Update to Steve's response…read more Steve, that's not accurate. I used the ladder myself. I would never expect or want the cleaners to get on a ladder in my home. That was my responsibility. The issue wasn't the ladder. It came down to the fact that they weren't prepared for the scope of the post-construction cleaning they were sent to do. Right from the start, I had concerns. I even asked if they could clean two additional bathrooms and told them I was happy to pay extra, but they hesitated. At that point, I had a feeling this wasn't going to work out. When they told me they were finished, there was still drywall dust throughout the house, grease left on the stovetop, and the blinds had not been cleaned properly. I also found dust remaining on surfaces they said had already been cleaned. Erica was defensive from the beginning instead of trying to address my concerns. You can believe what you want. The national average is ab $150-$200 I do pay cash & in my mind the $180 cash includes a tip. Mainly bc I do not ask about laundry or changing bed clothes.
