So good. Few things- you can book via Open Table for reservations but they require a credit card. Second, it's 18+ after 2:30 pm. We lucked out that they let us come with our two adult sons and one slightly younger since he was with his parents. Appetizers: ceviches, blackened crab legs, and butter candle. All were fantastic. Great flavor. Mains: I had the red snapper and took the server's recommendation to swap the fingerling potatoes for the truffled mashed potatoes. (Lighting in the picture isn't great, but it was divine.) My husband & one son had the filet, another had the pasta, and the last one had the pork chop. All were really good. What a truly memorable meal from start to finish. Our waiter, Alex, was wonderful -- attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced the evening without ever being intrusive. I ordered the double pork chop, served with a rich, silky demi-glace over white truffle risotto, and it was outstanding. One of the most impressive elements was the pumpkin goat cheese component -- so subtle that you wouldn't guess "pumpkin" or "goat cheese" if you had not read it. Instead, it simply added the perfect balance of gentle saltiness, depth, and creamy richness to the truffle risotto. Everything on the plate worked in harmony. Even the broccoli was tender and layered with delicate, elevated flavor -- clearly treated with as much care as the main components. The Malbec paired beautifully, and it's easy to see why Gallion's has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year, as well as the Best of Award of Excellence for 2025. The airline chicken was the other standout entrée and an excellent lighter choice. The organic chicken was beautifully prepared, seasoned with herbs de province, over squash purée, and served with elevated vegetables: rainbow cauliflower, baby carrots, and fingerling potatoes, accompanied by a lemon-lavender jus. Elegant, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. I would consider this a healthy veggie-lovers' perfect choice. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée and key lime pie -- both were lovely and provided a perfect ending to an already exceptional meal. The Our Favorite's Tequila Flight - LALO BLANCO | CASA DRAGONES REPOSADO | HERRADURA LEGEND ANEJO | KOMOS ROSE which covered some of my favorites plus a new one for me. My main was the Snapper - Mikes Way. Wow! Truly loved that dish. It isn't listed on the menu, but ask your server for the details if they don't automatically tell you. Gallion's is an 18+ establishment after 2:30PM so that gives you some clue to the atmosphere. Not arrogant, just a little more quiet. We are in town to enjoy some nicer weather for this holiday week. Been in the area a number of times but this visit we are staying on this side of 30A. We walked here during halftime of the Bills game because it was brutal to watch. They were serving lunch still, and I got an Old Fashioned as recommended by our server Kara. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. Gave us some of the recommendations and highlights of the menu. My parents decided to get the grouper sandwich and the fish dip. The grouper came with a side salad, and the fish dip was delicious, candied jalapeno relish was a nice touch with the lavash. I got the Reuben, and upgraded to the parm truffle fries. The fries were exceptionally tasty. Also asked for an extra side of the Russian dressing which was tasty with the fries. Amazing midweek dinner on the patio. Alex was our waiter and did an excellent job. He was professional, attentive, and on top of everything all night. The beet salad and simple salad were both really great starters. My wife loved the crab cake appetizer which was loaded with crab meat and served as her entree. I had the red snapper and it was cooked perfectly, with a garlic butter sauce that complemented it really well without being too much. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed Gallion's. Our AirBNB host recommended we get a reservation, and we are so glad that we did. The food was by far the best of the entire trip. We also enjoyed our drinks and key lime pie for dessert. Our server, Harrison, was incredible, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu including recommendations based off of locals preferences. Well we just arrived yesterday and could wait to go here right off the plane and get our favorite grouper tacos with plantains. Arrived. Seated. On the menu they took off the plantains and replaced with French fries. Big big mistake. So I ordered a Caesar salad. Asked how much the grouper add on would be, he said $28.00. So I had it with shrimp. Caesar salad was the worst I've had down here. Actually pathetic. They should visit Cuvee 30a or Amici 30a to see what it should be like. They were delicious. The inside filling was very creamy. The beet salad was probably my favorite dish. It was light but refreshing and delicious. The sweetness from the dried fruit, and candied walnuts paired perfectly with the arugula and the beets. The ravioli was delicious, and they were generous with the lobster. There were 5 pieces of ravioli. Probably some of the best ravioli I have ever had. The crab cake was good, but nothing special. It had a good slaw. The service was great. Typically parking can be difficult but we were lucky and found a spot right away. The good: Rosemary is beautiful in the evenings and we dined here on a lovely evening. The decor is nice. What was not so good...I eat gluten free and always ask about the food, I asked if there was a gf menu, our server replied that there were only 2 things on the menu that could not be modified to be gluten free. When it was time to order I asked for something different than the 2 things she mentioned and she said, that's not gluten free. Ok, so I ordered a Caesar salad with no croutons. When my food arrived it was a small handful of lettuce with dressing on the side and a bit of cheese. I would have been embarrassed to send that out of the kitchen, my companion pointed it out to our server and she did deliver some more lettuce. We reserved this place a little last minute and were able to get a 5pm reservation. We were a large group and luckily able to accommodate us. As we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful assisting us to our table. The waitress was great. She explained everything to us, was able to break down some of the wines and overall was very attentive. Some of the flip shared a couple meals like the Bone-in filet, and the Ribeye. Amongst two people there was still Ribeye left over to take home. The filet was devoured. Both had amazing flavors! We also ordered the deviled eggs and although the presentation was nice the flavor missed the mark which was a consensus from the group. I ordered the special with grouper and shrimp. We had dinner reservations on a Thursday night for 4. It was a milestone birthday for one of us and we let them know we were there to celebrate. We were seated promptly. The restaurant is classy, yet casual. It's decorated nicely and the volume such that you can converse easily. Our waiter, Callum was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also a cat guy! :) He started us each off with a celebratory glass of champagne. We then ordered appetizers of the shrimp scampi and stone crab claws. Both were delicious. Our main entrees were the 20 oz, 30 day aged bone in, cowboy ribeye, the bone in filet with crab and the roasted grouper. Everything was delicious however the cowboy ribeye really wasn't worth the 'hype'. We all tried both steaks and the filet was far superior. At the end of the meal, we ordered the carrot cake to share. Our waiter brought it out with a candle and we sung happy birthday. The cake is delicious and dare I say worth the price. We were happy to find out that it was Thirsty Thursday and we received 20% off a bottle of wine! The Austin Hope, Cabernet Sauvignon, frome Paso Robles, CA was amazing! We had a wonderful dinner! Nice decor and vibe, great wine list although a bit pricey! The crab claws were fabulous with great New Orleans type peppery cream sauce. Fried deviled eggs were good just very filling, don't order for just two need more, very "heavy". The parmesan encrusted snapper came out steaming, I mean lots of steam, that made me a bit worried, as the fish was overcooked, lost its juicy flavor and if it wasn't for the sauce would have been beyond edible. Fish is very tricky, not sure who was cooking it tonight but needs to stay moist to retain its flavor, when's it's dry the only thing that can save it is a really nice sauce, mine was too sparse. The place looks really nice from the inside. You can sit at the bar as well and enjoy a variety of drinks. We ordered their pecan old fashioned, which was nice and different. I liked it. Then we ordered their chicken sandwich, which is blackened chicken with vegetables and side of French fries or their side salad. I got their simple salad instead of French fries and really liked the salad too. Their "we got the beets" salad was great too. It is a nice mixture of greens with pecans, goat cheese and more. Did not eat here, but just commenting on the service we received. Came here around 330pm with wife and daughter, not knowing it was 18+ only place after 3pm. We walked into the restaurant and were just stared at by four different workers there. Not one "hello" or "how can I help you?". We just stood there near the bar area and finally I just asked if the restaurant was open and if we could get helped. Finally someone walked over and told us no kids were allowed past 3pm. Personally, I think the 18+ rule starting at 3pm is ridiculous. The restaurant space is huge and there were maybe 3-4 customers in the entire restaurant. They could just section the bar area off for adults-only. However, rules are rules and it's their establishment, but getting some prompt attention rather than seeing and ignoring us is really off-putting. read more

Went here with some friends for dinner. Hard to pinpoint what was best. Everything was great. Highly recommend the ahi tuna tacos, sautéed crab claws for an appetizer. Snapper mikes way (truffle mash potatoes with lump crap) is a home run. The special was swordfish with scallops in an extremely flavorful red sauce. Enough said. You get 3 to an order and they're sooooo fresh. We also enjoyed an order of the candle butter bread- freshly baked and a delicious garlic herbed butter (see pic). For entrees, we had ahi tun and red snapper. Both were delicious...the fish was just slightly overcooked, but just barely (I'm being super picky here- it was still delicious). Caleb was a great server, but the support staff did a fantastic job from filling water to clearing plates. And the show stopper for us, NO KIDS AFTER 5pm.
