Others in my party switched it up and got a carafe of red and a carafe of wine. I'm picky, so I didn't try theirs. For our appetizer, we got the smoked snapper dip. This is amazing and probably my favorite fish dip there is in Seaside. It's a small portion, but definitely worthy of getting to try it. We also got the Brussels sprouts, which were very good. For our meal, I got the salmon, which I probably won't get again just because it was a very small portion, I thought, for the price and it was not the best salmon I had in SeaSide. It came with a very small cup of orzo, which was delicious, and three pieces of asparagus. The orzo was by far the best part, and I would have loved more! Fantastic! My wife and I live in Destin, but shot over to Rosemary Beach for our anniversary. We found Edwards based on the recommendation of a local bartender. It was, without a doubt, one of the best dinners we've ever had. We ate in the courtyard on a beautiful evening. The ambiance was perfect, from the layout to the live music to the old movie playing high on the wall of the adjacent building. Food was outstanding overall, and the clams were the best I've had in years. Service was prompt and courteous. And, for Rosemary Beach the prices were very reasonable. This was truly a 5 Star worthy experience and I can't wait to go back again. read more

As long time diners at Edwards, at first we were disappointed to hear that they had closed in the kitchen and could no longer sit at the bar and converse with the chefs...but the renovation of the courtyard and the interior dining room more than make up for that loss. The Spell's have really made some nice improvements. The food was outstanding and the wine list is improved and more expansive than previous versions. The sign says "Fine Dining", and the food definitely lives up to that, but do not let that scare you away, because it is a casual cozy restaurant and very welcoming for couples, families, or groups.
