I was a customer that was having issues with my service so I called to let the ladies know of the issues continuing. The manager was very confrontational and unprofessional. Before I could get anything out she banned me from the shop and was very ignorant to my benefactor. I could sense an attitude from the one girl before I left the store yesterday. But I was still very amicable, it was not a full explanation of the situation before she whom ever management is just became unconcerned with my issue. Very clean environment. Also, the women are very welcoming always smells very good in there. And they always have it decorated the cutest for each and every holiday. Love the Valentine's Day decor!! Very relaxing environment. I mean, honestly there's not too much I could say bad about this place. I mean for anybody who says that they lose lashes, well naturally we all lose lashes, so yes that's going to happen. I mean, I literally could go every three weeks but I have the Amazing Lash membership and I go every two weeks just to keep my lashes looking their best. But it is very normal to lose a few lashes here and there. I would recommend this company, especially the settlers Ridge location to anyone who gets or wants to try out lashes!. I never leave this disappointed! Here here's a quick pic. My lashes were done about three days ago. They are the gorgeous look they are the length of 16 mm. They are pretty long I think for my age. I am trying to bring this length back down. We started to combine 12s here and there with the 16s. I'm going on a cruise in four weeks and I would like them to look a little more natural. But overall, I absolutely love them. And honestly, if anybody wants a good tech, see Brianna she's great, but honestly all the women there are very good. by far the WORST lash studio I have ever BEEN TO ! my lashes are coming off already and It hasn't even been a week yet !! she did a terrible job ! and when I asked her to fix it she barely did and I had to tell her multiple times to fix the same area. Then told me that I couldn't get my brow tint done because I didn't have enough time to do when when I AM PAYING YOU TO DO IT, I feel as if though she didn't do a good job on purpose, maybe just got lazy or just doesn't know what she's doing genuinely! I'm way past upset ! there's no way my lashes should be falling off already ! and I paid over 130$ dollars. I wouldn't even waste my money with this company ! My stylist was Kiana. A senior stylist, wish is why I chose her because I thought everything would be done correctly but this was a half assed job and it is showing on my lashes, and then to tell me you can't do my brows that I booked is even more of a reason not to go back. Now I have to spend an extra 200$ to have them fixed when it hasn't even been a WEEK with them yet and now there falling off a lot to the point that it isn't normal ! Never again ! I recently started getting my lashes done and chose this place/location due to it being in proximity of my other salon needs. The first red flag was the manager. In all my life I have never met a more repulsive, disrespectful, hateful attitude in the beauty industry such as this ugly woman (and I don't mean her looks but more her attitude), and when I tell you it is raunchy I mean just that!! She should not be in the position she's in, especially a leadership role, and in the beauty industry with the nastiness she exudes!!!! My first experience of having the lashes applied I had a cluster fall out on my left eye and you could visibly see the missing lashes. The manager's response was that "we lose 5-7 lashes a day." Then proceeded to charge me $60+ for refills every time I went in afterwards. I'm w/in a 2 week window so why am I being charged $60+ for fills?? Isn't the disclaimer in the contract state that you only pay for the band that needs filled?? So why the hefty refill charges?? Literally $60+ every single time - in addition to my monthly membership!!! On 9/23 I went back in for my fill and was greeted with a female trying to up-sell me to purchase the 2x's a month membership since the prices were increasing and I was already coming in twice a month. I politely declined and left. I received two missed calls by the time I made it back home from the other desk attendant (dark haired girl that initially took my paperwork/contract) stating that my cc on file was declined and I walked out on my bill and needed to return to pay it. Mind you, this message was nasty rude and I still have it saved. I called back and requested to speak to the female that left the message. She was already gone for the night. I requested that the owner give me a call so as to discuss this incident and to date I haven't heard anything. I am so disgusted and disappointed by the way this business handled my situation. I have a cc on file at my other salons while leaving generous tips and never had/have any issues but this place (and I solely blame the manager because it's her that my issues stem from) I have had collisions with from the beginning. Even after my first visit I was encouraged to buy brushes and cleaning solutions so as to maintain the extensions. I did and realized after getting them home and looking through my arsenal of beauty products I already have that I didn't need these items so I returned them and was once again greeted with a nasty attitude by the manager - not to mention I never received a full refund on the products either. When I booked my appointments I would call ahead to ensue the manager wasn't working just so I didn't have to cross paths with her. I would recommend a different business or reach out to independent artists and support them instead of this place. SO disappointed to be treated so poorly by this manager.......if it were my business...this woman would be finding herself a new job because I wouldn't tolerate that behavior from anyone representing my company, especially one in a leadership role! read more

I had called to schedule to get my lashes a bit thicker since I don't like how thin they were and I had just hit them done the day before. I asked the lady if it was gonna cost an extra 70 or 60 dollars, who ever I talk to in the phone was mean and nasty. She said, "don't you think I would've told you if you had to pay extra." The same day I call an hour before my appointment to reschedule because something came up, I asked if there were any bookings later that day and if there wasn't I wanted to be contacted if there were cancellations . I am pretty sure the same receptionist I talked to about sch my appointment, was the same one talking to me when she said, "I already told you we do not have bookings today." I love this place! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. Everyone that works here is so friendly and always willing to help. It's like they are happy to be there. It's refreshing. Let's talk about the quality of the work. EXCEPTIONAL! I have gone to many lash studios... including one place that used weave glue for lash extensions never again! I almost lost my lashes! At amazing lash studios, they offer sensitive glue for those of us with super sensitive eyes and I can attest that you will have ZERO eye irritation but the downside is more eye lashes fall out quicker but their regular glue doesn't have that issue and it doesn't seem to bother my eyes that much like it use to. I am on their membership program which I find convenient and affordable. I highly recommend them. They have two great lash artists that I can recommend: Kaitlin and Corrine! read more

Not impressed. First time getting lashes after the first week one of my eyes had no lashes so i went in and they said it was not enough left to even fill would have to start over with a new set. So i sch an appt went in and did it all over again they charged me a price for a fill and even though i had just paid a membership fee and had a refill they charged me instead of using the refill i had. Waited three weeks to come back to get a fill because this time they really lasted and i went on vacation came back and had prevously heard them with other customers about having to get refilled at another location and giving them a had time . When sch an appt i was told that i would new to just do a new set because i had waited so long....Went in for my appt and the girl walked in the room saying i didnt have enough lashes left to fill would need to resch for a complete new set AGAIN!! I have had lash extensions the past 5 years of my life intermittently & I have never had an issue. I went to this location for a full set and then one fill in. After the fill in I knew something was wrong because my eyes were red and irritated for over 5 days after the fill. I canceled any upcoming appointments and let them fall out naturally. I am now left with virtually ZERO natural lashes. I am very unhappy & just hoping I'm able to get them to grow back. read more

When I had difficulty at first with lashes falling out, we tried different things until we found the successful combination to stay on my lashes. Overall very clean and looks fabulous on the inside. I got my lashes done because I missed having lashes and used to get them all the time from a lady who did lashes oohrside of her home. She had the best lash glue on the market or whatever they use, not 100% sure it's glue. I got mine done standard set of lashes aNd within the first week my whole right eye had lost about 75% of lashes. I am not sure if they just weren't put on properly or what but it was depressing. I have been getting my lashes done at several different places for about 3 years now. This studio is by far the worst I've ever seen. I have had a wide range of stylist, none of them get the lashes full. The work is lazy. Also they book a master stylist (which they charge $10 more for) without telling you- this has happened twice. I have had multiple stylists be late to their appointments and end early. All in all, the management at this location is poor and I would recommend going to a better run place (such as House of 'Lashely or the Amazing Lash Studio in the Blue Spruce Plaza). read more

COMPLETE RIPOFF..... DONT GO HERE! They tell you the membership is $119 a month for 2 refills a month. You get there, they charge $125 for that session and then $119 in two weeks, siting it's a prepaid service. I was just there 2 weeks ago, scheduled my refill in 2 weeks come back thinking I'll be a member and pay $119 a month and they charged $125, then $119 again in 2 weeks. This place is full of shit and their front desk staff is so unprofessional when you're asking questions about the prices. I use Amazing Lash Studio because I travel for a living. This is the first time I have booked an appointment at a studio and they turned me away. My home studio cancelled on me twice before going out of town so I had to book here when I arrived. She said I wasn't full enough to get a refill and she wanted to book me for a full set. I told her I did not have time for that and requested that the Technician fill my lashes as much as she could in the time I had booked. She told me no and that she would not do my lashes today. Awful! I went on Tuesday to get a fill and guess what? I will be going on Monday to get them fixed by Deka Lash. I have been going to Amazing Lash in Cranberry which has been good but the 2 girls who normally do my lashes quit so I thought I would go to Robinson since it is closer. I left there and they looked like they were barely done. I wanted them to mix the volume and individual lashes and it was made to be such a big deal! They told me they would make an exception but I can assure you they were not mixed. They must have thought I wouldn't notice. This is my 2nd time going to this location and left being disappointed. The last time was about a year ago and I got my lashes done on a Sunday and by Friday I was in Chicago getting my lases redone at an Amazing Lash there. I have been going to this salon since right around the time it opened. A family member was a stylist there so I went as one of her "tests" clients, maybe 3 years ago or so. I went faithfully since including paying the additional Master Stylist fee for my family member to do them. I was a member. Paid monthly. I always received texts to confirm my appointments a few days before. Covid hit and I continued to pay my monthly membership fee even when they were closed. Eventually after about 8 months or so of paying, I postponed until they opened again and I was able to go back. I had about 8 credits, maybe 10. I called to see how many I had and was told they could only be used towards fills or they could give me a gift card to use for products only. I was told a manager would call me back before that. I never got a call. I had to call back. I chose to save them and use them because I loved my lashes. I continued to get confirmation texts for each appointment once I returned. I even received texts at my appointment time to let them know when I was in the lot and they would tell me when to enter. I used about 2-3 and I scheduled 2 additional appointments for my wedding lashes. The exact day those were scheduled my family member left the company. I was never informed by the company. My family member knew I had credits and said she would suggest a stylist for me to reschedule with so I could use them. I figured for the refill, it wouldn't be a big deal and would go with whoever they put me in with. I don't have very many days during the week to fit my appointments in. I never received confirmation for my next two appointments. I wasn't rescheduled with anyone for either appointment. It was almost like since the family member left, they didn't want me as a client. It was noted in the book that this was for wedding lashes because they scheduled me for additional time and not the normal fill appointment. That's a big deal to me. I called the day after my wedding appointment was supposed to take place to address my appointment issues. I was told they could schedule me for an appointment at that time for another day. My wedding was Saturday. I said that wont be necessary anymore and asked what can be done because as a long time customer to just be wiped out of the book because I was a family member of an old employee was completely rude and unfair. I was told only for fills could my credits be used. I asked if I can come get a gift card because I was told I could previously and told yeah, you could do that. At this point, I don't want the products. I am no longer getting lashes done. They took/kept hundreds of dollars for appointments they decided weren't important enough to keep. So I have been going to get my lashes done for about a year now. I recently decided to switch things up because I could not get an appointment with my usual lash stylist at my usual place. I called the Robinson Township studio because it was closer to where I work. They got me in the next day at the time I requested! My lash stylist was Tessa. She was so nice and very sweet. She took time to review what I had in the past, we looked at my past pictures to compare, and she got right to work. She worked quickly and was so gentle. In the one year that I had visited my other stylist, I can tell you that there have been times that I've left not as happy as I wanted, but I was able to work with what I had. They didn't look bad, but they certainly did not look like they did when Tessa was finished! I was super happy. It has been two weeks since my appointment. I wanted to wait to write my review to make sure I was still happy and could give a proper full review. You guys.... my lashes are still amazing and full! I usually lose enough to have to wear mascara in order to hide gaps. Not this time! I have lost MAYBE 7-8 lashes!!! Tessa, thank you!! I have had my eyelashes done by multiple people over the past few years, but I would have to say one of the worst experiences I've had was with Amazing Lash Studio in Robinson. I went for a full set because I was given a gift card to the studio. Immediately they persuade you to fill out paper work so they can automatically bill you for monthly refills on the lashes. They explain that this will be cheaper than just booking refills without the payment plan. You have to fill out paper work and sign contracts stating that even after canceling your membership you will still be billed and are under the agreement for 30 days after cancelation. (Also you have to cancel in person) In my experience any place that ropes you into contracts, especially for something as simple as eyelashes, is only forcing you to do so because the product doesn't hold up to what its promised to be, but they still want your money. At first I didn't mind the eyelashes I thought they looked fine and I had no irritation. However after one fill 2 weeks later I noticed that they were falling out quicker than they should have been. I had previously had lashes done somewhere else in Pittsburgh and they lasted OVER A MONTH without a fill!! Knowing this, there was no way I was going to continue to waste my money at Amazing Lash. The day I went to break my contract with Amazing Lash so that I would no longer be billed by them, the girl at the front desk asked me 15 questions on why I was canceling, acted rude and weird, and tried to get me to change my mind. (Fine, I get it; she's probably told to do that) However if your product were good you wouldn't have to use hard sales tactics to fight the clients. The technician who did my lashes was good, but I was also told that she no longer worked there. I went back to my regular lash girl and now my eyelashes are perfect again because she's the best! Also when I got my new set put on I had a couple of stragglers from Amazing Lash and my regular last girl informed me that they weren't put on right because there shouldn't be multiple eyelashes attached to each one. Even though I wrote a novel and this seems like overkill, I don't want people to waste their time at Amazing Lash, or their money like I did!
