What hasn't been covered in our contract that you'd like to have addressed was their last question. I told them a few cleaning items I didn't book at the time/day I set the appointment. No complaints from them. I stepped into my home office, closed the door and went to work. All I heard was Cleaning..., When I stepped out, my home was immaculately cleaned. All appliances/kitchen, wash room, bedrooms, bathrooms.... We keep a clean house, but this team made it over the top. I'm having my brother and sister in law spend the weekend with us and can't be so pleased with the job that was preformed. It's hard to find great service. I found it and they Have a New Client I have new Stainless Appliances in the kitchen that are only 9 months old. They cleaned it like the day they were delivered. Bedrooms, furniture Highly Polished, bed comforters and pillows displayed like your find on your first day on a cruise ship. They even displayed my wife's stuffed bear on the bed. Bathrooms, I try weekly to keep them clean. My shower glass hasn't looked better in years. I give Class Act Cleaning Service my 110% recommendation. Traci (Owner) corresponded with me in a personal call as well as texting her services. Great Yelp Reviews, and I will add to her Yelp rating. This Review is from a Very Satisfied "Yelp Elite" Customer. Value, best dollars I spent on a super clean house when you step into the doors

Traci responded promptly and we scheduled an appointment for June 29 between 10:50 and 11:50 AM. Myria and her two-person crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. They came fully equipped with all their own materials and worked with impressive efficiency, deep cleaning every corner of my home over the course of 2.5 hours. I already keep a tidy house, but they took it to another level entirely -- it looks so good I want to take my shoes off just to walk on the floors! The whole experience was seamless from first contact to final result. Traci made scheduling easy, and Myria's crew delivered exceptional work. I highly recommend Class Act Cleaning to anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and reliable service. -- Alan, Trilogy at the Vineyards

They cleaned for me one time, with the goal being every two weeks…read more My home has been cleaned every two weeks for 10 years so it is in great condition. My housekeeper had fallen ill and so it had been a month since my house was cleaned. When I originally spoke to them, I said my biggest concern was to make sure they got all the dust, underneath the furniture, which sits on hardwood floors, so no need to move furniture. After they left, I noticed they only took a swipe at the front of the furniture and left dust behind. Didn't dust anything sitting out on furniture (vase, knickknacks, etc). Definitely not the thorough cleaning that I had paid for. When I reported this, she said sorry it didn't work out. Did not offer to come back and make it right.

Update to Steve's response…read more Steve, that's not accurate. I used the ladder myself. I would never expect or want the cleaners to get on a ladder in my home. That was my responsibility. The issue wasn't the ladder. It came down to the fact that they weren't prepared for the scope of the post-construction cleaning they were sent to do. Right from the start, I had concerns. I even asked if they could clean two additional bathrooms and told them I was happy to pay extra, but they hesitated. At that point, I had a feeling this wasn't going to work out. When they told me they were finished, there was still drywall dust throughout the house, grease left on the stovetop, and the blinds had not been cleaned properly. I also found dust remaining on surfaces they said had already been cleaned. Erica was defensive from the beginning instead of trying to address my concerns. You can believe what you want. At this point it's my word against yours, so there's no point in arguing. I just think people deserve to know what they can expect so they can make an informed decision.

Any extra time I want to spend it relaxing or with the husband & pup, not "deep" cleaning. So, I asked my husband about us hiring housekeepers to help keep the house looking good. Plus, I grew up with a housekeeper/ nanny the blessing is being able to afford the help while supporting local business!! I called a few businesses and "Sister's Cleaning" had the best response time. The Owner is Ms. Sonia was very friendly & professional. I was able to tell what my focus areas were and she came to do a Walk-through. Our home is around 2200 Sq. Ft. I belive. The initial cleaning is the most expensive (it depends on the size & such) but ours was around $700 then, for every 2 weeks we spend $180. The national average is ab $150-$200 I do pay cash & in my mind the $180 cash includes a tip. Mainly bc I do not ask about laundry or changing bed clothes. The Pros include: *supporting local business. *Many years of service * Timely & Professional *Will go by your list of focus areas. * Multiple people cleaning so, It goes faster. The only Con probably comes from me growing up with a housekeeper & my dad having his own cleaning business where the standards are Super High. If I'm paying I wasn't perfection & so far uts been 2 cleanings. After each one I see small things that were missed. Like dog slobber on the wall or hair on the couch. I'm purchasing a lent roller for the chairs to supply the ladies with and will point out a few slobber areas to catch on future visits but, we will DEFINITELY continue using "Sister's House Cleaning" they seem trustworthy, dependable, & professional! I'm also confident that each cleaning will get better & more detailed. Don't wait to call SISTER'S House Cleaning Today! I'll so give a review update after the next cleaning (we're on a 2 week cycle). The ladies are kind, focused, & professional!
