I've been getting most of my dry cleaning here for many years. I say most because it's somewhat of a drive for me but I think it's worth it. Only when I'm in a real hurry do I use a more local place but they're twice the cost! Service here is always great, my dry cleaning is always pristine, and always on time. It's a great value. read more

Reliable affordable dry cleaning. What more do you want from a dry cleaner and laundry provider? Their family has deep experience with decades of expertise in this business. Who better to trust with your valuable clothes? This a no brainer for me. read more

Took a comforter in to be dry cleaned, after picking it up found it had shrunk 8 inches. They attempted to fix it to no avail. After talking with owner "Andrew" He told me to bad you signed a release. I asked for at least some credit for future cleaning, he refused and I said maybe we should go to small claims court he said go ahead and hung up. Wouldn't take anything to them. read more

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for several years. Mainly to avoid ironing. The staff is always cheerful and pleasant. My items are always ready when promised. The location is convenient to where I live. I looked and couldn't find a more affordable price - so - I feel this is a good value especially because the service I receive is so good and consistent. I saw some of the other reviews- but - I think those people blamed THEIR problems on other people. If you wait til the last minute to do stuff - it is not the business's fault if they cannot accommodate you. BTW - I have nothing to do with this company. I don't know them in any way. I just think it is wrong to leave unfair reviews. read more

I've been getting suits, sweaters, dresses, and my comforters cleaned here for years. They always do a great job. I have never been disappointed. I even trusted them to preserve my wedding dress from 20 years ago and it is in pristine condition. read more

I have been going to this cleaner for 14 years. For about the last year or so my dress shirts kept coming back with buttons broken. I mentioned it to them a few months ago and was told it was due to the presses. It continued to happen. I mentioned it again several weeks ago to a different employee and was given the same answer. They charge $1.50 for each button they replace and so last week when I was getting dressed for work I went to put on a blue shirt and between the 3 i had just picked up there was a total of 6 broken buttons. I couldnt wear any of them. That is when I started adding up how much i had been spending on replacing broken buttons that the dry cleaners damaged. Didnt seem really fair to me so I took the 3 shirts back and now for the third time I am talking to them about the same issue. I asked that they repair them for free this time and i would pick them up at the same time I picked up my other cleaning. Today I went to pick them up and was told by the associate that the owners would not repair them for free and if I wanted to take my cleaning somewhere else that was ok. I know them losing my business wont put them under and the $9.50 wouldnt break me to pay for them myself but that really isnt the issue. I spend $700-$1000 a year there for 14 years and would have probably for the next 14 years. But with customer service like this I might as well get a new cleaner now since eventually people like me that have never written a complaint in their life will want better service and look elsewhere. read more

This review is for the "sewing and alterations". Don't come here if you have a tight schedule. The ONE lady is ONLY there Tuesday's and Thursday from 9-12(if that). I've been here 5 separate occasions during the times and days she is there and she "already left". In my opinion you shouldn't have a sewing and alterations part of your company is the lady is there less than 6 hours a week. That doesn't work for people that work full time. Instead of worrying about your employees schedule so much, cater to your customers because you just lost another one. read more

I have been using this dry cleaners for about 2 years. In the beginning the service and quality was really good, however over the last 6 months the quality of the dry cleaning has deteriorated significantly. My cleaning has been returned with obvious spots/stains and in some cases it doesn't even appear to have been cleaned. I understand if missing a spot happens occasionally but it has now become a regular happening. I have also had numerous garments returned with buttons ripped off and pant hems pulled down. To make matters worse they don't highlight the problem. I find these problems after I pack for business trip while I'm on the road. Finally, to top things off, the last (and I mean the last) time I dropped off my cleaning I showed the clerk (a short Hispanic looking girl who could use a couple courses in customer service) some spots on a couple of my shirts. She told me that I should pre-spot them at home before I bring them to be dry cleaned because pre-spotting isn't the dry cleaners responsibility. This took the cake. I've been taking my cleaning to dry cleaners for 50 years and have never ever had a dry cleaners tell me to do this. I know this cleaners can do a good job but right now I'm not going back nor would I recommend them to anyone. Management should be paying attention or they may not have to worry about customers as the will all be gone. read more

I have been using Alta Dry Cleaners on Cal Oaks and now my buttons are either broke or burnt they say it's the buttons? So why have they not broken before new people bad service they just suck anymore! read more

Service could not be worse here! My husband took in his Army uniform to get patches sewn on and they did them incorrect. We were told there was nothing they could do and that we would have to pay for them to be corrected. The corrections were $6 each. Needless to say, we did not have them corrected and left it alone. Against my better judgment I did this again with my son's young marine uniform, but this time I gave them the handbook to tell them exactly where they were to be placed. Again, it came back wrong! When I called to ask for them to fix this they explained that the seamstress would not want to do it over for free and that she does not go through the books to find out the placement. I told them to have the cleaners pay for their mistake and re-do it. They said their was nothing they could do and they do not take customer information to let the owner know that the issue needs to be resolved. The lady who took the call had a huge attitude and when I told them I would be following through with Better Buiness Bureau and yelp review, her response was, "Well you can do what you want." Like the other review, they clearly do not care about the business taken there or their repeat customers and they clearly do not care about their fellow uniformed soldiers. I will never go back and will be making this know as many places as possible! read more

These people ruined my clothes then called me a liar for calling it to their attention. Hateful people. Nasty temper, not suited for dealing with the public. Shoddy work. read more

This is the WORST dry cleaners to take anything you highly value. One main reason is that the owner himself does not stand behind the quality of the work. The quality is mediocre at best, but loyalty to their customers is nonexistent; they could care less if they have your business or not. If anyone ever has laundry or dry cleaning done here (especially at the Wildomar location) I hope you never ever have a problem because they do not handle complaints well at all, even small minor ones like mine. Oddly, my encounter was very similar to Suzee's from Redlands posted on yelp, commenting about Alta II Dry Cleaners in Murrieta. The only exception is that the owner yelled, used profanity, and refused to refund my money for work they never performed. They simply hung my blouses on a hanger and put plastic over it. When I attempted to show the items to the owner that my clothes were never steam pressed, as I paid for, he first accused me of staging the discrepancies myself, and then abruptly told me that he no longer wanted to discuss the matter, used profanity, and then told me to leave his store. At the Wildomar store, a few of the employees seem nice enough, but the rest usually appear half asleep. Unfortunately, the worst service is performed by the actual owner who is an extremely discourteous man, belligerent, rude, and profane -he could care less about maintaining the most important attributes of a business - earning your customer satisfaction, ensuring customer loyalty, and establishment of a professional business/customer relationship. This is a very poorly managed business to spend your hard-earned money. Sadly, before taking my family's clothes here, I did not research the poor reviews about this business, also located in Murrieta by the same owners, posted here on yelp.com. read more
