They don't skim on the lobster. Each piece has a half of a lobster tail. The crab beignets are crispy on the outside and filled with crab. The dinner menu is not big but I think I have tried everything except the ahi tuna which my son gets consistently and he loves. Our latest visit I got the shrimp and grits for the first time and it was amazing. The mushrooms on the grits complemented the dish well. The staff is welcoming gives great recommendations.
