100% recommend doing media transfer with Jorge. Here's why--…read moreI was really nervous to potentially ruin my family VHS tapes by trying to transfer them to digital media (usb/c). I really wanted to talk with someone and not just ship them off to an online company. Jorge sat down with me to explain the process and was so thorough and kind. I trusted him with ten childhood VHS tapes from the 80s-90s, including my parent's wedding video. He transferred them to digital media in 1 week, was communicative, fairly priced, and the results are awesome! In seconds I can now access memories I haven't seen in over 15 years. My parents both cried seeing their parents and wedding video. Definitely going to be back with more videos. Thank you Jorge!

5 stars isn't enough for Jorge!…read more What started as me wanting to digitize my own baby photos turned into a full-blown family epidemic. I showed the scanned photos to my parents, which led to my aunts and uncles digging through attics, closets, and mystery boxes that probably hadn't been opened since the 1980s. Suddenly everyone wanted their photos, VHS tapes, and family memories digitized. The reason I trusted Jorge with all of it is simple: he actually cares. When I first handed over my old photo albums, I was nervous. Some of these photos are literally one-of-a-kind family memories. I had visions of someone ripping apart albums, feeding everything into a giant industrial scanner, hitting "Start," and hoping for the best. That is NOT Jorge. He carefully disassembled the albums, handled each photo with incredible care, and made sure everything was scanned properly. You can tell he understands that these aren't just pieces of paper--they're irreplaceable family memories. The attention to detail was obvious from the beginning. One of the coolest surprises was when he digitized my wife's old VHS tapes and handheld camcorder videos from the late 1980s. We were able to watch footage of her as a little kid playing the violin at around 5 years old--something I had never seen before, and something the family had completely forgotten even existed. Watching those videos decades later was equal parts heartwarming, hilarious, and priceless. The timing ended up being incredibly fortunate. I completed this project before the Eaton Fire. When the fires happened, I realized I wasn't worried about losing decades of family photos and videos because everything had already been digitized and safely backed up. That peace of mind alone was worth every penny. Jorge is trustworthy, meticulous, and genuinely passionate about preserving memories. What I thought would be a simple photo-scanning project ended up reconnecting my family with moments we didn't even remember we had. If you have old albums, VHS tapes, camcorder recordings, slides, or boxes of family photos sitting around, call Jorge. Just be warned: once your relatives see the results, they'll start showing up at your house with their own boxes of stuff for him to digitize too. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Joseph on the phone about a project that I asked if he could help me with. I…read moreexplained everything in detail and told him I had the materials. I just needed someone to do the work. He reassured me over the phone that he could do it and my timeframe was not a problem. Later that day, I bring my materials and he again assures me he can do the work. I ask for a price estimate and he says he does not know and will call me the next day. The next day I call and he is out of the office. From that point on he became impossible to reach and when I went back in person, they pretended to not know who I was and they stole or got rid of my materials. They screwed me over so bad and for no reason. If they couldn't do the project or didn't want it, they could have just said that and I would have been on my way. Joseph is a thief and an incompetent liar and should not be trusted with any job. His employees are not given much ability to do anything on their own, making them just as incompetent as he is. From watching their engagements with other customers (none of whom seem happy or satisfied), this is a place you go last minute because none of the other print shops can take your order and you don't mind Joseph screwing you with inflated pricing, hidden product shorting, and other ways Joseph has figured out to cheat his customers. Just waiting in the front and watching them converse with their customers is a real eye awakening experience and I seriously don't understand how this business is still in operation.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this printing company…read more First, the print quality was extremely poor. Our original design had a brown/coffee-toned color palette, but their printer produced colors that looked yellow and green instead. They tried printing a tester paper twice and made adjustments, but the colors still did not come even close to matching our original image. If a printing company cannot accurately reproduce basic colors, that is a serious quality issue. The pricing experience was even more frustrating. From the beginning, we clearly told them that the job was TWO-SIDED printing, and we were quoted $0.45 per sheet. Based on that conversation, we understood that $0.45 was the price for each physical sheet printed double-sided. However, after the printing was completed, we were suddenly told that they charge "per printed side," not per sheet. That meant the price became $0.90 per sheet--double what we expected. This should have been explained clearly before printing, especially since they already knew from the beginning that our order was two-sided and quoted based on that. What makes it worse is that this was not even premium or heavy-quality paper. It was basically regular printing paper, similar to what you would expect from a standard office-printing service. Paying $0.90 per sheet for ordinary paper, while also receiving inaccurate colors and poor print quality, is unacceptable in my opinion. Poor print quality, inaccurate color reproduction, and very unclear pricing. 50 sheets cost us 1 whole hour stay there!! Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
