Visited Amazing Pokey on Saturday, Aug 23 and it delivered! My girlfriend and I ordered two medium poke bowls (4 proteins each), loaded, super fresh, and the cilantro aioli was killer! We've had a lot of poke bowls, but this one hit differently. I've visited this place three times, and every experience has been great. The ingredients are always fresh, and they offer a wide variety of toppings and sauces -- I especially love that they have my favorite, the ponzu sauce! The staff have been friendly every time I've gone. We once stopped by around 4 PM on a weekday for takeout, and they let us know that happy hour runs from 3-5 PM on weekdays, so I even got a discount. The server did not mix my poke first, before placing them into the bowl. Not sure if this is their standard. Price is on lower end. Their small comes with 3 scoops of protein instead of 2, and so on. 1 more scoop than others. However their bowl is standard size. Some poke has giant bowl to fill. This place is such an upgrade from Poki Cat, but also dangerous for my wallet because of how good it is! I want to come here everyday. I love that they offer multiple sizes for your bowl so you can build your bowl according to your hunger. The fish is fresh and they offer so many sauce options.
