I own an insurance firm and Javier staff took care of my needs for scanning documents. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

So who writes a review for a scanning place, right? But these guys were GREAT! I was running late dropping off a mountain of old contracts to be scanned, but luckily they were still there. I easily found parking, too. They greeted me and were nice about my tardiness. Looked like a swarm of bees in their office - they all looked so productive! We got our stuff back so quickly, and not a single mistake. They let me know by email and voicemail when it was ready. Couldn't have asked for me. Great. read more

They were the best. they showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. He also went through m y boxes and advised me to not scan some of the items i thought i should keep. That saved me about 1/3 of the price. read more

I had them scan about 10 years of daily Franklin Planner pages into a pdf file for each year. Overall good job and reasonable price for this task. Great to be able to discard multiple binders of hard copies knowing the pages are preserved electronically. read more

Called these guys for Legal copying service in Los Angeles and within 20 minutes I had a detailed quote and a work order to commence. I had them out to our firm the following day and they were able to scan/copy over 10k documents in an impressive timely manner. Many thanks! read more

Awesome job, fast, reasonably priced and great friendly service! And it was NOT an easy job: thousands of pages of different sizes, some double sided, some stapled, etc. THANK YOU!!!!! I could not have done it without you! I am definitely coming back with more projects! read more

These guys are absolutely amazing. Prices were the best in the area, hands down (and I shopped around). They picked up the documents for me, and delivered them when we were done. They completed the work very fast, just a couple of days, even though I wasn't necessarily in a rush. Most of all, they were accommodating and willing to accept a Purchase Order, since that's the only way that my institution is able to pay contractors. So flexible, great personality, and great service. You WILL NOT find a better company to scan your documents than this one. Stop looking now, and give them a call. read more

I used Access again for a personal project and the results were excellent. They were able to scan some old, fading documents and character sheets for me. I also had some which needed to be scanned in for editing, and these were provided in PDF and MS Word. They did this with excellent results! I'm very happy with them. read more

Received over a thousand pages, double-sided, and I needed them scanned ASAP. Called Javier, and he offered to pick them up since our office is local to them. Super-cool. Was planning on passing by their office anyway, so I swung by and dropped them off. They have a pretty small setup, but it seems to work for them, because he had my documents scanned and emailed back in PDF format the same day (within a few hours, actually). He invoiced me via email, as well, and was able to pay them via Paypal with no fuss. Will definitely remember these guys when I have another huge scan job. read more

I didn't expect to find humanity in a print shop. Javier is exactly the kind of person I dream of working with. He went out of his way to please out of courtesy and professionalism. I had a difficult, non-standard project. On top of it, I kept changing my mind on details. Despite this, not only was the scanning high quality but Javier got the work done in next to no time. I give him my highest recommendation and look forward to using their services again in the near future. read more

These folks are so quick, so polite, so efficient and so nice. Oh, and reasonably priced, too. I didn't have a big job to do, but it was an important one, and because of the nature of the documents, I was in a highly emotional state. The Access Document Scanning group could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Now that I know about them, I am planning to get more boxes of records and files scanned and out of my life forever. Thank you! read more

I could not be happier with Access Document Scanning Services. I brought 10 years worth of old legal documents/precedent that were taking up boxes of space in my garage and Access Document converted those paper files into easily identifiable and perfectly indexed files. Thank you Access for making my life so much easier read more

We received impressive and professional service from Access Scanning at competitive pricing that makes sense to use them. We had a large project of files from years of storage. They came out to assess the project. They are always available to assist and provide recommendations for data management. Javier is amazingly patient and knowledgeable. This is a privately owned and operated business by a fantastic husband and wife team. Javier responded to my email within a few hours with a quote for my scanning work and it was the least expensive of the top contenders for my order. As an artist I must have quality scanning to make quality prints. I couldn't have done this job without his quality, pricing and expertise. Along with his lovely and helpful wife's support, I will always be loyal to them! read more

I own a property management company in Pasadena. We had dozens of boxes of documents from homeowners associations that we had hard-copies only. These paper back-ups were the only copies of documents the HOA buildings had on hand. Manually searching these boxes was a nightmare. Javier and the team came and picked up all of the boxes from our office - took them and scanned them - including some mismatched items and some oddly shaped papers. Then, they brought them all back to us quickly - including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for the newly scanned files. This significantly improved our ability to search old records, etc. They were really affordable as far as document scanning services are concerned and more importantly - they took the stress out of the process! They just got it done! Wonderful people - would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional document scanning service. read more

Javier Rios of Access Scanning is fantastic! I had a small job, walked in, and he took care of me right away, making sure I had exactly what I needed before I left. Javier and his company has provided scanning services for our company on numerous occasions. His work is always expeditious, detailed, thorough and of high quality. I've had experience with other scanning companies and no one compares to this level of service. Our projects have included scanning many cabinets of client files, contracts and most recently all of our payroll records. The records are picked up, reviewed and a plan is discussed on site. Once they got started scanning the records, they provided a sample to us to ensure the retrieval of the documents was what we had agreed to. I will continue to use their services without hesitation except we are totally paperless and loving the efficiency that on line documents provide, as well as gaining the space for new staff! Thank you Javier for helping us with improving our office efficiency. Javier is always professional and honest in his word and delivery of the service. Excellent, excellent, excellent. read more

I can't even believe how easy this was to do, and we're in even more disbelief as to the product we received -- ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We are a Law Firm in Los Angeles that has been in business for 30 years, and we are working on moving offices (after being here for close to 25 years). We have TONS of files and papers that need to be scanned as we work to move toward a more "paperless" existence. This project seemed so overwhelming....until we found access scanning. Not only are they THE most affordable out of the close to 20 different companies we looked at, but the work they did was so flawless that we are now getting ready for more and more boxes to be given to access. They labeled things exactly how we requested, and they even put in place markers to label certain areas within the scans (which has saved us a ton of time). Honestly, best company I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Special thanks to Javier Rios who helped us from start to finish. Can't recommend them enough. read more
