I'm already in love with this Bagel shop! I visited during the grand opening & was thankful to have met the owner John. He's super kind and really has a heart for the community. The entire staff was kind and courteous despite the large crowds! They handle everything perfectly and the food was perfectly fresh! I can't wait to try their catering!

I stopped by the Baker's Crust Bagels to see what they had to offer. They just recently opened. They're right next door to the Bakers Crust Artisan restaurant. They serve bagels, sandwiches, desserts, and more!!! When I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me. All the young ladies I met were really nice! Customer service is good!! I chose the onion bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel was pretty good, although I wish it was toasted a little longer. There was a good amount of cream cheese on it, and it was tasty. I'd get it again. I definitely want to try the Oreo cream cheese next time. They have cream cheese you can purchase to take home also. The restaurant was clean with tables on one side. It's not a huge restaurant, but it's big enough. They had cups set out for free water which was nice. It's a Einstein bagel, Panera type of vibe, just smaller. I'll be back to try more!! Check them out!!

I've been waiting to check these bagels out as a native NY'er. I was excited to see this in the works in VB. You order & pay at a kiosk, they have interior and covered exterior seating colocated next to the Bakers Crust restaurant. Everything bagel was awesome, lives up to the claims. Fresh and the bacon egg and cheese hit the spot. We will be back! Service was quick.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I love how nice and friendly the staff are. The shop is always so clean and I love the beautiful decor! I ordered the drink and asked if it came in a large (it's just that good) but they said it only comes in one size due to the amount of caffeine that's in it and I completely understood. I was only there to grab the Power Fizzy but the Honey Graham Beignets sounded tasty, so I ordered those as well. My Strawberry Coconut Power Fizzy was great, per usual. It tastes like a dirty soda but it actually includes a lotus plant-based caffeine with benefits such as weight loss, mood boosters and blood sugar regulation and also includes antioxidants. The Honey Graham Beignets were wonderful! They were tossed in graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon with a honey drizzle! Beignets and Brew never disappoints and I will definitely be back soon for another Power Fizzy lol.

I was pleasantly greeted by Ashley F who asked if it was my first time in the shop. She was friendly and patient with me as I asked a few questions. I decided on 24 beignet bites to go and ordered small containers of each of the three dipping sauces: Butter Cream, Blueberry, and Chocolate. I enjoyed the smaller bite-sized beignets, and the butter cream dipping sauce combination the best! My coworker wished the blueberry dipping sauce was a little thicker. But, all three dipping sauce flavors are tasty. I also ordered a regular Honey-Cinna Lavender Latte, hot, with oat milk (additional $1 charge for the alternative milk) and it was delicious! Although my orders were 'to-go', this location offers a great vibe. The dining areas were clean and inviting. I can definitely add this sweet spot to my list of places to meet up with friends. It's a great place to pick up a treat to share.

I find it humorous that this place is right next to a gym, but man, it is some tasty ice cream!…read more Be Free also offers coffee beverages and baked treats. Their cinnamon rolls and coffee cake slices are huge. They don't mess around. Upon walking in there's an island of select merchandise from local artists (chocolates, homemade items, etc.) which I thought was a cool way to support the community. The employees welcomed me in with a loud (yet polite) "Hello!" There were two of them working and they kept smiling the whole time. On the right there's a few tables to enjoy your order and further down there's a long high-top table where you can view a "behind the scenes" look through their kitchen window. The murals on their hallway are gorgeous, as well as that HUGE mirror you catch yourself in on the way to their bathrooms. Be Free merchandise is also available before you hit the hallway. Whoever designed their skull cones logo did a great job! On the left there's a refrigerated area with beverages to grab, and their glass case of all their ice cream flavors they're offering that day. Each is marked gluten free or dairy-free where appropriate. Next up is their pastry case on the counter. Take a mental note of what you'd like to get because you don't order until you reach the end of the counter. I think the flavor I got was called Wild Cherry Chip (a dark cherry ice cream with tiny crunchy dark chocolate pieces - think Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia). A single scoop was hearty enough to satisfy my sugar craving while small enough to not feel guilty about it. I'll be back!

So it took a few minutes before they greeted me. But they did eventually, and they were friendly. I looked around to see what they had. It was different whole cakes, cake slices, cookies, breads, coffee, cinnamon rolls, quiches, and etc. They are affiliated with the 17 hands coffee shop next door. They make the quiches and baked goods for them. The whole cakes looked pretty. They also had some fall flavors in desserts and coffee!! I did find it confusing that nothing had prices. I had to keep asking how much everything I was interested in was. The cake slices are about $7-8 per slice and the cookies were $3-4 depending on the flavor. I got a red velvet and a double chocolate cookie. They were both a good size and thick. They were ok. But nothing buttery or special stood out. The double chocolate was the better cookie out of the 2. The red velvet was a little bland. But looked appealing. I'd like to try their cakes in the future. I will say there were a few fruit flies lingering in the showcase which is why I chose the cookies. There's some outdoor seating. They only sell whole quiches here, but you can purchase individual slices next door, because they don't have the capability to heat them up there. I'd come back to try other things. Check them out!!

When we booked we were advised we could bring cake, but upon arrival we were advised cupcakes weren't allowed unless we paid a $25 fee to serve it. My daughter was a little disappointed because she wasn't told that. So we chose to eat the cupcakes later because the fee was a little expensive, just to eat our own dessert. That was the only real issue we had. Our waitress was Anna and she was very nice as well. She was very accommodating. We ordered fries, chicken katsu, a turkey sandwich, a fruit waffle, several different teas hot and cold, salads, fish and chips, and buffalo wings. The food is pretty simple because it's Tea house food. Most sandwiches come with a salad, or you can pay an upcharge for fries or fruit. The ginger dressing was really good. Everyone liked it. The fish and chips were just ok, the fish was a little fishy in flavor and tasted like frozen fish sticks. I probably would not order it again. The fries were ok, and the salads were good. I enjoyed the hot milk tea also. It comes with a cute little tea pot and a tea cup. The ambiance was nice and pretty with floral decor throughout the restaurant. It was lots of photo opps inside. They also have a mural painted on the wall out front, where you can take pics.. The staff was friendly. The owner gave my granddaughter a free birthday pastry which was super sweet!! She also gave her a pretty tiara as a gift. So nice!! I think this is a nice place for afternoon tea or a gathering. Check them out!!
