One of my favorite coffee shops in VA Beach. This is my second time coming here this weekend. I got the Iced tiramisu latte and the peanut butter power toast. I dined in and most of the tables were not wiped down so I had to wipe down an area to sit at. The coffee is amazing and the peanut butter power toast is delicious!! It has bananas, strawberries, peanut butter and a strawberry glaze on top of a multigrain piece of bread. I will have to try their chicken salad sandwich next time.

The service was fast and patient with new patrons and helped us pick out great stuff. Food was fresh and gluten free cheesecake tasted super light and the coffee was soooo good. The atmosphere was very inviting and the type of vibe that makes you want to read a book and chill or write the next bestseller!

I love the food here. It's never what I would imagine ordering for myself but I'm never disappointed! I always think I'll go safe and get their delicious pastries but then dare and get the salmon specials or other hot foods and they are sooo good. The only thing I was disappointed in was the hot chocolate. In the past it's always been amazing like a sipping chocolate. Super thick and creamy and rich. But this was just frothed milk with a dusting of chocolate for color. The atmosphere is so pretty and cozy. I love the different seating options and the floral decor made it so neat. My daughter was obsessed with the dripping florals

@OperationBrew 1329 Oceana Blvd Unit 100 Virginia Beach, VA 23454 Sunday, 8a - 5p Monday - Saturday 7a - 5p This place was cool. From the vibes, the baristas, the decors, coffee, and food theres something for everyone. The line can get busy and probably long but it moves fast. This is a cool place to catch up with friends, get work or schooling done or even people watch. Worth the visit. All the drinks & I had were definitely worth the visit! Thank you Operation Brew!

The basque cheesecake is delicious. The smoked salmon sandwich was refreshing, my grandson ordered the cat panna cotta because of how cute it was, but he did not like the texture (wasn't sure he would), so I finished it for him . The raspberry compote with the Panna cotta was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We went back again two days later to get more of the basque cheesecake and try the chocolate raspberry croissant, but they were sold out, so we got the strawberry croissant

We are still on the hunt for a Saturday morning coffee date location. This weekend we tried Operation Brew since it was recommended to us. I had NO idea this was out here and let me tell you, I am impressed. I am GF so I had the the apple cinnamon parfait and my husband had pumpkin pancakes. Both were amazing. We also had 2 coffees, a pistachio drink and a cappuccino, which were great as well. They were busy but quick and tables were easy to come by. The staff was friendly and the baked goods.. *chef's kiss* I can't wait to come back and try more fall treats!

I went with three friends in between pickle ball games, and we all loved our choices. My potato bowl was delicious; just the right amount of spice. The sandwiches looked fresh and delicious. The pistachio cold foam iced was very refreshing. My friend enjoyed her key lime drink so much she got one more to go! And, there is plenty of seating to enjoy your meal there; especially if you want to work on your computer or just enjoy some down time. The wait staff were all friendly and helpful. They seemed very knowledgeable about their menu, as well. It is a cute place with a nice casual, relaxing atmosphere. In the area, Check Them Out!

Hip vibes, quick service, a bit loud but reasonable for an open concept coffee shop. Clean and orderly place where table turn over was great as seating is limited. I got the ahi tuna and tiramisu latte with a shot of hazelnut. Delicious and hit the spot.

Left to right: tiramisu latte, dirty chai cold brew, and pistachio latte. We forgot to take photo of the tuna sandwich.

Girls weekend and we needed additional coffee to continue our day. And we like trying out locals spots. Operation brew came up highly recommended and had won this years best restaurant so here we are. I tried the pistachio latte while the other gals had dirty chai cold brew and tiramisu latte with lavender. One also ordered a tuna sandwich and she devoured it heartily. I really enjoyed my drink and loved the little pieces of pistachio sprinkled. Pistachio is my favorite nut. Service very good and staff friendly. Love the fall decor and chill vibe.

Love love love! I just moved here a few months ago and this is one of my favorite coffee shops. The coffee and the food is top tier. I absolutely love the seasonal breakfast potato bowl, I've ordered it twice. I tried a peach latte for the first time and it was amazing. I've also had regular coffees and they are super good too. Not expensive either. I wouldn't say that it is cheap, but it's definitely great food for a good price. Also great working/studying vibes.

Great service, very laid back vibes, and excellent drinks! This is a nice, relatively hidden gem in va beach and will be my new go to!

I let my mom try some of their wraps and sandwiches, and she couldn't get enough--especially the Caprese sandwich! My husband is completely hooked on their cold brew, seasonal drinks, and that irresistible Biscoff Cheesecake. As for me, I always get Iced Spicy Mocha! I love their wraps, sandwiches, and merengue roulade too. Operations Brew is my happy place whenever I pass by Oceana Blvd! Huge shoutout to the amazing team at Operations Brew--Olivia, Archer, Tyler, Sarah, Mindy, and Gliezelle! Always efficient, welcoming, and full of smiles. They make every visit even more special.

This might just be in my top 3 favorite coffee shops in the area! The coffee was perfect and smooth, the staff were very nice, and had a decent amount of seating. The music was such a vibe. I got this seasonal potato bowl and an iced latte and completely devoted it

Nice food selection. Very busy coffee shop. Not a fan of the music being too loud. Overall, it's a nice spot for other people.

I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. The folks were friendly, the Cafe clean and the seating plentiful and comfortable. I would recommend this place for both pastries & French toast & spuds.

Everything looked lovely, it was hard to decide on what to get. She had also just made some fresh pastries. I decided on some ube pendesal, and as I'm a sucker for tiramisu I also asked for that. She offered the fresh pendesal as well, which I couldn't say no to, so I got that as well. She was overall very nice. I saw the empanadas in the corner, and I know I'm already gonna have to come back to try more. She told me how to keep the pendesal fresh, and I thanked her and went to my car to try the breads. The fresh pandesal was amazing. Fluffy, light, warm, soft, a little sweet, just so good. The ube one was a little heavier, and had a halaya and cream cheese filling, which I just loved. It would've been better warm, but I was hungry and wanted to try things. I waited til I got home to try to tiramisu, and oh my god that is some of the best tiramisu I've had in the area. I tried one at the farmers market by an Italian lady, and I think this one is better. It has good ratios of everything. It's not drowning in coffee, the cream is nice and sweet, and it isn't too mushy. This will now be my go-to spot for tiramisu for sure. I can't wait to come back and try more!
