So why not have them do my move out cleaning for me? They kept contact with me via phone not only to ask exactly what I needed, to call and confirm what I needed but to also let me know the crew was almost done at the current location, which made everything easy for meeting them. Asked them to give me an hour notice and she gave a little more than that. Well to sum up this awesome yelp.... the realtor whose clients bought my house stated that house was left in great condition (I can't say my new house was left that way). He also said that the house smelt and looked really clean. I had no worries at all on how the crew was going to do. When I first came into the house to meet them, they were already fast at work in the master bathroom ( I was late meeting them, but my favorite neighbor ran over and let them in). Spoke with them for a few minutes and went on my way to run a couple of errands. When I returned to fix a couple of things they were still hard at work. I thought ,maybe they might be standing around when I go in. Nope, they both were still hard at work and the house smelled of it. The prices for Molly maids is the standard price ( I checked around with my friends on their private cleaning people and they are the same price and they are not licensed ) so it was a no brainer! Update to Steve's response…read more Steve, that's not accurate. I used the ladder myself. I would never expect or want the cleaners to get on a ladder in my home. That was my responsibility. The issue wasn't the ladder. It came down to the fact that they weren't prepared for the scope of the post-construction cleaning they were sent to do. Right from the start, I had concerns. I even asked if they could clean two additional bathrooms and told them I was happy to pay extra, but they hesitated. At that point, I had a feeling this wasn't going to work out. When they told me they were finished, there was still drywall dust throughout the house, grease left on the stovetop, and the blinds had not been cleaned properly. I also found dust remaining on surfaces they said had already been cleaned. Erica was defensive from the beginning instead of trying to address my concerns. You can believe what you want. At this point it's my word against yours, so there's no point in arguing. I just think people deserve to know what they can expect so they can make an informed decision.

Plus, I grew up with a housekeeper/ nanny the blessing is being able to afford the help while supporting local business!! I called a few businesses and "Sister's Cleaning" had the best response time. The Owner is Ms. Sonia was very friendly & professional. I was able to tell what my focus areas were and she came to do a Walk-through. Our home is around 2200 Sq. Ft. I belive. The initial cleaning is the most expensive (it depends on the size & such) but ours was around $700 then, for every 2 weeks we spend $180. The national average is ab $150-$200 I do pay cash & in my mind the $180 cash includes a tip. Mainly bc I do not ask about laundry or changing bed clothes. The Pros include: *supporting local business. *Many years of service * Timely & Professional *Will go by your list of focus areas. * Multiple people cleaning so, It goes faster. The only Con probably comes from me growing up with a housekeeper & my dad having his own cleaning business where the standards are Super High. If I'm paying I wasn't perfection & so far uts been 2 cleanings. After each one I see small things that were missed. Like dog slobber on the wall or hair on the couch. I'm purchasing a lent roller for the chairs to supply the ladies with and will point out a few slobber areas to catch on future visits but, we will DEFINITELY continue using "Sister's House Cleaning" they seem trustworthy, dependable, & professional!
