Was quoted a price to get a new remote fob for my car. Went to the store and they tried to program three fobs unsuccessfully. I was referred to their San Ramon office when the employee couldn't figure out the problem (the unlock button wouldn't work). I decided to go to another locksmith in the area and as I was leaving found my original fob no longer worked. At the other locksmith they informed me that the shop had deactivated my fob and any fob I didn't have with me was also deactivated. They kindly fixed my fob but my spare at home now didn't work. I called the manager to address that the employee never told me any other fobs wouldn't work and complain about that and mine not being fixed before I left. I returned the shop and the tech couldn't get my second fob to work, and since he couldn't get it to work he couldn't resynchronize it to my car. I ended up frustrated, even talking to the manager by phone again and ended up leaving with the second remote still inoperable. Long story short - I was prepared to spend money at this business, was not communicated to properly and left in worse shape than when I arrived. read more

Just got a key fob made for 1/5 the price of the Kia dealer and half the price of another local locksmith. Not only was it a great price but I was in and out in minutes! Ordered a Nissan key fob remote online which was cheaper than the dealer. It had the Nissan logo as the dealer said as long as it does they can program for $80 but no guarantee. I took it there, they weren't able to program AND they charged me $40 on top of that for labor. Before returning it I decided to try a locksmith place with little hope thinking if the dealership can't even program it? Why would anybody else be able too. So I took it to AM PM locksmith in concord and they were not only able to program it but only charged me $50 AND cut the extra key it came with! They are absolutely fantastic in my book and highly recommend them!!! A little late posting this review but wanted to get it in so everyone knows how great they are!!! Terrible service. These guys really ran one over on me and had no shame in doing so. I had my girlfriend take my car to get a spare made while I was working. Simple task. 3 hours later she calls me saying the locksmith says I need to get my car towed out of the shop. What the $&@?. The car was driving fine there... why does it need to get towed. So I left work and went there to find out for myself... sure enough the car is dead and won't start. Luckily enough I have a friend who owns a auto repair shop. So I had it towed there. He found that an in-line fuse was blown. Why? How could that happen? The car was fine on the drive there? Well guess what. The car had a breathalyzer in it because yes I had a dui. So they couldn't get the car to start. And they tried to jump it. And what my auto repair professional told me is that the only way enough energy would split that fuse would be if they crossed the cables when they jumped it.. it makes perfect sense to.. they're trying to test the car but can't get it to start... anyway.. so I go back to the shop to tell them what I've learned and they tell me that they didn't do anything wrong.. he grabs a list of all the jobs he's done. Well guess what dude. I own a business to. I own a plumbing business and I also have a list of jobs that's gone well.. doesn't mean every job is perfect... this guy really screwed me. Couldn't be more pleased ! These folks SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS! from what the Toyota Deal wanted to charge for duplicating the Keyless Entry FOB and its programing for my 2013 Prius. Kuldeep Singh, the manager/tech at the Concord shop was better than good! Not long on small talk, knew exactly what he needed to do and got me out of there in no time. These guys are great and friendly and know their craft. I lost my keys to my bike rack that was still attached to my truck. I originally went to a local locksmith in another city where I work. The locksmith tried for thirty minutes and was unsuccessful and advised me to drill the lock out because he could not do it. On the weekend I found AM PM Locksmith in Concord. In five minutes flat they had successfully picked the bike lock that was attached to my truck and in addition I had a secondary lock on the bike rack and they successfully open that lock in minutes. They made me additional keys and gave me a very good price.
