I signed up for a promo on Instagram for the Luxe Laser. I received the express hydrofacial ( even…read morethough the esthetician was very good and knowledgeable), this isn't the service I signed up for. The next day, I contacted the med spa expressing my concern, and was told it was a computer error and that if I wanted the Luxe Laser for the promo price. I paid 150 for services I didn't sign up for and then offered to spend an additional 200 for the service I requested! Terrible customer service, at this point I would not go back nor would I recommend.

I was able to take advantage of the new client special which gave me a reduced rate for the services. Even though I got the reduced rate she still put included some specific add-ons for my skin concerns and didn't charge me extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the red light therapy - the sensation was staring into the sun with your eyes closed. At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment. I can't wait to go back, just got a fit it into the budget :)
