I needed a move out cleaning done for an empty 3 bedroom 1 bath, 1000 sqf home. The 2 cleaners that came out didn't speak or understand English, which made things difficult. When they were ready to leave I had to point out a dirty countertop in the bathroom. I came back the next day and I noticed that the window blinds hadn't been touched and the kitchen cabinets were still in need of cleaning. They left their bag of garbage in front of my door. They did come back to clean up the remainder with a su po ervisor, that's why I gave a 3 star rating. I wouldn't use them for a move out cleaning, maybe just a house cleaner. The previous tenants left the place really messy so it was quite the cleaning job and we really wanted it as clean as possible as it was the beginning of June 2020 (covid). The two people who cleaned our place did a great job, they took longer than they had planned for but didn't charge more and didn't rush the work. A few things could have been a bit cleaner but given the previous state of the house we were very happy with the service. Would recommend and use again. read more

I first hired Always Clean to do a final clean-through an empty rental house as we moved to a new one. They were prompt, focused, respectful, and courteous. I decided to hire them back for a regular house cleaning at the new location and they took care of everything. (I'm physically disabled, so hiring cleaners helps.) They dusted, wiped everything shiny, mopped, vacuumed, and made sure the baseboards were spotless. They were very friendly and quick at what they do. Their products smelled great and fresh. Thanks to Google translate we all understood each other, since they weren't that fluent in English (that's just a heads-up, in case that's an issue for you future possible customers), but that's not a problem for me at all. English is not my first language either. The office contact, however, uses English when scheduling. I'm happy to learn their language. It's an added bonus! When I asked for a quote, Always Clean provided me a detail list of work included which they did all later. After crew left, I noticed there was some hard water stains left on the bathroom glass, I told the owner and but didn't expect they to fix it. However the owner asked a crew member to come to the house next day to clean it without additional charges. They made a perfect clean house for a new tenant to move in, highly recommended. read more

This was the Best cleaning job in team have ever experienced. They cleaned every baseboard with such care. Every square inch of this big 7500 square-foot house was cleaned to perfection. The window sills and mid portions where windows lock were each cleaned, the tops of every framed picture and archways above doors, chandeliers...Absolutely AMAZING. Always Clean was super quick in responding to my request for a move out cleaning and I was able to book them right away. Due to a typo on my part, the cleaners ended up at the wrong address by about half a block. It took them 45 minutes to find my building on the same street, but I figured the cleaners may not have a phone with a map app. When they arrived, they were super nice and apologetic. Neither one of the cleaners spoke English, but one used google translate, which was awesome. It made communication super simple! It made me wonder why they couldn't use google maps once I gave them the right address, though. They did a decent job. It wasn't what I expected for nearly $200 and my former landlord wasn't thrilled with the job they did. Again, the cleaners were super nice and the apartment looked decent when they left. I've hired better, cheaper cleaners in the recent past and probably should have gone with one of them. I expected a different service for what I requested and paid for.
