I've had a red Michael Kors down jacket in & out of my trunk for about a year, it had some kind of ink stains on the collar which was visibly noticeable, regardless of whether I had a zipped up or down.It looked like some of the Michael Kors print on the inside back actually ran onto the jacket! I decided to have them try to fix it. I knew the stain wouldn't come out because it was Ink and it had been there for a long time. It was a down jacket so the outside of it is nylon. I tried many things trying to get it out myself many home remedies even took it to some dry cleaners and they said they couldn't do it so I decided to give Antelope Dry Cleaners a shot with doing an alteration by giving them the little red pouch that the jacket came in which was of the same fabric and I asked if they could just use that pouch and cover up the collar. My husband just picked up the jacket for me today and it looks absolutely amazing! They did an impeccable job! you would never know that they actually use a different piece of fabric and covered over the entire collar. The price was amazing as well. They are truly the best cleaner/alterations I have found in all my adult years! I'm 68 so that says a lot! Scotty, the owner is so sweet & friendly, as is everyone I've met on the entire staff. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. When I can't make it to Temecula where there are upgraded, digital machines, 5 star, manned with an assistant service, I get to reluctantly come to Sun City and play roulette with the quarters. No refunds if the machine eats your money - if the dryer doesn't dry - if the washing machine never starts. It happens a lot. Newer equipment has been installed in about 1/3 of the place - even that is questionable. DON'T put your money into a digital card - even those don't work. Lastly, often the water levels are so slight, I feel...gypped, ripped off, frustrated almost to tears - I had to calm myself by sweeping up the place, yesterday 07-03-25 - don't want to clean my dirty laundry in a disheveled, ratty laundry mat.
