Horrible. Went to a baseball game in 108 degree weather at 4:30PM. Found that there was a burger place called, Bristol's there. Drove all the way around building to the C building in the parking lot that was designated to the restaurant as we hadn't walked in the ball game yet.(which was super far)... started walking towards the gate that was open and a security guard stops to tell us we have to walk all the way around to the front to go in. (He was on a cart and didn't offer to drive us just flat out said no). We asked if we could sneak by him and still said no... there wasn't a sole in sight. (He could've physically escorted us but instead, stuck on the word "no" to walk around the full building). Hospitality runs in every industry. There are families who are willing to spend money ONSITE if you could get your signage together for clear communication for the people who would spend dollars and also, for some better customer service. It's not my fault you have poor signage. But when you have people willing to spend, and not ONE customer around... you should welcome them. That's how business works... Instead, he drove over to the baseball field where I saw him again. Sitting and looking at his phone... I hope that works out well for him.... I would be pissed if one of my employees got paid to sit on their phone and turn business away. Mr. Security Guard... your wages are paid by people who spend at your facilities. Considering I spend a fortune on baseball and also spend a fortune with my cheerleading company that comes to compete at this facility, I think you should go educate yourself on treating people well. (especially when it's SO hot outside)... a little kindness goes a long way. Also, if you want to "follow rules"... ask your supervisor if scrolling is a part of the job title. As for me, I will better prepare myself this weekend (as I have to be here for 3 more days) so I don't have to spend $1 of my hard earned money there. read more

Good grub and sports. This is a great restaurant inside the Arizona Athletic Grounds that serves up BBQ fare and has a great selection of beer on tap with specialty cocktails. It's nice to have a sit down option within this complex to break the choices of food trucks and snack bar type fare. Modestly priced and people friendly with lots of tvs showing all types of sports. Indoor and outdoor seating. You can order from your table via a QR code. We had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and brisket Mac n cheese. Both were very delicious. read more

I have been to this restaurant twice. Both times we waited 45 minutes before complaining. The first time we placed our order with a staff member that never put the order in to the kitchen. Today we placed it using their QR code on line. Again, they told us that the kitchen never got the order. Both times the managers that we talked to, (today it was Lauren), were extremely apologetic and tried to get us our orders as quickly as possible. The food here is just okay. The restaurant is has a great vibe. I am not sure why it takes so long to be served here, but something needs to change if they want repeat business. read more

Mediocre at best. Service is terrible unless you goto the front bar. You have to order your food from a QR code. No one brings you water no one checks on you. Then your food comes. You have to get all your own condiments. The staff just points and doesn't speak foods mediocre as well. The cheeseburger was the only good thing we've had here don't recommend at all. You also have TVs at your table at some of the areas and you can't get them to change the channel even if you ask. read more

Heard about this on the radio. What a mistake! They advertise tons of TVs but no Sunday Ticket and can't get channel changed. Staff is non-existent, listless, lazy and young. Food is unsanitary. We were already at Arizona Athletics facility, so decided to give this place a try. We got wings and Brussels sprouts, a double burger, Mac n cheese, chicken tenders and a kids burger. Kids burger was nice size, nothing special. Mac n cheese was a white sauce, pretty thick - the table was split on if it was good. The Double burger was yummy, however it doesn't come with fries. You pay extra for fries. The Brussels sprouts were BURNT. We got two orders and both were BURNT. The wings were average (definitely not award winning- as advertised on posters) in our entire table opinion. Also a we got three orders of wings and each had 1-2 were completely burnt. Sodas were $4.50 - we all thought that was excessive. This place was convenient- has a nice bar and the staff was friendly. read more

Food was cooked outside near garbage cans with thousands of flies. As food was prepared, it was left on trays with more flies covering it, and then served to the customers. Nothing was edible that was served to our party of seven. Honestly, believe this needs a health department visit. read more

Totally disappointed by this place. It serves a captive audience ..everyone there with their athletes. They have a lot of potential but apparently they aren't interested. The good is good but the concept is awful. If you are eating in, then you have to sit at a table, scan a QR code, then wait for your food. And your drink cup as well. But if you are eating out, they give you a buzzer and your cup right away. Mind you; they will ask for a tip either way. It's better to just order "to-go" and then sit down. The fix is so obvious: switch to pagers that vibrate. If their current ones don't do that, then they really need to invest in a new system that does. But this whole pager situation is a major problem that seriously hurts the overall experience. Sort out the beeping, and Bristol's could go from a place with okay food to a genuinely enjoyable restaurant. March Madness Sweet 16. Restaurant is absolutely empty. Talked to 5 employees to ask if they would turn on the sound for the game. No sound was ever turned on. THIS IS AT A SPORTS COMPLEX. Have to go order for yourself and pick up your own food. Prices are high but not crazy. But the wings I ordered were 3/10, inside not even warm. You have to go get your own napkins and silverware etc. As 1 of the thousands of parents that are here at AAG multiple nights a week, this location could be awesome, but wow. I am at AAG 5 nights a week - there has to be a better option , the menu is minimal , I might as well go cook the food myself and pour my own drinks as I have to order at the bar pay at the bar order at the table, via QR code / pay via app. Yeah they bring the food out but on paper plates ,clean up after yourself. I've asked multiple times about pizza there's hundreds of kids around that place and they don't have pizza on the menu. I get told it's because they own the pizza place down the way and you can go order from there and bring it in however the last four or five times I've tried to do that. Guess what the pizza place is never open at the same time maybe it is on a Saturday afternoon but evenings of practice never. Way overpriced and need normal. wings, and normal nachos not everybody like smoked everything. My family and I had a very good experience here after pickleball last week. Cool sports bar vibe with a lot of TVs. Overall the food was great! The cheeseburger and Mac and cheese were top notch. They have two bars but we weren't drinking, but those who were seemed to be enjoying themselves. The ordering process was smooth and we had our food in about 10 minutes. The staff were friendly. First time stopping by and what a lovely place to grab a bite before or after your game. The food comes out surprisingly fast and tastes amazing! There's a good variety in their menu and if nothing speaking to ya they also have a market place connected to it full of different snacks and beverages.
