Loved the decor, the aesthetic with pop art. Now let's get to the food. Here is what we tried: 1. Redfish & Grits - 5 STARS. I am obsessed with the spices. The sauce. So flavorful. My favorite entree 2. The Caramel Praline Cheesecake 5 STARS. I did not want to share this with my family. We were fighting over this one 3. Braised Short Ribs with grits - 5 stars. Meh. This spot is easy to find and surrounded by many other restaurants and retail, so parking may be crowded. The vibe is diner meets sports bar, not very welcoming. Our server was good, quick and helpful. We dined with others who have eaten here before. As of early 2026, they have happy hour and also trivia on Tuesday at 6. At our table we had fish and chips (ok), Avocado Caesar salad with grouper (fair), soup and salad (ok) and Redfish and grits (good). Nice spot by 30A to enjoy a drink or two, watch a game, and hang out. They have some very good beers (especially their own, really enjoyed the ones I tried), quality cocktails, and what I'd call elevated bar/pub grub (burgers, sandwiches, wings, fish and chips, etc., with a few twists, like a bao appetizer). The food was good, but not amazing or anything. It hit the spot, so good enough in my book to return and recommend. Chief gripe is the same of a lot of places in the area--it's just a bit pricey for what you get. Atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming. This restaurant is in a fabulous location, with shops and other restaurants nearby. We walked in and seated ourselves, and a young man came over to let us know someone would be with us momentarily. Our waitress was friendly and Very efficient. She was also very understanding of food sensitivities, so that's always a huge plus. Hubby got the Cuban, and I got the burger on a GF bun. Both were excellent. They have several TVs tuned to sport channels, for your viewing pleasure. It looks as though they have a large number of beers on tap, along with mixed drinks and wine, so they can definitely take care of you in that regard. If you're in the area, stop by. We stopped in here on a Saturday with a group of 9 and got in pretty fast. All of us enjoyed our food and it came pretty fast. They did have an interesting option on the menu but we did not get it. (So You Got Dumped $100- Fries and Champagne) The area is great and lots to do around there. All 9 of us liked what we got and a few of us were jealous of what the other person got. This is the artsiest place I have seen on 30A. We just had a few beers. I didn't try the food so maybe on my next trip to 30A I will try it and update my review. I was mesmerized though as every angle you look is full of colorful art and detail. I really like the portrait of Anthony Bordain next to the neon "No Reservations" sign. We have been a number of times now. Drinks and food have been good on all occasions as has service. The price points are what you would expect for 30A. The bar is lovely and bartenders have been very professional. On balance we favor the Happy Hour. $12 cocktails. Angel's Envy Old Fashioned is usually $21. The Happy Hour food is a good deal. The Thai wings a winner for us - 8 sticky delicious pieces of chicken for $10.50. As locals we stay more PCB side and venture over to 30A proper as the occasional treat or when out of towners are here. read more

Enjoyed a nice lunch here with my family. We were able to walk in and get a table on the patio. The restaurant is very nice and the decor is vibrant. We started off with the garlic Parmesan pretzel bites which came out hot. They were good but could have been better with a dipping sauce. Overall the experience at this location was pretty good. I was seated promptly in an outdoor area that I requested. Once seated I waited approximately 20 - 25 minutes before I was greeted by a server. It was clear that they had forgotten about me, especially considering they sat another table of six people and took their drink and food orders before I was greeted by a server. However, the server was appropriately apologetic and noted it was her fault due to a recent release of an employee that caused confusion on which server should have covered down on my area. The server took my drink (and food order since I had been sitting so long). She brought my drinks out (water and coke) promptly. The coke was flat. Within approximately 15 - 20 minutes my food arrived. I had ordered two items off of the brunch menu. The food, once it arrived, was hot, flavorful, and well presented. Overall I would recommend this establishment. The ambience is nice, the staff was friendly, the price was not ridiculous, considering the proximity to Rosemary Beach, and they offer a military discount. Loss of one star was due to the long initial wait and flat beverage. read more

We visited IHP today, 7/27/25, for dinner and drinks. We arrived just before happy hour ended, and promptly ordered drinks. After ordering drinks, we were told that happy hour didn't begin until 5:00 p.m., and that changed the course of our dinner. We proceeded to order our dinner which was the hummus and veggie plate, $18, 8 wings for $16.50, and blackened grouper on top of the veggie fried rice, $42. Brussels sprouts were undercooked and tasted uncooked, squash appeared to be cooked properly but it was very clear they had been cooked and then refrigerated, hummus was flavorless. The veggie fried rice was good with nice veggies in it, but $21 for a slice of Grouper on top of it is simply ridiculous. We ordered two $20 margaritas that we got on happy hour for $12.78 each, and an old fashioned, for $12.xx. We asked our server why the menu display different prices versus the check we received which displayed higher prices. After about a 10 minute wait we were approached by the manager who approached our table and asked "what do y'all need". We proceeded to tell her that the menu price is displaying a different price than what our check displayed. She explained to us that the prices on the menu were cash prices, and the prices on our check were included in 3% surcharge that we would not have known about unless we had asked about it after we receive the check. Food was average, service was average, drinks were not good and missing any presence of alcohol. Their Instagram presence leads you to think that their food is exceptional and that they plated it with such care and peculiarities. Do not fall for the internet hype. Overpriced and service and food is average, at best. Go elsewhere. Read the reviews and stick to 4.5 or above in this area. I do not recommend. Thank you read more

We ordered a beer and the whipped feta dip and the big pretzel with beer cheese. Food was not good, whipped feta was a solidified blob where the whipped texture is essential, right? Likely made yesterday since it was so firm. Came with pita and veggies which i liked. Pretzel was just okay, beer cheese didn't have good flavor. Food needs improvement for me to return. We had a great last dinner here. On a Friday night in off season for a party of four we waited about 20 min and played at the nearby arcade. Once seated we were on the patio with plenty of warmth from the heater. Becca was a great server who helped us navigate the menu and offered great suggestions. The ufc burger was huge and yummy. Just the shot in the arm 30A needs. Staff are excellent! Treated all the customers as if they were family from what I was able to observe. Food was also excellent! I ordered the chicken sandwich and it as well as the fries were hot and fresh. My wife had the Miso bowl and she loved it! Imagine, a place that cares not just about the quality and quantity, but the way it's plated too! Outside seating as nice as inside, TVs, wall to wall paintings of celebrities and icons. Thought about ordering delivery from here, I don't get down to Inlet much, but looked interesting so wanted to try via delivery. Didn't because of absolutely laughable delivery pricing. No, I don't mean a platform's delivery fees, I mean the discrepancy in menu pricing, I understand there are fees for restaurants that sometimes require pricing adjustments, and I understand if you don't want to have a ton of delivery business but don't insult prospective customers to this degree. Few Examples: Poke Wantons - $24 vs. $38 6 Bao Buns - $38 dollars vs. $49 Poke Bowl - $28 vs. $36.50 UFC Burger - $32 vs. $42 Just don't offer delivery. I'm sure if this review is responded to, it will be something along the lines of how it's my opinion, how I don't know what restaurants have to dish out to delivery platforms, how customers still love ordering, etc. But nah, this is a bad look regardless of pov and tells me what I need to know without actually giving your restaurant a chance. This place is a great addition to the area. An amazing selection of beer and the food and service is always great. The atmosphere is open and fits the beach scene. There are only two things getting in the way of me upgrading this rating to 5 stars: 1) You have two TVs that are permanently tuned to Chive TV according to your staff. There are so many great sports to watch this time of year and instead of watching a game on the big TV directly in front of us, we were assaulted with nonstop stupid pet tricks and stunts. 2) you've got to wrap (insulate) the open metal air conditioning vents that run across the ceiling. Love the look too but in Florida, especially when you have the large overhead door open the condensation drips constantly. read more
