I loved everything about Project Seed Coffee! I always enjoy trying new local coffee shops, and this one was truly special. From the moment I walked in, I encountered warm and welcoming customer service. The interior was bright and inviting, with plenty of seating. As a big ube fan, I was excited to see they had a variety of ube items. I ordered the ube velvet latte with ube cold foam and an ube cinnamon roll. My cinnamon roll arrived first; it was warm, soft, and melted in my mouth. I was only going to take a bite, but one turned into two, until I ended up eating the whole thing right there. I planned to share half with my husband, but once it was gone, I just bought him another one. My ube latte was also amazing, with notes of ube and dark chocolate. Overall, this was a wonderful first experience, and I look forward to visiting again! They are a small business, so be sure to give them a try!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped by this cute new coffee shop and really enjoyed the cozy ambiance. The space is charming and welcoming, making it a nice spot to relax or catch up with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That said, if you're looking for a bold, strong espresso that gives you an immediate wake-up call, this may not be your go-to spot. The coffee didn't quite have the punch I'm used to. I would come back for the ube Spanish roll. It wasn't overly sweet, and paired nicely with the other cold drink options available in the fridge. It's worth stopping in to try some of their pastries and specialty beverages, even if the coffee itself wasn't exactly my style. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, a cute spot with great vibes and some tasty treats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This coffee shop has a vibe about it. You walk in and instantly feel comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee is tasty and they have Filipino baked goods for sale. We also received really great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just a really relaxing spot to visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Had a great experience at Project Seed Cafe. I ordered the roasted matcha with one cold foam and really enjoyed it overall. The cold foam was perfectly sweetened and balanced the drink nicely. Next time, I'd probably add a flavor shot just to give the matcha a little more sweetness for my personal taste, but the quality of the drink itself was really good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute spot with a nice vibe[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Hard to believe that it took me this long to visit Project Seed's newest location. We did a Saturday morning drop in for coffee and were rewarded with a delicious White Chocolate Pistachio Latte (seasonal flavor) and a Turon Signature Latte. We couldn't resist adding an Ube Ensaymada and an Ube Pandesal with Cream Cheese & Halaya to our dine-in order. Both hot lattes were full of flavor. The baked goods were fresh and warm, making the visit extra special. We loved how easy it was to find parking and how much bigger this location is. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and directed to check out their specials board. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had different types of seating available to match your preference.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner allows pop ups to set up shop and offer unique crafts. What a terrific bonus!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a vibrant cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went with a friend to catch up and enjoyed my time there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee and ensaymada were done very quickly and were both delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since the cafe was celebrating its 2nd anniversary there was a DJ and a food truck.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music selection was great and wasn't too loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I definitely want to come back and try their other drinks and pastries.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is nice and clean with plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the eggnog latte and a Spanish bread. The latte was just okay, not really my favorite but the Spanish bread was really good. I would definitely go back to try a different coffee and would absolutely get the Spanish bread again.

I truly wish I enjoyed the coffee and pastries here but I did not. My sister brought us here this morning for a last minute get together for my birthday. She raves about the cafe, I had such high hopes. First, as soon as I walked into the cafe it smelled like a mix of wet dog and coffee. I don't blame the cafe for this, since when I left I saw that their neighbors were a vets office and I assume the smell was coming from that side. There were no animals in the establishment at the time. The ordering process was easy, their menu is fairly small and the young woman behind the register was nice to explain anything, very patient. I got the Buko Pandan with Ube cold foam, the ube cold foam was so yummy, but I wasn't a fan of the base. It was super cute though! Then I purchased the ube with cream cheese, I was sad that I also didn't like this either, the center was good but I wasn't a fan of the actual bun itself. Seriously super bummed about this because what girl wants to be disappointed on their birthday. Overall 3.5/5 for me but I didn't want to give a lower score since my sister truly loves this place, it was just not a good choice for me today. So I rounded my score up.

I visited Project Seed Coffee while visiting Virginia Beach with some friends, and it ended up being a great find! It's a Filipino-owned shop with fun flavors like ube and pandan in their drinks and pastries. As soon as we walked in, the owner greeted us and helped us decide what to get--she was friendly and patient with all our questions. We ordered a mix of lattes and pastries to share, and everything was delicious--the flavors felt unique but still really balanced. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in the area to try more of their menu!

Soft opening today and the new spot is amazing. The owner Erene was there to greet us with a smile as we walked in. The building is clean, roomie, and designed for gathering with friends or buckling down for a business meeting. You can definitely get some work done and enjoy the bright light shining through the large windows while sipping your coffee. I got to try the Miso Caramel Latte as a special. It was very unique and delicious, just the right amount of sweetness. I also enjoyed the moist longaniza biscuit. I love their baked goods and hope they continue to expand with some more breakfast items, maybe even some sandwiches or longaniza breakfast bowl. Bonus, the parking lot is so much easy to get in and out now!

I got the miso caramel iced coffee, such a unique combo! The taste of caramel with a hit of miso paired really well together. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was beautiful, I loved the artwork on the walls and had plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The two workers in the front were efficient and friendly! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes were great, will be back again to try of different flavors![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Visiting from out of town and this was my second time here. We usually enjoy the iced Ube latte and iced Buko pandan but my second visit the vibe was just off with the workers. Drinks were good but the Gen Z's working here gave me this stare of I'm an idiot for not knowing what I wanted when I walked in. They weren't very enthusiastic or friendly, felt cold to me and it made my visit unpleasant. I asked what the difference was from Ube velvet and their Ube halo halo special but he didn't even know. I wished their door wasn't so hard to open and hold. I had 2 drinks in a drink holder and 3 pastries in a box. Juggling to hold all that while trying to open the heavy door was hard. I saw a vendor "Jack Eats" selling items while waiting for my order and I'm glad I got to try them. That Ube brownie was so divine. Not sure how long they are there for but go get yourself some baked goods from them while waiting for your Project Seed order.

Supporting a great local pastries and drink establishment!!

Love this place!!! Such great pastries and hot and iced lattes!!! The Ube Pandesal and Biscoff pandesal were so light and fluffy, as well as flavorful!! Erene and her staff were so kind and friendly!! The Toffee Hazelnut latte with oat milk was incredible!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is so light and airy and friendly!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend this place!!

After we mentioned we don't eat much these days, they actually suggested scaling back our order so we wouldn't overdo it. That kind of honesty is refreshing and definitely appreciated. Everything we ordered was good, and the beignets hit the spot. Nothing disappointed us, but nothing really stood out as something we'd go out of our way for again, either. The only thing I noticed was that there were a few moments where some of the employees behind the counter seemed to have noticeable facial expressions after certain customers picked up their orders. It may not have meant anything, but it caught my attention. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with friendly service and solid food and coffee. If you're in the area and looking for a quick stop, it's worth checking out.

So we wandered over to Pinup Coffee at Back Bay Farmhouse Brewery, and we're glad we did. I ordered the Salty Texan, a delicious take on the classic caramel macchiato. It was smooth, well-balanced, and just the right combination of sweet and salty. I would definitely order it again. The seating was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it turned out to be much more than just a stop for coffee. We struck up a conversation with a wonderful mother and daughter visiting from Wisconsin. During our chat, the daughter shared that she was getting married later today. Great coffee, outstanding doughnuts, comfortable surroundings, and memorable conversation--it made for a wonderful morning. I love their options of drinks an biscuits, I've especially been craving their bacon and cheddar biscuit since I've last had it, and it's nice to go to a cafe that dos things a little differently than the standard! One thing I also adore about this location is how they will host small markets on the lawn outside the house! One time me and my friend finished chatting and having coffee and we unknowingly walked outside to see a bunch of vendors that weren't there before! It was so fun to walk around and speak with everyone, they were all so sweet and I ended up buying multiple things unplanned! I will say it can be a tight squeeze between the doorway and the counter when ordering as the hallway is small and the line can grow rapidly. But if it's not cold outside or busy there then it's not really an issue at all! I'm sad that they aren't open past 1-2PM most days, but that's understandable given the business they run and thier location! Overall, I couldn't recommend tho place more for anyone wanting a new study spot or place to try out in general in VB!
