My first cleaning was mostly good but the difficult part was not fully being able to communicate with the cleaning team on exactly what needs to be done. I understand that with every new house, there is a learning curve. I saw an ad that they would do steam cleaning and it sounds like it's only areas that require special attention. As I was looking for a cleaning service, I was very excited that they would have this special tool. I'm hoping to see the difference in the areas they clean with this tool. The initial cleaning took about 3 hrs with a team of 2. They respected that I don't want them to wear shoes during the cleaning and they had booties or took off their shoes.
