First off, I had mailed in a bunch of my tapes to a company in North Carolina, never got my copies, a year later, I got my tapes back. When I went to look at the tapes, most of them were not even mine. So I decided this time I was going to find somebody that was reputable, that I could actually hand them off to and not put them in the mail. My trust level was very low. I saw the great reviews from this company, and decided to drive down and drop them off. When you're dealing with your memories, you can't get those back. Not only did he do a wonderful job on digitizing everything, but his communication was off the charts great! My tapes, and my sisters, and she had like 30 to do, we're done very quickly and very professionally I highly recommend this business and have already shared it with friends and family. I chose to drive, but I would trust this person enough to mail them as well, because he cares about your memories! read more

10/10 people!!! I've gone to Alex twice now to convert my family's old homemade tapes that we thought we would never be able to watch again. Alex worked his magic and converted about 40 tapes to flash drives that we can all now watch together as a family. His pricing is unmatched and his professionalism is top notch! He's quick and responsive as well . I absolutely recommend him for any of your tape converting wishes ! read more

I searched on yelp for a VHS to digital transfer service around me and found Quick Digitals & Quick VHS to DVD. I called a few businesses before settling on this one. What made them stand out from competitors was that they didn't charge extra for longer VHS tapes. The cost per VHS tape and all the positive reviews made me feel comfortable using their service. I called before heading out to make sure they would be available. The address provided is a residential address so don't be surprised. The VHS drop off was easy. I handed over the VHS tapes and the USB drive and I received a piece of paper with how many tapes I left and the service I requested. Alex followed covid safe protocols.  Exactly 7 days later I got a call that VHS tapes had been converted. I called again before heading out and collected the tapes and the USB drive. I paid via venmo. The VHS conversion mp4 files were as expected. I highly recommend this business should you have media just laying around collecting dust. Easy transactions and speedy service. What more can you ask for? read more

I have numerous VHS tapes that I'm slowly converting. I reached out to a number of places and Alex was the first to respond. He is quick, efficient and is very knowledgeable in what he does. Everyone should be converting their VHS tapes and he is the man that you want to do it for you. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing amazing amazing...Alex completed a very large order of dubs for me - over 700 VHS tapes with a good chunk of them having 6 to 8 hours of footage. Provided so many wonderful trips down memory lane, as I discovered some things I had forgotten I had recorded! The transfer quality was great and all those tapes fit on one high-capacity hard drive. Organization of the files was good and has made cataloging the contents in a database easy. Even with such a large number of tapes, the turnaround was very quick. He was in communication along the way throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend for your dubbing needs! read more

Ditto to the other 5 star reviews. He's a guy you don't just want to do business with. He's a guy you want in your life. (Not in a creepy way) He can be trusted with your treasures, beloved memories. read more

Before I review this phenomenal man and his business, a bit of context: Since I was a young child, I have had a video camera in my hand. I've filmed my life stories and adventures on VHS tapes and miniDV tapes - and for years, most of those tapes have sat in my closet collecting dust. Until I met Alex. Alex transfers your precious memories from VHS, miniDV, and more into the digital future of today. He does so with remarkable care and unbelievable turnaround. As an Emmy winner and member of the entertainment community myself, I was particularly impressed by his cloud setup and ability to get me all of my digital memories in no time flat. This guy has it all! Alex is the real deal. He's the best in the business. He has the perfect tools that he lovingly takes care of to ensure the best possible delivery. He also has the best prices not just in Los Angeles; but in the nation. And ... did I mention he has the most INCREDIBLE turn around time I have EVER seen! You won't find anybody better than Alex to trust with your precious videos. Digitize them today before it's too late - and let Alex handle it for you. You'll be very, very glad you did. read more

Would definitely use Alex again and recommend for any digitizing services. read more

This company is awesome. A few Months ago, I found some old VHS tapes online that I'd been searching searching for for well over a decade. Alex was able to transfer them for me despite them being over 20 years old and one with mold damage. A day later they are done, in the cloud, and on my computer. I have more VHS tapes to follow, now that I found him. read more

Working with Quick Digital has been a great experience! After looking for a place to transfer my contents, I choose Quick Digital because of their more than competitive pricing. To give you an idea - other places charge $25-$50 for a single cassette to transfer, while Quick Digitals price is $15. On top of the great prices, the quality is top of the line. Every transfer turns out great & I'm a returning customer. Thank you Quick Digital! read more

I had 17 tapes from an old camcorder that I haven't used in over 15 years, some tapes were almost 30 years old. I was very concerned the footage may have degraded - precious memories of my two children. I spoke with Alex and told him of my concerns, he assured me that the tapes would be in good hands. Less than a week later, I had digital copies that look like I shot them yesterday! What fantastic memories that are now preserved FOREVER! I highly recommend Alex and his company, Quick Digitals! read more

Great service! He works from home so don't be worried when your GPS takes you to an alley. Just call him during the hours listed and he will meet you outside. Got 4 tapes into DVD within 48hours and all 4 were in great condition. His fee is just $15 per DVD which is very reasonable especially when you have so many tapes. My sisters were so happy with his work that offered to pay for other tapes. Family had a great time over Thanksgiving watching home videos read more

Very happy with Alex's service. My family only has one home video tape and I was nervous handing it off, but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Alex is a star. He is friendly and fast and very inexpensive. He also organized all our footage so it was easy to track and access. We had about 35 Mini DV cassettes that needed to be converted to MP4 in short order. He got it done ahead of schedule and the footage looks great. We have many more DVD's, VHS tapes and mini's still to do - and I won't take them anywhere else at this point. read more

Truly grateful and appreciate the kindness and attention to details. I gave Alex a box of old cassettes worn and used up full of our family's stories. Alex organized, transferred to CDs and memory sticks. All the family is loving listening to our great aunts and great grandmothers talkAnd share. We thought these memories were lost forever, through Quick Digitals our family's stories and history saved forever!!! Had a huge box full of 8track film and videos, along with childhood favorites which was nicely packaged onto lime green memory sticks my four children, their partners, and our five grandchildren are thoroughly appreciative of as they laugh, remember, and rediscover their beginnings as babes! Deeply grateful, Alex is a ROCKSTAR! read more
