This review is WAY overdue. I have searched all over Burbank and North Hollywood for a company that I can trust with my home videos so that they can transfer them on hard drive. I have many VHS, VHS-PAL, and VHS-C videos that needed to be put on a hard drive. I moved from LA last week and came across an old cassette of songs I recorded, um, several years ago. I realized if I didn't so something soon they would be gone forever. I used Infinity Media to transfer my family archives which included audio and video tapes, and a large amount of photos. They did an amazing job and gave me a very reasonable package deal for everything. It's worth mentioning that they also saved me both trips by picking up the boxes of tapes and photo albums from my house and later delivering everything back to me FOR FREE! I have all of the material on a hard drive, catalogued and titled just like the originals. the quality is top notch, and the communication via email and text updates was very convenient. I had 30 DVDs of home videos that I needed converted to files on a hard drive, and Infinity Media Transfers helped me get this done for a fair price. My DVDs had some complications (we had originally turned our home videos from vhs to DVD 15 years ago on an outdated system) and so at first the DVDs couldn't be read but Mary kept me updated and kept trying till they found a solution and saved all 30 copies. Went to this place to convert an old collection of work-related video footage on beta tapes. Had them transferred and organized on a hard drive within a few days. The studio is located in the back of the building. There are parking spaces right by the entrance so there was no problem unloading the boxes of tapes from the car.
