He did his thing, we had a chat, seemed like a nice guy, said he couldn't give me a quote immediately as his laptop was dead. Fair enough. Told me to expect it either over the weekend or on the Monday. No quote was forthcoming. I followed up 3 times over the next few weeks to try and get the quote. Finally, to give one last opportunity before I wrote a review, I called 2 weeks ago and was told the technician would call me back that day. Not surprisingly I heard nothing. I can only assume that the tech is assuming this job isn't worth his time as he'll make more elsewhere. Really wanted it to work out with these guys. I know a couple of guys who know the owner/manager and they have alot of good things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't even get a quote.

I was all but told "unless he proves it was installed wrong, you are on your own". It honestly makes me wonder why this employee is no longer there. This company was the last company for ANYTHING out to this house. After calling him and telling him what was going on, he said he would go take a look at it to see what's going on. He pulled in the driveway and left without ever getting out of his vehicle then called me and told me that he looked at it. It was a blatant lie. I have used them before for small jobs but I will never contact them again. Bad business. Owner is pompous. Honesty is lacking.

His diagnosis was that candles were being burnt but he said if the problem continues call me and I will send a tech to look at the coil. Today they sent Norm to check the coil and to determine why the filters are turning black. The coil is squeaky clean and the theory is that they are still burning candles, have verified that candle burning is still going on. The recommendation is to clean ducts next spring or sooner if the problem persists. Good job done by a friendly tech, my only quibble was that the lady on the phone told me the tech would be there between 9 and 9:30 and she had actually allocated me in a four hour window between 9 and 1. I wasted 45 minutes waiting and had to drive back home. Scheduling needs a slap in the hand

They got caught up in the extreme heat crisis. Think they deserve another chance as other reviews are positive and the refund shows a genuine concern for customers.

I know from working in HVAC myself it is a process of elimination sometimes to find what is wrong. My unit is 20 years old so we decided to go with a new unit. He ordered the unit and came the next morning to put it in. Notice this is the week it is 20+ degrees outside at night and not much warmer during the day.
