I feel so blessed to have found Strictly Renovations. From start to finish, my experience was night and day from the nightmare I previously experienced. They responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an estimate. Chris came out and did a thorough review of the project and walked me through every detail explaining exactly what he recommended. I received a final quote in a timely manner and schedule for work. They basically rebuilt my deck and did a great job! It looks awesome and more importantly, it's sturdy and safe. I'm so pleased and have received a lot of compliments with people asking me for their contact information. They were so prompt and efficient, finishing the job in 2 days, just as quoted. They were so nice and professional. Chris said they would arrive at 8am to start the job and did exactly that on both days. I have already recommended them to a couple of people and asked them to do an estimate for a bathroom remodel.

He was fair, trustworthy in my home, and even greeted my dogs with treats each day. He had no problem giving me exactly what I wanted. If I wanted to reuse something he took extra care with it. He was on top of the additional contractors used for plumbing, tile work, etc. He held everyone's feet to the fire and made sure permits and inspections were all in line. Can't recommend him enough. I even used him for 2 more projects already: some gutter work and fireplace revamping. Wonderful experience. A++

When the salesmen came out, I was very clear I wanted French doors. He advised me to get a sliding patio door and upgrade to French doors later which was just insane to me. He told me to consider it and wrote my estimate for sliding doors and said it would be another $1000 for French doors instead. When they came out to take measurements, I reinforced that I wanted French doors not sliding doors. Then when they were being ordered (5 months after I initially met with the salesman) I was told French doors were going to be a $2k+ upgrade and that they had no idea where the salesman got the $1k from. Paul was absolutely wonderful and worked really hard with me to reach a solution and have nothing but kind things to say about him. Now we're in January (this whole process started in June) and when I spoke to Brittany on the phone last week Tuesday to set up install date I asked her what my remaining balance was, she told me $4600 (rounded). But then this morning when I go to pay the remaining balance I'm told they forgot to add in an additional $1600. I've managed 2 offices in my career, a car lot and a flooring company. Never in my life would I ever tell someone one total and then send someone to collect payment and give them a higher total, extremely unethical. I have budgeted and saved and picked up overtime hours for the total I was given and now it's once again "I don't know where they got that number from." Whoever is running their office needs to be replaced.

So when…read moresomeone suggested that I could reglaze a mid-century house's bathroom, shower and back sink to save it from demolition I was more than a little skeptical. This would be the most reglazing I have ever attempted and the most important because it is for my mom's house which we are preparing to sell. Well, I looked around and saw Eternity Tub Reglazing here on Yelp with many good reviews and thought I would at least see what they were about, again with much skepticism. Matt arrived on time and with plenty of samples for me to check out his work. I was floored by the potential looks that were available. After Matt's thorough explanation of the process, I was sold on the attempt for the fix. Long story short, Matt impressed with promptness, professionalism and the totally outstanding final result. All areas look fantastic. Not to mention he was able to save a triple glazed/bondo "fixed" tub that was for only the strong willed. Matt made it look like new money. My faith in professional reglazers is established, (or at least in Matt and Eternity Reglazing).
