Patricia and her team did really great job. We listed the property for sale and scheduled for the photo shoot and listing. Just few hour before , we found that previous contractor took the money without proper cleaning. With very short notice, Patricia sent her team they did wonderful job. Many many thanks and GOD Bless you all. read more

Extremely unprofessional They cancelled on us after 24 hours of scheduling. They had offered Thursday or Friday we asked if we could or alternatives and they just called to say they cannot do it This after multiple phone calls and text to confirm details. Contact person is extremely rude. Please do not waste your time. read more

CA Clean Team has been cleaning our home for over a year. Patricia is lovely to work with, and her teams of cleaners are hardworking and efficient. The cleaning fee seems fair for the work they do. We would highly recommend them. read more

Quality of cleaning was poor and the team didn't clean the blinds which were included in the cost quote. They cut corners. The owner came back hoping to keep me as a client and then did not improve anything. The blinds are still dusty. I requested a partial refund a few days ago. I have heard nothing. read more

Patricia and her team did a great job on cleaning my client's home in preparation for it being sold. They came on time, were very thorough and the house looked great when they were done. I also asked them to clean the windows which made a big difference. Patricia kept me posted on when they would be done and was great at overseeing the cleaning. She walked through everything with me and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. The house looked brand new when they were done. Would definitely use them again! read more

From the first phone call to the amazing job of cleaning my home, Patricia & her team are professional, communicative & diligent. They cleaned carpets & windows too! They kept me updated throughout the process as well with phone calls, facetime & even notified me when unexpected guests came by while they were cleaning. I see why they've been in business for a long time. Thank you Patricia & Team!! read more

My first service with CaliClean, Lisa, was incredible! She paid attention to details with precision, asked questions when appropriate. I've requested that she come back on a regular basis. It is the people that make the difference from OK to really incredible! I am so happy! read more

We worked with Patricia and her team for a move out cleaning on our 667 sq ft home and were highly pleased. The communication and thoroughness of her work was very impressive. I was very amazed at her attention to detail in getting our appliances, cupboards and bathroom in move-in ready condition. In Bethel Island, we have hard water that tends to be a difficult cleaning task and they were able to clean it completely with no signs of residue. Her prices were very reasonable next to the work she does. Would use her team again! read more

I called Patricia last minute to clean our home so we could have a clean house when we get back from the hospital with baby number one and she went above and beyond to get me in before we headed in. Literally a day before. Her team which consisted of her son showed up bright and early the next day to accommodate us. Upon arrival after the team left you could definitely tell the difference between our somewhat tidy home to a very clean home. Will definitely be using them now with a kid in the mix. Thanks Patricia and team! The house looks amazing! read more

Currently waiting for a response from Patricia. I've used her team services for a year but the last crew that came out must have been the B team because they left their towels behind, one guy in particular sounded like he was slamming the vacuum into the wall and his demeanor was less than positive. I asked that Patricia not send that group and she agreed. I don't know if the ladies that used to come clean out home no longer work there but we had a nice 10-11 months of service before this, hence the three stars. read more

California Clean Team - Home Cleaning Near Me

Patricia and her crew did a good job. I want to actually give them 3.5 stars. Most areas are clean, but I'm taking off a star for the miscommunication between Patricia and her staff. 1) The ladies don't seem to speak very much English so communication can be a problem. You must let Patricia know every detail of the cleaning so she can relay your needs to them. 2) I get what other reviewers stated about Patricia being a bit "aggressive", but I personally didnt mind it much. I get she's the owner so she's passionate about her business, but it can come off wrong. All in all, Patricia's rates are slightly below average, but take that with a grain of salt. Make sure you communicate thoroughly and get her "rate" (she gave me a range that scaled about $30) in writing prior to hiring. As suspected, when my house was complete the total was at the high end of the range she originally quoted me. read more

I'm a couple of weeks late with my review, but here goes. We're not the filthiest bunch since it's just myself, girlfriend, and our dog. But we're a busy professional couple who have little time to clean thoroughly. So we are hired CCT back a couple of weeks ago and could not be more satisfied. WOW! Just WOW! CCT did such an incredible job. PHENOMENAL if I must say. They didn't just clean, they detailed. It's funny when you forget how clear the air is when a house is cleaned thoroughly. Since the first cleaning is the most thorough, it was bound to set the tempo of what kind of cleanliness we would be serviced. And boy did they NOT DISAPPOINT! We are FULLY IMPRESSED! We are not the best at cleaning the blinds regularly; or the glass on the shower doors. Nonetheless, the team managed to clean up these two items to a clarity I haven't seen since the house was first built. I'm just beyond blown away (as cliche as it sounds). It's so great to know there are companies out there that are truly dedicated to their craft. Thank you to Patricia and her team for their thoroughness and professionalism. Can't wait until our next scheduled cleaning. Keep up the great work! read more

First of all I had a conversation with the owner Patricia on the phone and I knew right then I wanted her help with cleaning my apartment. She was so easy to talk to and very professional. Her team came on time and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. mirrors windows door knobs cleaned dusted vacuum. Everything sparkled and the apartment smelled so good. I was so happy with their good quality work. I highly recommend California Clean Team to help you with house cleanings. read more

Patricia's team was great. Showed up on time, did a wonderful job! We plan on using them again before Christmas!! I thoroughly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a good, deep clean on their home! read more

Can only give 4 stars because I have not yet used their services BUT I called in today in regards to getting someone out to clean 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom in my home and Patricia was SO KIND as to call the girls and see if they hold be willing to come on a weekend as they usually do not offer that service. She said she would call me back 5 min to verify and she gave me a call back in 5 mins! How refreshing is that! They were able to make it happen even though I was calling in only 2 days before! What sweethearts! And even when timing didn't work out in my end and I had to push it back a week they were still more than happy to help! Didn't make me feel bad about having to cancel at all! Customer service is Grade A+ in my opinion!! read more

Are you looking to invite a group of dishonest, late people to your home? Congratulations! You have hit the jackpot. I would never ever recommend this group. period. nothing redeeming about them. sadly. Patricia, over the phone, could not be ruder. From our first interaction to our last. She clearly has no problem treating people in a demeaning way. Being in the service industry myself, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed nothing but respect, but her condescending tone and language shocked me. Maybe I caught her at a bad time.... nope. Their cleaning crew showed up well past their scheduled time of arrival. No call. No Apologies. I ended up calling Patricia over 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here, only to hear more attitude, and that they are "lost". So I guess our time is not valuable, and I guess empathy doesn't exist with this team? But perhaps, they are great at what they do?....sorry....wrong again. Luckily for me, I speak fluent Spanish, unbeknownst to them. Let's just say that they are not the most honest people, and they had some choice things to say about our valuables. I would never recommend having anyone from that team in my home again. During this process, their crew dropped and shattered crystal glassware that was a Christmas gift to our family. They spent at least 20 minutes trying to clean it up, and lied to Patricia over the phone about its value. Now to be perfectly clear, this is not about the value of the crystal, or that it was a gift. It is the fact they broke it. No apologies. Took 20-30 minutes cleaning it. Took that time away from cleaning the areas they agreed to clean. Yes, you heard right....Although they spent nearly half an hour cleaning it up they did not extend one minute past their scheduled 2.5 hour time cleaning. As soon as the clock struck they stopped. We had them call Patricia, their boss, and was Patricia understanding? Did she try to make the situation better? Or did she accuse us of lying? Quotes from Patricia: "How do I know the value of when you bought that versus what its worth now", " How are you sure it's not plastic", "How do you know its not worth $5"... Hmmm... Swarovski Crystal. Ya, I'm sure it's not plastic. It does not take 30 minutes to clean up plastic. Plastic doesn't shatter. There are plenty of cleaning crews. At the very least, look into other groups. read more

Patricia and her company is great! She worked with me to get my new house cleaned even though our move in date was unpredictable and her cleaning staff did a great job! Thanks so much! read more

I would definitely not use this company again. I asked for a deep clean and baseboards were left unclean, a few windows were left unwashed. I have a area carpet in front of my bed and it did not get vacuumed. I was asked to inspect my house afterwards, but you don't see everything right away. Plus I shouldn't have to do an inspection, im paying for a service. Terrible communication read more

We were referred by our daughter real estate agent. They gave us a quote and explained exactly what they were going to do. Honestly we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. They got every stain out every mark out. The actual cleaning service itself was very detailed they got in the cabinets baseboards stove microwave everything was spotless and ready for the open house the following day. I give this company 5-stars I wish they had more Stars to give them. They deserve it. I highly recommend these guys. read more

After having knee surgery that left me non-ambulatory for six weeks a weekly house cleaning service was definitely needed. I called Patricia after seeing the glowing reviews and I can definitely say I am not disappointed. Her team is professional, kind, courteous and detail-oriented! My house looks amazing and smells as good as it looks! I'm so glad I found someone that I can count on to come in while I am laid up and I will continue to use them even after I'm healed. What takes me a week takes them a couple hours and that is the best money spent in my opinion! read more

I have been using California clean team for almost 2 years now. They do a wonderful job in my home. If I ever have questions or if I need something more, Patricia is always readily available and will call or text me back right away. It was my first time trying the CA Clean Team and it will not be my last! I called them yesterday to see if I could schedule a full clean house by today (the next day) and Patricia was kind enough to give me a quote and squeeze me in. The workers came in greeted me and were really nice, but that's not important; what's important is that they left the house spotless! No dog hair anywhere, it looked new. My dad has been looking for a cleaning team like this for a while and will most definitely recommend it to him and all my friends. THANK YOU CA CLEAN TEAM! We will see you soon. read more

My daughter told me about this team a long time ago and because of her good experience and I finally tried their service. She was right, and I would say that more than right. I have been struggling my whole life with service cleaning providers who always left me disappointed but for the first time ever I'm happy for a service. They were punctual, exceptionally professional, and with a lot of care for the work they were performing. I will recommend this service to everyone who really needs a professional house keeping job. read more

I was preparing to put a rental property on the market and to my "surprise" (not) my tenant left a mess. Two inches of dirt hanging from the vents, door and window tracks with inches of dirt and grime. Even the patio had paint all over it...the kids loved to paint the cement and cabinets as well. I called Patricia and she came out, gave me a quote and we scheduled her team. They did inside and out, including washing windows of a two story home, they power washed the house and patios. When they were done the house was pristine, the stager even commented that it looked like a brand new home. Patricia is communicative, responds to texts immediately and came out to check after her team left. How great to have a one-stop shop when preparing to sell. 5+ stars Thank you Patricia. read more

Honestly, I really hate to give this business a 2 stars. But I have to say I was disappointed with Patricia in several occasions. On the day of service, I waited and waited---NO SHOW! Finally when I call her, she said she forgotten about me. WTF! I wasted my time waiting for nothing! From that moment on, I never responded to her call and had found another cleaning service whom I'm super happy with. Reasonable price, doesn't break my things, considerate and very detail. read more

The California Clean Team did an outstanding and thorough job on my home. The ladies were on time and courteous. They were meticulous with the detail making sure my home was cleaned to my liking. If they were unclear about any of my instructions they asked questions to ensure the cleaning was done the way I wanted. Patricia is very easy to work with and the price is reasonable. I will definitely use California Clean Team from now on for my home cleaning needs. read more

Save yourself the trouble and look for another cleaning service. They cleaned our home a couple times (did a good job) but each time the price went higher. Which is understandable, but should be communicated in the very beginning rather than advertising a flat rate. Also, Patricia is very RUDE, unprofessional and condescending. I do not know how any of you "5 star" reviews do business with her. read more

Patricia and her team did a fantastic job! We were getting ready to start an Open House weekend for selling and her team made the house shine. Our Agent was very surprised and asked to share Patricia's information. She was very flexible on timing and was able to mobilize quickly. Will be having her team come by again for our final move-out clean. read more

Patricia is one of the most condescending people I've ever met. When I asked her just about any question, that usually seemed to bring on more condescension. Patricia told me that this company is totally uninsured (no liability, worker's comp, etc.), and don't even think about asking her about insurance unless you want to get, you guessed it, talked down to. The icing on the cake for me was when she called the day that the work was supposed to be performed to tell me that: 1) the price we agreed upon just the day before was no longer the price, and 2) I had to pay her in cash up front, which is impossible as I was not in town, which she knew in advance. Of course, as she described it to me, this was all my fault somehow. read more

Patricia and her team are awesome!! She promptly responded to my quote request and came over to my house to provide a personalized quote. The cleaning service was great and the team took their time to review what was discussed with us and confirmed what we wanted done. I appreciate their work ethic; coming into my home during COVID times and wearing masks. Good job, I only had to request cleaning the inside of my stove. Loved the job they did on my window blinds. I'll see them again next year. read more

I have been using the Clean Team for a few months now, and I can't be happier. They are always prompt in arriving and dive right in to work. When I get back the house is sparkling and has that nice clean smell. The owner, Patricia, is upbeat, fun, and professional to work with. She makes sure you and the team have the same expectations before anything gets underway. That way there are no misunderstandings. And, unlike many service professionals I have met in many fields, she told me she wanted my business. As a small business owner myself, I can't tell you how refreshing that is. read more

Patricia responded quickly to my inquiry and came out to my home to give us estimate. Unfortunately, she had to cancel due to illness and assured me she would contact me later that day to reschedule. I absolutely loved California Clean Team. I heard about them through a friend of mine. From the start of reaching out till end of the service provided the experience was wonderful. I spoke to Patricia which I believe is the owner and she was very friendly and kind. I requested a deep cleaning so she was prompt in coming to give me an estimate. I have a 3 bedroom house and compared to other cleaning company's I found her prices to be fair. After seeing my house cleaned the price seemed even better. Her employees did an amazing job especially with my kitchen, oven and bathroom shower which where pretty dirty. I didn't even imagine they can look that clean. Anyhow, I would highly recommend California Clean Team for anyone that is looking for reasonable prices and a spotless house. read more
