Plumbing is hard work, and my husband is handy but the extent of what we needed to be done, was out of our scope of experience. We are Grateful we found Ameri-leak. Our friends recommended them to us, and they did not disappoint. The owner Joey and his crew (Ivan and Art) showed up right away after we had an unexpected water heater and laundry room flooding. The guys did not hesitate and got right to work. Upon the initial tasks, more damage was revealed and they extended their time to us to ensure everything was replaced and taken care of. They recommended we move our water heater outside which would also, allow us to finally move our washer and dryer to another designated area to create more space and flow in the back porch..... it's like an entire new addition to our home now! Moral of the story, these guys came to our rescue. They were professional, personable, practiced their expertise and knowledge, communicated effectively and completed the job(s) in a realistic and timely manor, which was necessary as we have kids and needed our space back in order asap. Thanks you so much for your help!!!! Highly recommend this company. read more

Ivan came late on a Saturday after my son flushed too much toilet paper, and fixed it up in less than 45mins! He was very kind and made sure to clean off his shoes every time he came in and out, which I really appreciated. He communicated constantly and clearly and did a great job. read more

FYI Copying my review from Google: I have heat again! My furnace has been non-functional for 10 years. I was finally able to get it fixed through my new property management company (I have been using space heaters for a few years). Ivan did a wonderful job - cleaned it out completely, answered all my questions, and fixed the old issues. It's gotten into the 40s and low 50s at night here in LBC so I'm grateful me and my cat will have functional heat through Fall and Winter. I can't speak to the pricing as my property management company handled it, however for the quality of service, whatever the price is worth it - especially in today's world where micky mouse jobs are common. Would highly recommend this company for great service. read more

Ivan repaired a leak in ceiling plumbing quickly and the utmost professionalism. He explained the issue and even gave helpful advice to prevent further damage to fixtures, etc. The cost savings will be worth all the effort. High quality service with an extremely professional and friendly technician. He even handled calls and managed business dealings without interfering with his task. Highly recommend this company. read more

We had a 9:30am appointment set and Joey and Ivan were here right at 9:30am! This is the second time we've had work done by Ameri-Leak, and once again, they did a great job! Joey and Ivan were very polite and very professional the entire time. We received a notice from our insurance company, wanting to conduct an inspection, and they want to inspect our water pressure regulator. We don't have one, so Ivan and Joey installed one for us in a jiffy and took care of us (they made sure we're at the correct pressure). They even looked at our water heater to make sure it was in good shape (very much appreciated!). When we have a need again in the future, we'll be contacting Ameri-Leak for sure! read more

Received a pretty quick quote with an engaging tech. Same tech was helpful with an emergency issue a few days later. When it came time to schedule the work, the office estimated date and said they'd confirm the following morning. No call back. We reached back out to the tech who said we should call the office (still haven't responded) and he later confirmed our appointment day and time. Then he followed up with a text "The job I'm doing today will dictate what jobs I can do tomorrow. I miss spoke about tomorrow. We have you on the calendar as pending if I get this job completed hope this make sense." Still no further contact this morning/"tentative appointment". Called office - no answer. No call back. Called tech who proceeds to pick up the phone and yell at me for calling him. Do not put yourself through the hassle and stress of trying to work with these folks. Plenty of time to recover, take responsibility and be a good service partner, but clearly no interest in doing so. read more

Reached out to Ameri-Leak Plumbing due to a water leak that I couldn't locate. With their professional experience they were able to locate the leak and make the necessary repairs. With plumbing anything can go wrong and I understand the complex work that a plumber might encounter once the ground is open and pipes are exposed, Joey and Ivan were awesome and came up with a solution that will give me and my family peace of mind moving forward. Their professionalism was in full display and showcased with detailed information that I will take into consideration moving forward when ever I encounter a headache with my plumbing, I want to thank them for the great work and the fast response to get my water service back on. I want to thank you providing me with different options of what to do with my service line due to my foundation situation. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your integrity gentlemen. read more

I reached out to Ameri-Leak because my tub was backing up. They were very flexible with my schedule, communicative and very knowledgeable. I believe their years of experience, saved me from having to open up more of my wall. Their measurements took them right to the spot they needed to be. I would highly recommend Ameri-Leak Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future! read more

Ivan did a great job, super cool guy, very professional, and helpful explaining how to best take care of my faucet.

My Tankless water heater started leaking on New Year's Eve and was no longer under warranty, I was able to get some one from Ameri-leak out the very next morning; every other plumber I called was too busy or would not be able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. They were on time, friendly and most importantly very fair priced. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber. read more

This service is awful. They won't make an appointment with me and I was called a ho when I called apologizing for being asleep when they randomly showed up. Representative said he'd show the next day between 9 - 9:30 -after- I told him I work nights an have trouble waking up early. I said ok an stayed awake for this. Representative did not arrive at 9 - 9:30 an did not answer my call.. [Joey?] Did not have a voicemail. Their maintenance personnel also claims to property management representative to of tried calling me several times but, I've no calls from them in my call log. I called their office to setup an appointment an have not received a return call for four days. This is to fix a thermo couple of a heater. Its really embarrassing service I would expect of a slum lord. I dunno maybe 800$ month rent is not enough to receive nice service... Or I am supposed to fix it myself? I'm not really sure what the risk of that is - I was told part of it is behind the heater an; I don't know, its connected to a gas line. I did call late Friday as I sleep late an maybe they are closed today because it is the day after New Years? I am bothered that all this is happening before a long weekend as well though.. Overall between my life an this its been about a month to get this heater fixed an the best a person thought to do for me was to randomly send the guy over rather than make an appointment... Just thinking I would be there? That is so bizarre its sad. This is of the worst service I've ever received. I believe treatment may be better if you are the property manager an might cancel a larger overall service relationship. If you are representing yourself without a property manager; or a property manager not seemingly actively interested towards you having heat.. You will most likely be treated like badly. Perhaps a thermocouple is easy to fix an I am just being annoying? Maybe it doesn't pay much? I really don't know; I watched youtube videos an figured that might be the problem which was confirmed by gas company pilot lighting technician... I really don't know, I don't know these people so, for this to be happening is really bizarre. I was so grossed out overall that I asked for a different person to service problem an instead was given the numbers for people I don't really want to call. Like why would I want this person or business in my apartment, let alone near me after this? One part that bothers me most is this should really only require a few e-mails at most, I've been unable to get this resolved in such a quick fashion. I feel the blame rests with Nationwide property management as well as Amerileak. read more

When I called this company to service my home, The office staff was very helpful/friendly, I got an appt right away. My technician arrived on time, the job was completed quick and he left the job site clean. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

My place is covered in dust from a repair they made. I'm going to have to hire a cleaning crew. I had a tray on my bed. I moved the tray and I could see the rectangle of sheet that had no dust on it. Cleaning my floors took two hours alone. If they had asked, I would've covered my stuff. I'm going to have to get the rug professionally cleaned. They took my towel so they must've made an attempt to clean up. I'm just hemorrhaging money. Thanks guys! Next day: They offered to replace the towel they STOLE...but never showed when they said they would. No response at all on the dry cleaning bill for the rug, the cleaners, or the 2 loads of coin laundry being reimbursed. read more

I am the property manager of a community that Joey and his team service. They are always available when we need them, they show up on time, and have extremely professional and friendly staff members. I have never been more pleased with a vendor that we use, and we use plenty. Joey and his team are an honest and trustworthy team and I would let them into my home anytime. They are efficient, keep a clean work space, and communicate their findings or work to us. I would refer Amerileak to family and friends! read more

Joey came and fixed the issue we were having with our hot water. Rather than simply rip out the on-demand water heater or charge us for an expensive fix the very thoughtfully diagnosed the problem like a true plumbing detective. He was great and I really appreciate his time and effort to find the problem (a broken valve that was bypassing). I would certainly recommend him very highly. Neil read more

Joey and his team are great. I found them online and from day one, Joey was responsive and professional. I had a camera inspection and it was determined that I needed to get a part of my sewer line replaced and a clean-out added. He was upfront on the pricing and even told me the worst case of what it would cost if there were more blockage issues past where he could see. His team showed up on time, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves. Amerileak will be my go-to plumber from now on and I would recommend them to family and friends read more

Ameri-Leak Plumbing - install water heaters - Plumbing Near Me - Signal Hill, California

Had a pretty substantial slab leak that was concentrated near our bathroom in our garage. I found Amerileaks on Yelp and took a chance by giving them a call. When I called I was greeted by a lady named Carla who was very helpful and informative. I had many questions and she was patience and conveyed a calming demeanor to what was a stressful situation. Joey and Dante were the 2 gentleman who came to assess and review the issue. They were both very professional in reviewing the possible outcomes and going over the necessary procedures that needed to take place. Joey wasted no time in locating the leak and communicating what he was doing the whole time. After realizing the situation was a little more severe then hoped, Joey proposed a feasible option that would save time and money so I wouldn't be stuck with uprooting my entire back patio. After Dante took care of the pipe we were all done and I couldn't be more happier with the level of service, professionalism and overall friendliness of Dante and Joey. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable, sincere, professional plumber who won't try and push any additional products or services that aren't needed. I will be coming back to Amerileaks for all my plumbing needs! read more
