They replaced my rusted water heater and also some flooring for me. They answered all my calls and questions promptly and were very kind. The workers were so sweet. Jason does quality work AND has the best pricing-- very hard to find both. If pay less someone else than you'll likely get less or have to pay Jason to come and redo that persons work. Rentals, personal homes, second homes -- he's your guy. It's crazy how many people out there that don't have a work ethic, do the bare minimum, do it wrong, do not finish what they've started, and even worse are not transparent. Jason will tell you what is needed and if there is something he can't do, he will tell you he can't do it, but will more than likely know someone who can. Unfortunately, I've taken a lot of financial loss because contractors claimed they could something that was actually out of their skillset resulting in leaks, damage etc. I've learned that if Jason is tied up and my project isn't urgent, I will gladly and patiently wait for his schedule to open up. I'm over risking my time and money on other people just to have to have it demoed and redone. Do yourself a favor-- for projects big and small and any handyman work-- call Kop construction first. read more
