So who writes a review for a scanning place, right? But these guys were GREAT! I was running late dropping off a mountain of old contracts to be scanned, but luckily they were still there. I easily found parking, too. They greeted me and were nice about my tardiness. Looked like a swarm of bees in their office - they all looked so productive! I've worked with Javier or Access Scanning on 3 occasions now.  The first instance came at the outset of COVID, when we reduced office size.  To save space, we cleared out several file cabinets but due to our industry we need to save copies of certain files.  There were literally 1,000s of files, all of which were scanned without issue at an attractive price.  Perhaps more importantly, unlike those we used in the past and others we called, Access Scanning was very customer service friendly.   Based on these results, we had a second similar project completed for even more files, but I then engaged them for a new project. That is, I wanted to scan 20 of my family photo albums.  After moving several times around the globe, it just became too cumbersome to have such cherished memories at risk from moves, but also a pain to store and access.  Now they are all in the cloud and I can even share decades of photos with other family members.  Plus, if I want to post any on social media, they are already in digital format.  Access Scanning did a similarly incredible job with this  project.  I highly recommend them on all fronts. read more

These guys are absolutely amazing. Prices were the best in the area, hands down (and I shopped around). They picked up the documents for me, and delivered them when we were done. They completed the work very fast, just a couple of days, even though I wasn't necessarily in a rush. Most of all, they were accommodating and willing to accept a Purchase Order, since that's the only way that my institution is able to pay contractors. I used Access again for a personal project and the results were excellent. They were able to scan some old, fading documents and character sheets for me. Received over a thousand pages, double-sided, and I needed them scanned ASAP. Called Javier, and he offered to pick them up since our office is local to them. Super-cool. Was planning on passing by their office anyway, so I swung by and dropped them off. They have a pretty small setup, but it seems to work for them, because he had my documents scanned and emailed back in PDF format the same day (within a few hours, actually). I own a property management company in Pasadena. We had dozens of boxes of documents from homeowners associations that we had hard-copies only. These paper back-ups were the only copies of documents the HOA buildings had on hand. Manually searching these boxes was a nightmare. Javier and the team came and picked up all of the boxes from our office - took them and scanned them - including some mismatched items and some oddly shaped papers. Then, they brought them all back to us quickly - including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for the newly scanned files. I can't even believe how easy this was to do, and we're in even more disbelief as to the product we received -- ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We are a Law Firm in Los Angeles that has been in business for 30 years, and we are working on moving offices (after being here for close to 25 years). We have TONS of files and papers that need to be scanned as we work to move toward a more "paperless" existence. This project seemed so overwhelming....until we found access scanning.
