From childhood, my siblings, my parents, and my children from newborn to now. I was always too busy to go through the boxes and connect with all the beauty inside. Then Picture Sprout transformed all these hidden treasures into an extraordinary, highly-creative, organized, caring, relatable, enhanced, and skillfully categorized digital archive. All was beyond my expectations! In addition, I compared their pricing with other places, and not only are they fair and affordable, but their pricing, considering the superb quality of the results, pleasantly surprised me. I learned that both owners, Blue and Grover, are award-winning artists and filmmakers. What they did for us is a reflection of their artistic and human values. I highly recommend them!

These were envelopes, photo albums and a lot of loose photos. A few details I want to say: In addition to getting a harddrive with all of the high quality scans, I received all of my photos back in 3 archival photo boxes that were also labeled and organized. I wanted to have all of the photos in iCloud, and they were extremely easy to work with on setting that up, so now all of those older family photos are in my iPhone in date order. I can just scroll back all the way, and share them with anyone in my family. They are competent, professional, knowledgeable and so nice! I can't wait to start another project with them making a printed photo album.

Thankfully, I was able to get a bulk discount by converting multiple reels at a time. I made several trips to drop off and pick up the converted videos. Each time, the person I dealt with or spoke with on the phone was very friendly, personable, and professional. They all couldn't have been nicer. The time it took to convert each set of filmstrips was reasonable. The quality of the converted videos turned out excellent! I am very pleased with how they turned out and have been sharing the links with many friends and family. The videos are truly treasured keepsakes. DVD Your Memories was recommended by one of my cousins and it certainly worked out that this location was very convenient. I can't recommend this place enough!

Jaime from Unlimited Copy Services delivered the most STELLAR customer service I've ever received…read more And this is no exaggeration!! I was working on a court case back in July at the 11th hour. Literally. By 1am, I realized I needed copying services -- I had over 100 pages that needed Xeroxing before my court case at 8:30am that morning. I frantically called around and sent emails to a few 24-hour services that were listed on Google. No one got back to me, except for Jaime at Unlimited Copy Services. He returned my voicemail immediately, to my huge relief. Jaime was so kind and went above and beyond. At 1:41am, Jamie texted me his email so I could send him all my documents for copying. At 2:06am, Jamie had three sets of 69 pages assembled perfectly with binder clips. I asked him where he was located so I could pick up the copies. Jaime offered to deliver the documents to me instead!! By 3:21am, we met up at my neighborhood Walgreen's parking lot for the copy hand-off. Jaime was going to charge me something ridiculously low like $50 for the copies. I insisted on paying him more for his time, effort, and energy -- $125 (see attached receipt). You can't put a price tag on that kind of service -- especially when dealing with Los Angeles Superior Court!! I can't recommend Jaime's business enough!! (Although whether or not he'll meet you in a Walgreen's parking lot at 3:21am for a copy hand-off is entirely up to him!!)

I am re-reviewing this place after Yelp removed my previous review because it was "heresay"…read more I am a video production professional with over 20 years of experience and have worked with video duplication houses throughout these years. I personally hand-delivered and viewed the work of this duplication house for several months as I used them to duplicate betacam tape to both DVCAM and DVD. I brought approximately 8 jobs to them and over half of them they did incorrectly and I had to return and have them do it over again. For example, no audio on a duplication of a concert! The final error on their part resulted in the missing of an on-air deadline and that resulted in the end of my relationship with this business. This was my personal experience and is not "heresay". It is my professional opinion that this business, which performed less than half of the duplication jobs I requested correctly, is incompetent and I would not recommend them.
