My first cleaning was mostly good but the difficult part was not fully being able to communicate with the cleaning team on exactly what needs to be done. I understand that with every new house, there is a learning curve. I saw an ad that they would do steam cleaning and it sounds like it's only areas that require special attention. As I was looking for a cleaning service, I was very excited that they would have this special tool. I'm hoping to see the difference in the areas they clean with this tool. The initial cleaning took about 3 hrs with a team of 2. They respected that I don't want them to wear shoes during the cleaning and they had booties or took off their shoes. Her vacuum canister was full of dog hair that I didn't even see when I inspected the place beforehand. She scrubbed the baseboards and window sills. She chased dust bunnies from under the couch and the top of the ceiling fan. She even cleaned inside the refrigerator. I do wish she had an odor eliminator. She shampooed the carpet in the bedroom and it smelled like wet dog afterwards. Not a real issue because I just bought a plug-in and spray. Also cracked the windows and the smell was gone the next day. The only thing she couldn't fully clean was the high ledge in my combo kitchen/living room but I won't penalize her for it. She tried her best but the room has a soaring 20-foot ceiling. Even her duster with added extensions couldn't reach the back and corners of the ledge. I'm happy to be moving into a clean house and will wholeheartedly recommend her to others.
