Pleasant with fans &breeze. Very capably served by Marcus whose promise of "we really serve good food" was fully delivered! Started with the delicious pina colada. We had the deviled eggs-wow-and the baked oysters-wow!! Marcus capably described the market fish-amberjack. We also had the grouper. Both excellent! I loved the crab tartar sauce with my Amber Jack! We ended up here with a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids) during our beach vacation. Between 4-5 cocktails, two appetizers, and everyone's meals, our bill came out to around $700 before tip. The service was great, and our waiter was friendly and attentive! Overall, this is a more upscale restaurant, but the indoor seating seemed fairly limited: enough for one large party and maybe three tables of four. Most of the seating is outdoors, which can be pretty unbearable during the summer while the sun is still up. Thankfully we arrived early. As for the food, I thought it was okay. Everything was edible and had some flavor, but the quality just wasn't there for the price point. For what we spent, I expected a little more. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that feel less catered to a tourist palate and offer better value. Overall, we had a pleasant experience because of the service and atmosphere, but I would probably skip dining here on our next visit to Rosemary Beach and try somewhere else. read more

We grabbed a table in here around 8 o'clock on a Thursday night and got right in. The outside patio is awesome and feels intimate. We ordered and I swear our food appeared within 5 minutes. The Caesar salad wasn't very good - the dressing tasted mostly like mayo. I wouldn't recommend. The crab cake appetizer is delicious!! Super meaty and I had it as my meal. Loved it. Scallops were good as well! The bolognese dish was ok - it's tons of mushrooms and very saucey, just not a lot of meat. Ended up here unplanned, we were there towards the end of the night but overall didn't feel rushed. It was spring and I will note I lived the open air in the dining room but it did make for a somewhat chilly dining experience. Had multiple appetizers as well as multiple entrees, by far the filet was the best dish we had at our table, cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious. Also had grits as a side, there are better grits in the area, get the fries instead. Grouper entree was just ok and same with pastas. Top foods on our table were the appetizers, brussel sprouts and bread and baked dip. Due to having to much fun in the sun, we went to dinner a little later than expected. This meant wait times and booked reservations. We came across Edward's Fine Food and so glad we did! I had zero expectations as we really were looking for anything without and hour + wait and we must have came here at the right moment. Not shortly after we got sat did the place fill up fast! We ordered the grouper and pork chop entrees. Both were just as delicious, every single bite we took. Everything their paired it with just complimented it more. Our group of 13 ate here recently while in Rosemary for a bachelorette trip. We were seated at a long table outside on a beautiful Friday evening. There was a wedding across the way, and it was so fun to see that while we enjoyed dinner. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Marsala. The chicken was good, but the mashed potatoes & asparagus were pretty limp and soggy. The drinks enjoyed by our group were all amazing & ran the gamut from cosmo to espresso martini to wine to gin & tonic. Service was good, especially for such a large group. We went here on our last night and my kids were so disappointed we didn't go there earlier so we could go back more! I ordered the scallops and they were some of the best I've ever had. My daughter got the chicken dish and loved it just wished it had a bit more sauce. My husband had the crab cakes and said they were delicious and so was the sauce they served with it. My youngest got the kids Mac and cheese and loved it but was jealous of my scallop dish! This will be on our list for our next visit and we will make sure to go earlier in the trip! read more

The atmosphere at Edward's is incredibly nice, since it is in the middle of the charming Rosemary Main Street. I would recommend to go only for cocktails or snacks, as dinner is not what I was expecting given the prices. I understand that in 30A, prices may be more elevated, but the $45 steak and $48 lobster ravioli was just ok. We did get to sit on their street seating which we loved. Server was very friendly but I think staff may have been low that day, as the server seemed to be rushing and didn't check in on us often. Food is just okay. I was expecting better taste and larger portion size for the price point. The steak frites were $50 for quite a bland piece of steak and average fries. The grilled wahoo came with rice and asparagus but it was more like a garnishment and not a side dish. I ordered a salad, an appetizer, and an entree and still left feeling hungry and with a hefty bill. Speaking of the bill, they charge the customers for their credit card processing fee which seems unprofessional for a restaurant like this. That is called a cost of doing business. This restaurant sits among a nice street in 30A with other popular places to eat. Overall ambiance is great and intimate which can be appreciated. The baked oysters were amazing! We substituted the shrimp butter for regular butter which could not have gone better. The chicken marsala was not really chicken masala. The sauce was not marsala sauce in the slightest which was very disappointing. The crab cake was just okay. Not pictured we got the market salad and garden wedge salad. The salads also were okay but nothing to write home about. Overall, this place is in a great walkable location but is pretty overpriced for average at best food. Excellent restaurant with a nice selection of menu items. Very fresh and select offerings. Owned by the same people who have La Crema, and it shows in the attention to detail and lovely decor. Classy ambiance with steer side dining as well as the mostly covered patio dining area. I preferred the patio as it it open air with an awning overhead. I ordered the Garden Salad and it was fresh and delicious, the thin radish slices were artistic as well as flavorful. Being in the south I had to order a side of the Parmesan grits and it was very tasty and nice with larger pieces of corn and flavorful seasoning. I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and we finally did it for dinner on a weekday. They do not accept reservations and seating is first come, first served. You can choose to sit inside or on the patio. We decided to sit inside because it was too hot outside. The interior did not impress me. It's rather small, and even though we sat inside, it was still hot and didn't give me the impression of a fine dining establishment. Their prices are comparable to those of nearby restaurants. Service was good and our server was on top of things but the food was mediocre. We ordered some drinks, and they don't have a big selection of wine. We started with their soup of the day, which was nothing special. I even forgot the name. Then I had their Grilled Chicken Chimichurri, which is marinated chicken breast and comes with some salsa, rice pilaf and grilled broccolini. I liked it but they need to work on the portion size. You can see in the photo below that it wasn't much. We also tried their Grouper, and it was good but not the best we have had. We didn't like their steak frites either even though that entree was recommended to us. The steak was hard to chew and nothing special. Order something else from the menu. It's not their best dish, but it's more expensive than other items on the menu ($40). Overall, this is a good restaurant, but I doubt I'll return for dinner because there are better options nearby. Like I said, it was too hot inside, food portions and quality could be improved. read more

Stumbled upon this place walking around Rosemary Beach while visiting on vacation, the hosts were super sweet. We sat down and our waitress brought waters almost immediately and then disappeared for an unknown amount of time she seemed busy so it was fine. We ordered the "Joyce Farms Grilled Chicken" meal, Shrimp baked Oysters, and a side of the parmesan cheese grits. We needed our waters refilled almost the whole meal it took her until after the meals came to notice we had no water left. She seemed to help all the other table around us though, I remember a guy a few table down who had the same waitress he had to get help from the bar area because she wouldn't check up on their table either and he made that loud and clear, sad that it wasn't just us. Too bad i don't remember her name but she was not positive whatsoever, did not seem to care about anyone who didn't order wine it seemed like because any table that had wine she was at their table almost immediately asking if they needed more but it took so long just for my table to get a water? I was there April 16 around 8. The food on the other hand, not so good - would've rather had the Old fish house where we went the night before who had excellent service + food might i add, anywho half my chicken was raw, half my chicken seemed good, the mashed potatoes and the parmesan grits were the only two good things about the entire meal. The shrimp baked oysters weren't the best, they were okay. You would think knowing that there is a lot of travelers coming to this town because it is all over social media they would have higher standards especially better competitors around them but oh well! I travel the world and this place was the worst restaurant I have been. This is my first review ever. I ordered simple...Caesar salad and a steak. I'm not sure how you mess up a salad but I couldn't finish it. The steak tasted super gamey. I think it was rotten. I had someone else taste it and they spit it out. Another guest had the crab cakes and couldn't finish those. I have never complained at a restaurant but this was next level. I had to go up to the bar and find a peeper shaker for the salad because service was lacking. There are way too many options for food in rosemary. Skip this one. read more

This is one of the few restaurants that served amazing food, that hit every spot perfectly. The Baked Oysters appetizer was flavored so well, and the Crab Cake had a light, crisp taste. I would recommend the Pork Chop entree, it has a sweet and savory sauce over it, and is cooked so tender. The Scallop entree was delicious and is always a safe choice. A honest review: great ambience that's sadly paired with subpar service. The location is really convenient, and the intimate setting is quite nice. However, our party (4) arrived five minutes early prior to opening, and we weren't given straight guidance, so - out of slightly confused - we sat ourselves at a table in the courtyard. Menus were not handed to us until opening, which I can understand considering our early arrival, however our waitress failed to mention immediately that the pork shank was unavailable. Also, when we asked about menu items that could accommodate a gluten free diet, very little guidance was provided. The meals arrived, and the portions were slightly smaller than anticipated for the price; taste was also very average and nothing worth raving about. Service is everything in this industry.
