This was a to go order day. I went inside the restaurant I thought it looked a cute little restaurant. I like the Poke Town art mural on the wall and the little geisha doll collection on the counter. I like that the place looked clean. The girl on the counter did a really good job taking our order. She was nice and attentive. The food was good. I was in the mood for sushi or poke. i like that the food was fresh. The fish was amazing as well. It was a 4.0/5

Good Poke Bowl with reasonable price. Considered cheaper than other with their generous portion. Easy and explanatory big menu on the wall. Service is fast and friendly. Store was nice and clean. Most people ordered for to go. I ordered large bowl. Only $1 more than regular for 5 scoops of Protein, instead of 4. Full-filled your tummy with healthy and delicious food. This is what I ordered: 1. Choose your base. Brown Rice & Salad. 2. A scoop of Crab Meat (imitation). Regular or Spicy. 3. Choose your mix. Up to 5. Avocado included! Yes! 4. Protein Scoop. Tuna, Salmon, Spicy one, Albacore, Shrimp. Picked Tuna & Salmon. 5. Choose your sauce. Up to 6. 2-3 sauces should cover your taste bud. House Sesame Gome should be included in your sauce. 6. Toppings. Up to 8! Fresh, tasty and healthy delicious. Keep it up.

Strawberry and Blueberry Ice Blended Boba and a Taro Milk Tea

5 stars strictly for the Boba! I haven't tried their Poke yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to update my review. Anyhow, I've been driving past this place for over 2 years, and not once have I stopped by to try out the Boba or poke. Well, my church gave me a voucher for a free milk tea Boba, so I had to give it a shot. I'm so glad that I did. I finally found a spot where I don't have to drive 2 cities away to get my fix! I love the reusable cups and how they make their galaxy drinks!

Ok so I'm not a huge poke person but trying to be and this place did not disappoint. I live really close and I needed a quick healthy lunch and this worked perfectly! The reason I don't like sushi is the fishy taste the smell and this one was beautiful! It wasn't fishy or gummy it was so fresh and tasty every bite had an amazing flavor how they mix the ingredients together and the sauces I can honestly say this place will make me love poke. Next time I'll experience more. I ordered Small bowl with shrimp and spicy crab, white rice and salad was my base. I added the sauces, cucumber and onion and other toppings as they are very generous on that note! Highly recommend will be back.

05/28/2021 This poke place is okay. My family wrote down our orders clearly and gave it to our mom so that she can have an easy time ordering. My mom tried to order 4 poke bowls for takeout, but they didn't let her customize the orders. We wanted to pick what to put in our poke bowl, but they just put whatever they wanted. My mom was confused and told us about it when she got home. I guess there was miscommunication about a deluxe order? My mom speaks English well, so it was disappointing that poke is expensive and we could not order what we specifically wanted. The bowl is a decent sized and we were able to have some leftover for the next day. Overall, the food is OK but disappointed about the service and not being able to get what we ordered.

Food is delicious! The staff is not very friendly though. And since when does a poke spot charge for the scoop of imitation crab?

I love the Sesame Goma, Spicy Mayo, Honey Wasabi, Sesame Oil & Eel Sauce for the flavors every time. It's hard finding sauces like these at other places.

Yoshioishi Sushi & Ramen had solid reviews, so we decided to pivot and give it a try. First impression: the menu is extensive. It's one of those places where you almost don't know where to start. The fan favorites are marked with a red flower, which helped narrow things down. We also asked our server for suggestions, which made it easier to navigate. We arrived just before 5pm and there was only one other table. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up and it seemed like there were quite a few regulars coming in. Here's what we tried: Salted edamame: Just average. A bit limp and not as crisp as I'm used to, so they didn't feel especially fresh. Gyoza: Really nice flavor and the dipping sauce was well balanced. These were solid. Yellowtail jalapeño sashimi: This was different in a good way. It had cilantro and a slightly sweeter sauce instead of the traditional garlic ponzu. Unexpected, but a pleasant surprise. Crispy chicken karaage: Slightly over fried but still flavorful. The dipping sauce helped. Crispy rice with spicy tuna: Just okay. One piece barely had tuna on top. Not bad, but not something I'd reorder. Cucumber salad: Served on a bed of iceberg lettuce, which surprised us, but the dressing had great flavor. This disappeared quickly. Nigiri: The salmon was incredibly fresh and one of the highlights. The albacore and toro came topped with fresh wasabi, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the salmon and albacore. The toro didn't quite melt in your mouth like we hoped. It was a bit chewy. Crazy Salmon Roll: Good flavor, but note that the salmon on the outside is fully cooked. We expected raw, so just something to keep in mind. Snow Mountain Roll: A fan favorite at the table. Great texture and flavor. Plain udon and plain ramen: Both were excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. We definitely over ordered, but we left very full. One small detail for fellow tea lovers: I always look forward to hot tea at a Japanese restaurant, especially when it's served in a small pot you can refill at the table. Here it was hot water with a tea bag in a metal cup, which was too hot to comfortably hold, and there was no teapot provided. Not a deal breaker, but next time I'd probably skip the tea. Service was strong. In addition to our main server, two other team members checked in and refilled water regularly, which we appreciated. Overall, I'd call it a 3.5 if that were an option, so I'm landing at 3 stars. The food was decent, the atmosphere comfortable, and the service attentive. It didn't completely wow us, but we're glad we tried it.

I feel the need to stir up some Yelpy interest or we are…read moregoing to lose this (hate to call it this, but it's true) great, hidden gem of a sushi place. Oh no! They have an impressive menu, very diverse. I like that you can order either large sushi rolls, or the smaller, Happy Hour, 5 pc. size so you can try more and not hate yourself as much when you waddle out the door. The rolls are beautifully made, made with very fresh ingredients, the ratio of rice to filling is perfect (i.e. not too much rice), and the rice is nicely flavored. Their tempura has great flavor, the poke salad is outstanding, the miso soup is rich, not watered down, but the biggest "prize" IMHO is the fish collar (kama), either salmon or hamachi. Here is where you separate the men from the boys. They do not sell old kama that has come from a food supplier's bag, frozen. They only use fresh, the same quality as their sushi, because it comes from the same whole fish they have selected to filet for sushi. Taste it and you know you have hit the jackpot. Before they broil it, they simply slather Japanese mayo on it and salt & pepper. There is something about the mayo that makes it sing a whole new tune. The kama is moist, tender, and comes with their tasty, house ponzu sauce. It's a real treat. Bonus points for being very reasonably priced relative to other sushi houses and they tend to be larger as well. To take advantage of the Happy Hour menu, it is available every day of the week. Monday through Thursday until 7pm, Friday through Sunday until 5 pm. It's an abbreviated menu but has great choices, fairly priced. Their service is tops, seating is limited (probably not more than 40), the interior is warm and quaint, and parking is no problem. And don't forget to respond to their friendly farewell with a duplicate, heartfelt "See you tomorrow" as you leave! Enjoy!

What happened !??? We arrived here 6:30pm and was empty…read more.... uh ohhhh Needless to say we sat down immediately. Our waitress handed us our menus, majority was sushi. We wanted Japanese dinner, you know tempura, Teriyaki beef. Teriyaki chicken The picture tells it all. The beef diced !?!? Guess what it looks like !!!! The salmon was an interesting cut, definitely not filet. And it ALL was BLaNd! No teriyaki sauce and wasn't marinated. Ordered shrimp, assumed it was tempura..... NOT! grilled and again, bland The only item that had some kind of flavor was the vegetables. Adding insult to injury, you should've seen the bill !!!!! The price you pay for what you get ..... disappointed BTW we left at almost 8pm, this was Saturday, and was still empty
