Booking: I sent an inquiry directly with the company due to their stellar reviews, and they were able to schedule me in for my preferred time/day. The overall process was really convenient, especially because of their flexible time window. Moving: the two movers, Herman and Aleksei, were incredibly efficient and very sweet/patient throughout the move. I appreciate that they handled both my expensive & economical items delicately. Also, I wasn't completely prepared on my end with the move such as knowing details like where to park for loading/unloading or even which items to move vs discard, which I had been dreading for weeks. However, thanks to their expertise and versatility, the move was stress-free. And a huge shoutout to Herman for his guidance and coordination that really ensured a seamless experience. Overall, this company lives up to its 5-star rating, and I highly recommend Herman & Aleksei if they are available!

Paid a little over 2.5k to move a 630 sq ft 1b/1b 3 miles and had 3, and eventually 4 movers. Overall I'd say it was good, not great When I scheduled I explained I had two walkins with lots of clothes - they assigned me three people when I likely needed more as I had a walkup. We ended up totally missing the window for the move which is more my fault but I had asked the people who confirmed if they felt it was reasonable. They helped move the hanging items (which I expect) and had me pitch in to pack the glass despite having asked for them to send someone to do this. It's not an issue but I do think there was a general lack of communication bw the movers and the ppl who helped book that made the day less efficient than it could have been. I'm happy to pack those things as it gave me an outlet for my moving anxiety and saves me time ofc but even without packing glass it still took 9 hours When I realized we were pretty behind it was very easy to get someone else last minute at noon, so that was helpful and everyone coordinated quickly to make it happen. All the guys were also very respectful and carefully wrapped my furniture (table, 4 chairs, coffee and side table, large tv, bed and heavy lifting frame, chair desk and small wine fridge). I think I have a lot crammed in to a 1B and was overall a good experience, though not quite as smooth or efficient as my previous SF moves Pros: Crew is friendly Didn't break anything, including my fancy stemware Cleaned up after themselves removing wrap and paper Very efficient by helping me add an extra mover at a reasonable cost ($50hr) Cons: Timing ended up being totally off :( not their fault completely but I tried to communicate several times during booking I had a small elevator window and a lot of stuff Pretty pricey for a 1 bed 3 mile move

We had a challenging move from downtown S.F. to Berkeley, to a house that is in the middle of multiple construction projects. Yet they made everything feel easy. I had gotten food poisoning the day before and we were stressing because we hadn't yet finished packing. But it was no problem--they loaded the truck with the items that were ready to go while we packed the rest. Make sure to ask for Joseph and his team (Fernando and Victor). They arrived a little early so they'd be ready and were the utmost professional while also being a warm and friendly team of guys. We would have them over dinner any time. Because of Joseph I'm now convinced that moving is both an art and an athletic feat. We had a recliner (100lbs) and a treadmill (200lbs) that were too wide to go through a doorway--and yet he maneuvered them effortlessly through without a scratch on either.

Every experience I've had with this company has been professional, efficient, and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Roger and Anthony. These two are absolute beasts. They worked hard from the moment they arrived until the very last item was unloaded, all while staying positive, professional, and taking great care of our belongings. What impressed me most wasn't just how hard they worked--it was the pride they took in the job. The first time, I had to move from Union City to a storage facility in Elk Grove and this past weekend we had two teams going, one from San Jose to Elk Grove and the other from the storage facility to our new home. Pure Moving was perfect in all ways possible. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and super friendly. They handled and wrapped items with care and made you feel at ease that everything was going to be safe and secure. They disassembled furniture as needed and reassembled it on site. One great detail, they laid down plastic protectors everywhere to keep things clean and tidy where they would be stepping. And cleaned up all the plastic wrap/coverings, cardboard and tape they used while packing and unpacking. They literally took care of all the heavy - and even the light - lifting! I just want to say thank you to Paul, Nick, Toha, Dan and Symon for taking care of our move and my Family. Moving is already stressful but they made it Pure-ly AWESOME!

Not a cookie cutter move at all. Communication from the beginning was fast and responsive. Move was arranged within one week. Although initial estimate was three movers and one truck, and I was hopeful to keep within a fixed budget, that was highly unrealistic on my part. We agreed it would take two large trucks and five movers about 8 hours solid to do the work. And of course move the stuff and unload it in a nearby storage unit. They pretty much worked non-stop from 9:00 in the morning till 5:00 at night. And again even though I spent more money than I had originally budgeted, I cannot imagine anyone else doing the work as professionally, thoroughly, efficiently and economically as Winter moving team did. I will be reusing them hopefully in the near future and recommending them to all friends and family in need of services. Moving is logistically challenging, tiring, and for a lot of us extremely emotional. Having these guys swarm my home with care and pack everything up beautifully and deposit it flawlessly was way beyond my expectations and experience with tons of moving companies over the last 30 years.
