are reasonable, the service was great. The place itself was pretty clean and seemed new.

No menus unless you ask. I tried to pay with my phone but it didn't work.

My wife and I decided to grab lunch while we were in Queen Creek to run some errands. When we lived in the Midwest, we went to "B-Dubs" frequently. But since moving here a few years ago we hadn't had the opportunity. We didn't look at the reviews first because we were very familiar with the BWs in our hometown. Had we, we probably wouldn't have gone here. However, I think somehow, it was meant to be based on our experience. Needless to say, it was in line with the many poor experiences already expressed in the reviews - but this time with a twist. We had the best server, Josh. If not for him, we might have walked out. We experienced the gamut of issues: from cold food to incorrectly prepared food. BW has runners for the food, meaning the server can't check it before it goes out. I'm positive Josh would not have served us the food we received. Cold fries, buffalo sandwich with only a trace of dried buffalo sauce, and scrawny flappers that were dry and chewy like jerky. So Josh explained it to us like this: on the weekends they have additional kitchen help, and no real direction, so people assume somebody else is making sure this or that is done right. He also explained the chicken jerky wings. Apparently they have a new way of preparing them that involves pre-cooking - I guess the idea is to par-cook, Then they are cooked fully later as needed. Whatever the details of the process are it often winds up like we experienced, but more so on the weekends. He told us that if we come on the weekdays everything is up to standards, just like another reviewer pointed out in his 5 star mid-week visit. So based on my experience, my fellow reviewer, and Josh's tip, stick to week days. He said the kitchen has one very good cook and no chaos as he sees on weekends. Josh is the only reason they got a second star.

This location is horribly managed and service is always slow. I always have issues with my online orders and have given up on this place.

Not a long wait but we were served dry food again. Wrong sauce on wings. Impatient server. This place has gone down hill for a while now.

Had the traditional bone in wings with mild sauce and Asian zing (my favorite).

Even as a child in 1958 I can remember the delicious prime rib, baked potatoes, salad, served with horseradish. A tall glass of brewed iced tea and to finish off this masterpiece, your friends or your family. What a night. Don't dress up. It's casual dining. The service is wonderful. I always wonder how they get the glorious food to the right table. They are always helpful and friendly. I have never had a server that looks around at other tables while taking my order. Go a fill your tummy with deliciousness.

From the moment you walk in, the customer service stands out. The people working there are always welcoming and inviting. You're greeted like a regular, even if it's your first time. That kind of warmth makes all the difference, especially after a long day out with the family. It's the perfect place to head after spending time at Pecan Lake Entertainment or Fat Cats. Instead of battling crowds and higher prices, you can come here, sit down comfortably, and enjoy a great meal at a much more reasonable price. Whether it's a family night out or a casual date night, it just fits. The food? Consistently good. We started with two bowls of clam chowder. They were decent -- I'm not sure if the to-go order affected the texture or temperature a bit -- but still enjoyable. Not the star of the night, but solid. The wings are always good, perfectly satisfying for a sports grill vibe. The pierogies were delicious and comforting. The Thai chicken salad was fresh and flavorful. But the standouts this visit were definitely the French dip -- absolutely amazing, tender and packed with flavor -- and the blackened chicken breast served with rice pilaf and broccoli almondine. Every bite of that plate was fantastic. Well seasoned, well cooked, and generous portions. They also have amazing weekly dinner specials, which makes it easy to keep coming back without breaking the budget. I'm already planning to come back for the Friday fish fry and to try the prime rib -- I've heard great things. This has become one of our go-to spots. It's reliable, comfortable, reasonably priced, and welcoming every single time. If you're in the area and want great food without the higher price tag of Pecan Lake or Fat Cats, definitely keep this place in mind. It's a perfect, easy win for a relaxed night out.

Had a great afternoon with friends this time around. The service was friendly and efficient, the beers were nice and cold, and the burgers were scrumptious, especially paired with their steak fries, which I really enjoy. Like my previous visit, the only challenge here is the food line, which can get very long. We got lucky and arrived just before the queue exploded. Overall, still a fantastic spot to gather with friends, enjoy the outdoor vibe, and soak up a beautiful Arizona afternoon -- just try to time your visit before the big rush. Saluti.

Bottle service areas have huge couches. Smaller groups will feel lost among friends. A bit overpriced for the location. The facility tends to stay warm. Though barely anyone in the venue on a Friday night, and if you have bottle service, server visits to your table are few and far between. Vaping is also allowed as staff doesn't admonish you if you do it in the open and in front of other patrons. Total turn off and only reason we would not return. If you want to be respected like a high-end nightclub, act like one and cater to your paying clientele.
