Wonderful people and wonderful work!! Always communicative and on time. Would recommend to family and friends!

Nimrod did an amazing job transferring our old videos and storing it on a memory device. We had a lot of videos of our kids that were stored on old media. We could never watch them before now. Nimrod was very nice, very professional and I would definitely recommend using his services! read more

Called to ask a question about a service they provide. They said they couldn't help with what I needed and I asked about an alternative and made a suggestion about what might work and the guy said "we don't give out information or consult the public on what you could do instead." How rude! I wasn't asking for your trade secrets or secret recipe my guy. Thankfully I found a solution (and it was what I had suggested) and moved on. read more

AMAZING SERVICE! Nimrod is a true professional - expert, helpful, generous in sharing his knowledge. Fair, honest, and upfront too about what types of transfer work they offer and pricing. A real pleasure to work with. Years ago, I had a bunch of old Super 8 films transferred to VHS. Time to update to digital. Advanced Media transferred my old family films to high-resolution digital format, and even enhanced the quality of the images! In just a few hours, Nimrod emailed me a link to AM's file service from which I downloaded the ~80GB file. He even suggested the best software I'd need to view it and emailed me a link to get it. Seriously, they are incredible and so helpful. Now, my siblings are clamoring for copies. Thank you a million times over, Advanced Media and Nimrod. DW read more

Nimrod and his amazing team were nothing short of technological magicians, bringing long-dormant family memories back to life. My family had several old films and cassettes that had been in storage for decades, and the Advanced Media team were able to quickly and efficiently transfer them to a hard drive, where they can now be shared with everyone in my family without fear of the original film deteriorating. More importantly, my family can retain our connection with our past -- and the family members who are no longer with us. If you happen to have old films and videos like this lying around, having them professionally transferred to a digital medium strengthens family bonds - it's such a joy to see younger versions of your siblings, parents, grandparents, and other family during candid moments from the past. The group at Advanced Media is the prime choice to take these precious memories. In terms of service, Nimrod was very clear regarding the timetable and cost for transferring our films. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and I felt much more comfortable giving our precious memories to an actual person and supporting a brick-and-mortar L.A. store, as opposed to shipping them to some anonymous and expensive transfer service. In short, expect professionalism and timely service from the Advanced Media team. I fully endorse them and expect to use them to transfer any further batches of film, VHS or Hi8 tapes in the future. read more

Nimrod was enormously helpful and answered all my questions thoughtfully. I appreciated his expertise, his willingness to share that expertise, and the guidance he offered towards processes and outcomes that actually served me well, and not just toward the most expensive options. When I failed to provide useable drives for delivery, he worked with me in transfering the data safely, in a way that was above and beyond what was standard. read more

I trusted Advanced Media with a cherished family project and they did a great job converting it. My film was in really rough shape and they did a great job. Nimrod is great to deal with. We give our highest review to Advanced Media LLC. There are businesses closer to us who provide similar services, but we are glad we chose to work with Advanced Media LLC. Nimrod at Advanced Media transferred old 8mm film of my wedding --film that was 50 years old -- and did a fine job. A few years ago, Advanced Media also transferred all of our family video tapes to a hard drive and DVDs. Their work was excellent. These are professionals whose prices are very reasonable. In fact, once I wasn't even charged because they felt the quality wasn't up to their standards, even though it worked for me. I highly recommend Advanced Media. read more

We worked with Advanced Media for the QC and final delivery of our film to two of the major Hollywood Film Studios. Advanced Media, created the deliverables for our films US theatrical release and got us across the finish line for both the foreign and domestic video release. Nimrod and Robert were always very professional, timely and courteous. They were knowledgeable and experienced with the process, and did a great job of communicating with us along the way. Moving forward, Advanced Media will be my go to for all QC and deliverables needs. Thanks again Nimrod, we're looking forward to the next one! read more

We were looking for a place exactly like this, where we could actually meet and speak to a real person. We had a lot of old 8mm and VHS family video's that we wanted to transfer digitally. Nimrod and his crew did an amazing job. He guided us through the process and advised us on what to expect. He recognized that our video's were heirloom's (to us) and as such his recommendations on format, hardware and etc... were spot on. We couldn't be happier !!! read more

I found Advanced Media after a basic search to digitize content from an old audio cassette tape (it was 35 years old!). Nimrod was super helpful and responsive. He set an appointment to meet with me the next day, and since my job was small, got it done on the very same day, with great results. The price was super reasonable as well. I will certainly go back, and will easily refer them to anyone I know who needs a similar service. read more

Nimrod and his team at Advanced Media are the best! Friendly, quick and technically amazing work. With their suggestions, they digitized my old VHS tape and made the digital file look better than the original. I have worked in post-production for over 20 years and won't be looking anywhere else in the future when it comes to analog-to-digital conversions or duplications. I suggest you do the same! read more

Highly, highly recommended! For decades, my family had our old home video tapes gathering dust in the garage - 63 of them! When I decided to have them digitized, I expected an arduous process checking out the market, but Advanced Media was my first stop and I immediately decided to leave the tapes there. Nimrod was extremely kind, and extremely knowledgable. Every step of the way, he took significant time and energy to explain my options, what he recommends, and lay out different paths (conversion quality, price differences, file sizes, hard drive options, etc), and to answer my million questions. Nimrod / Advanced Media really understand the value your memories have in the form of this media, and want to help you digitize them in the highest quality, and then store them in the safest and most long-lasting way. The finished product arrived quickly, and my family has been treasuring these memories that have been brought back to life. Couldn't recommend any business more highly. Thank you! read more

Advanced media transferred all my original video footage from different sources (mini-DV, VHS, bunch of other formats I don't recall names of) into digital form where I can access easily, like i can access my iPhone videos- about 100 videos in total. Nimrod was professional, courteous, and kept in communication about any difficult issues he would come across and how he's going to overcome them. Final result was of great quality and I'm very happy to be able to hold on to my old memories without concern over degradation (original film can degrade over time). I just gave him my second job of converting my DVD's (ie my kids' ice skating and music performances). Can't wait to see those results too! Can't recommend enough!! read more

Advanced Media did an excellent job at putting all forms of media into a digital format for me, from VHS and DVD to super 8 and CDs. Thanks so much Nimrod for your timely and professional work! read more

Transparent, very communicative, gave the best process available to digitize my vhs tapes. fair pricing, and prompt work!

Truly grateful for Nimrod & the team at Advanced Media. Their work is dedicated, fast, affordable, & professional. We sent them a wide variety of footage for use in a feature documentary - VHS, miniDV, and even a Beta SF tape that had been decaying in a storage locker for 35 years. We'd thought the Beta footage in particular was a lost cause, but Advanced Media was able to bring the tape back to life and give us what became a centerpiece of our film. They even did a second pass at no cost which further helped clarify the video & audio. I'll absolutely return to them in the future for all of my transfer needs. read more

Fantastic service - they went above and beyond to get my (small) job done in just a few hours. I've worked with Advanced Media on my two feature films and will be back for many more. I've hired them for QC reports and authoring two Blu-Rays for limited production runs. Their prices are excellent, their work is great and I feel like I can rely on them to take care of the projects I care most about. I've worked with other authoring houses and my experience is that many either don't have an eye for detail, don't have the industry experience to know the best solutions to issues, or are difficult to work with. Advanced Media is the exact opposite - well versed in the film industry, delivering to a high degree of professional quality, and always looking for ways to make the end product the best it can be. I'll be coming back to Advanced Media for many years to come. read more
