* Ask for your military discount because they're not allowed to ask you!! It's 25% * Mom went today for the first time and I feel like she was was taken advantage of. She went for an oil change. She was offered an air filter, which she agreed to but was not told the price up front. She gets a $196 bill. She has a Disabled Veteran tag but forgot to ask if they had a military discount. She mentioned it after she paid and the tech stated he wasn't allowed to offer her a military discount, if she didn't mention it. The supervisor did refund her the 25% military discount. read more

This morning I accompanied my sister to have her oil changed at this location. We asked for a Basic Oil Change, which was listed on their sign at $24.99. Their technician decided, without asking to add on every single service that he could think of and raise the bill to $117 without asking. Imagine the shock at the end. At no point in time did he ever ask for permission or tell us that he was performing anything other than a basic oil change. Highway robbery. Plain and simple. When I expressed that this was the last time they would ever get my business, they were shocked. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else. The wait time was stupidly long, too. Not anywhere close to what it used to be. I would know, I used to be a loyal customer. read more

They were wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. I wasn't oversold anything, got exactly what I paid for with no hidden fees. got in and out probably took 20 minutes. Best place and will definitely be back! read more

love love this place! courteous and efficient The guys are very informative with everything that is done read more

Fast, helpful, and friendly. I'll be back for my next oil change! Especially easy and fast during the afternoon of a work week.

Great service! In and out quickly with no pressure to buy additional add-on services (which I really appreciate)! I thought the price was reasonable, and even a little better, compared to the other quick oil change business in town. I'll be going back! read more

Devin and Roger got my oil changed fast and communicated everything to me. Even went above and beyond and replaced drain plug that previous oil change place had over tightened. Great place and highly recommend. read more

Waited over an hour for an oil change 45 minutes. Waiting and over 15 minutes to put the oil in my car. Two cars went before me while I was still in line. I've never had an issue like this with this place. Left not a very happy customer. read more

Outstanding, very fast and VERY professional. Seemed pricey but the quality of the service was worth it. Three technicians were on duty and two bays were open and ready for customers. I was in and out in maybe five minutes. I will be a customer here for as long as I'm in Niceville. Thanks guys! read more

Went in for oil change and had a coupon. Right away the guys says the oil change on coupon is invalid and they didn't have the blend oil. Probably a blessing after reading other reviews where they put the wrong oil in someone's car! Honor what you promote! read more

Went there one morning and was assisted by David. Very nice, polite and helpful. No problem.Gave my card to pay for the oil change. Went straight home. That night I get notifications that someone is trying to use my card for a cash app. I hadn't used my card in weeks and that was the only time I'd used it. When I called and left a message to talk to a Manager, I was never called back. Maybe it's not them, but I won't ever go back there. read more

Yet again, another issue of a local oil change place putting the WRONG OIL in my car. They know the right oil that's supposed to go in, but they neglected to put that type in. My check engine light came on. Error code possible cause is wrong oil type. So, I go change my oil myself as I normally do, and voila, check engine light is off! Screw these guys, have respect for something that people bust their asses to own. They also over-tighten the crap out of everything. I mean, your average tools will not work to remove that oil filter... I'm lucky to have a neighbor who's essentially a mechanic. read more

Waited a half an hour in a line of cars just to be next in line and get told that they didn't have the correct oil or filter for my car. I was then told to but my own supplies and bring it to them for the change. It's a BMW not a Bugatti and if I'm going to the parts store for oil I'm just going to do it myself. This shop is likely convenient for the civic owners but for me it was a waste of 30 minutes. read more

A good bunch of folks that work hard and do a good job! Seth does NOT talk fast - he walks you through the optional services based on your mileage and will answer any question you have about them. Carl is a good guy, as well. He's a little terse, but is happy to talk to you about anything, if you are nice to him. I have used this location for years - it is next door to my neighborhood. I bring in my own oil and filter - only pay for the labor - which comes to about $30. The oil/filter (Mobil1 synthetic/STP XL filter) are usually about $25 on sale at Autozone. I put roughly 3200 miles a month on my vehicle (370z) and "baby" it quite a bit. I wouldn't use ALF if they didn't do good work. These guys do a great service and you can count on them to do it right. read more

Great place. The people that work here know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They offer extra things but without pressure to buy. The service is quick and efficient. Worth the drive across town past many newer flashier shops because American Lube Fast is better beyond comparison! read more

These guys very fast very friendly. Not pushy at all. Just informed what should be done on your car other than an oil change. But unlike other places he try to scare you into services that you may not need these guys did not do that. I will definitely be back. By the way, use the check in for $5 off your service read more

Tried selling me a butt load of stuff which the car didn't need and Seth was talking super fast like I would blindly fall for it. Staff was talking rudely about other customers while I was within ear shot Cashier "Carl" was extremely rude to me when there was a price adjustment read more

Friendly staff and very convenient place to get your oil changed. You can just chill in your car the whole time.

Service was fast, employees were friendly, highly recommend going there for oil change.

Fast and Easy! We pulled right in, no wait for a full service oil change, stayed in the car and in 25 minutes we were done. No sales pressure from the nice guys working there to replace anything unnecessary, maybe a bit pricey but we used $ynthetic oil, $65.71 was our total after using the $5 yelp check in deal. read more

Had an AWESOME experience at this place! They worked crazy fast, but clearly explained everything to us and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Shout out to David, but especially Matt, for the quality service we received. Will be coming back here for sure! read more

Awesome! 1st off Dylan, assistant manager, made sure there was plenty of and the right diesel oil in stock before I got there. The rest of the crew worked together like a well-honed military operation. We talked about best way to maintain my rig and each of them had good info pointers. It was obvious they were well trained knowledgeable and proud of their work. I'm glad to say nobody asked me if I wanted any extra work performed or bogus upgrades like some of their competitors, I hate that! I'd give them 6 stars. read more

Absolute best oil change. Checked cabin filter and replaced. Nobody ever told me I had a cabin filter, so it was clogged and needed replacing. Thanks again. read more

No wait for this place if you go at the right time of day. But $36.99 for just a standard oil change? I can do it myself for less. Great that they topped off my fluids, but I keep up with that stuff so it wasn't really a plus for me. The guys were nice but tried to up-sell me on a lot of things. $100 for a powering steering flush is ridiculous. No coupons or loyalty program that I know of. Won't be going back. read more

This place is A RIP OFF! Do not go here for an oil change! First off you tell them you need an oil change. They will tell you your car requires full synthetic oil and procede with the oil change as well as 10 other procedures without you questioning them. When you finally go out of your way to tell them you don't need their "REQUIRED" full synthetic they tell you thats all they have in stock. After the "oil change" plus the 10 other things they decided to do to your car without your concent they proceed to charge you $80 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Please do not fall for this scam and go to pep boys or good they where the price is $30. I cannot stress enough this place is a scam! I have talked to several othera with the same experience. read more

Customer service was good and the service was pretty fast but it was pricey for an oil and filter change.

Really fun and upbeat crew, sit in your car while they check everything. They literally check everything from tire pressure to filters and fluids. Will definitely come back read more

Professional folks, I use them for my work vehicle and personal they are always quick and they aren't pushy, don't pay the same price at a car wash shady joint. They also offer military discounts. read more

They put the wrong oil in my diesel truck, therefore wasting my $70 additive. Changed to correct oil at no additional charge, but I had to drive 50 miles round trip to get it corrected. Would not replace my additive and owner would not even return my call. Owner does not stand behind his employees mistakes. Find somewhere else to get your oil changed read more
