Awesome. Just awesome! Incredible and conscientious service with my documents. I had a stack old college papers, held together with rusty staples. I wanted to scan and keep PDFs to get rid of the originals. About 220 pages/ 19 papers. Because Encino is a drive for me, Javier worked it out so I could send the box of originals and a tracking number. He promptly confirmed receipt and told me when he'd be done. He meticulously created different files for each of the papers. Then asked me how I'd like them. He put them up on a server for me to inspect and download before even asking for payment. I have used Access document scanning twice and they have been amazing!!! The first time I needed high resolution documents to be able to search for words/numbers in the PDF. I was able to find everything I needed in the thousands of documents they scanned. The second time I had over 2,000 documents and needed the electronic files organized with a same day turn around time. Everything was complete within 3 hours, the electronic version was titled and separated by file and my original paper files were returned exactly how I gave it to them. Access scanning is phenomenal! I really can't give them enough praise for how awesome they were with handling my document scanning. Needed 30 office boxes of medical charts scanned in HIPAA compliant fashion in a very short period of time (2weeks). Also really random sized and unwieldy pieces of paper/photos all the way from 1980s to 2000s. Lastly, these boxes were located super far away in the east San Gabriel valley which is 20ish miles from Encino (where access is located). Javier and his crew handled this job like pros. Super helpful and polite in answering all my questions, gave me a super reasonable estimate, drove all the way out to pick up said 30 boxes, scanned and sent back in password encrypted usb in 2 weeks. They were quick and affordable. And, most importantly, the scan job they did on penciled notes, many of which were smudged, was phenomenal.
