Pricey repair after pricey repair and still issues are unfixed. I asked them if they could level out the drain pan in our attic as multiple times it has leaked through our ceiling from overflowing, which shouldn't be happening anyways with the repairs requested last year. I called them today as low and behold our ceiling decided to become a waterfall again and got told they wouldn't/couldn't waive the dispatch fee as the last time they were out was 'too long ago'. This is ridiculous, charging people insane amounts of money and not fixing the problem. I do not recommend them at all.
