They do not have a lot of options when it comes to color, and not the usual OPI, Essie, etc. Overall, it gets 2 stars because my nail tech was nice enough, but not incredibly friendly. Beyond the results, though, I have to talk about how wonderful the experience is from the moment you walk in. Dana opens the waiting room 10 minutes before your appointment time so you can fill out basic paperwork regarding your medical history and skin goals. Then you talk to make sure you're on the same page. The session itself starts and ends with a short deep breathing exercise, helping you center yourself and focus. Everything felt so blissful and relaxing that I drifted off several times, and kept having to bring myself back from the mini dreams I was slipping into as I didn't want to miss the experience! I think what I most appreciated is that when we discussed my typical skin care routine, which is incredibly low maintenance and a bit directionless right now, Dana could not have been kinder or more judgment free. She didn't push any products and gave me a sample to start out with, which I'm applying morning and night alongside one other product I'm using. Her other advice was to wake up and hydrate my skin in the morning with a splash of cold water. Seriously, free cold water.
