Ice cream can get incredibly rich for me very fast, but that wasn't my experience with their rainbow cookie ice cream! Very smooth, almost reminiscent to birthday cake, with just the right touch of sweetness. There are plenty of seating indoors, and lots of spots to park your car outside! The staff are friendly and they keep the place extremely spotless, cleaning surfaces and even wiping down the glass doors and windows through the night. They also have a water dispenser in the event that you need a sip of water and it's great for people like myself who need water after a sweet! The place is very quiet around the evening (we were there around 8:40pm) and there's hardly a line, if at all. But the place stays open til 10pm throughout the week. The place deserves more traction. I will definitely be coming back here with my husband who is an ice cream fiend!

The wall decorations fit the focus of the shop. The unisex bathroom had the same pink hall & door with the inside of the door painted blue. What an awesome way to decorate a unisex bathroom. The shop is in the TOWN CENTER Columbus Village Shopping Center. It's just around the corner front Barnes and Noble in the small amount of shops facing Virginia Beach Boulevard. I heard about Amazing Glazed from a home remodeling contractor by the name of Earl Johnson from Oak Grove Remodeling and Repair and he stated that Amazing Glazed is one of the best donut and gelato placed throughout Hampton Rds. Good donuts some are even great (maple bacon!) but the service is so slow!! It's taken 15 minutes on multiple occasions with only one or two people in front of you in line. O's donuts in Norfolk has a much quicker turn around and great donuts as well. Hopefully they can speed up their process and my rating will go up for sure. read more
