Total dump!! Spend your money elsewhere. Change machine was out of order, was told it would be 5 minutes. After waiting over half an hour (and watching 3 people take that time what should have taken one person 10 minutes) they decided to talk about me and disparage my character. I'm appalled by the complete lack of decency and the utter absence of any customer service. If I hadn't already loaded my clothes and soap I would have left. This is the sister facility to the Coin Op next to Stater Bros. in Sun City. I just wrote a review on that one, too - 07-04-25. I began using this one in 2017, too, alternating. The one next to Stater Bros. just got new washers and dryers last year - in about 1/3 of the facility. Across the board, the problems you're reading about exist. Machines broken with sticky notes affixed to the coin slot on the machine; dryers that don't dry; questionable washer water levels; no service attendant on site - EVER, save for early, early mornings. Is this a bad thing - well, drop a load of laundry in a front-loading machine, shut the door, throw some quarters in - and the machine won't take any more coins NOR return them. I put a quarter in the dryer to turn it on and check to see if I feel heat first. The observations and inconvenience go on and on and on. The only beautiful thing at these two laundromats is the other people doing laundry, too. Nice people, great conversations and debriefing about our experiences with trying to do laundry - I emphasize 'trying'. read more

Well , the place is dirty, very rarely is there ever anyone there, the machines still take coins however, they take more than it actually cost and because there is no one there you can't get your money back. The change machine took $5 of my money, so I called the number as directed by the sign and of course the voice-mail is full so then you have to text and don't get a reply. I called weekend number and had same issue so I text them . I have gone over there numerous times to collect my $5 with no luck. Beware of this place. I will drive extra 10 minutes to go somewhere cleaner with someone on site incase of any issues. Keep my $5 , its worth my time to give you honest reviews and let people know to go somewhere else. read more

Second time the dryer burnt my clothes I thought the first time it was because I placed it in high and maybe that certain dryer was defective but this second time it did the same exact thing , all of mine and my babies clothes especially the warm winter clothes are rough and burnt ! If you like spending 3 hours in a filthy laundry mat and spending over $20.00 then this is the place for you!!!! Literally would give this place negative 5 starts. Every single machine in there is filthy. The panel of a washer fell off while my daughter was walking next to it. Was not even screwed to the machine. It looks like they have a lot of washers and dryers when you peep in, but looks can be deceiving. I literally had to switch my clothes into 4 different dryers that I was using. About 3/4 of the machines are actually out of order, and the ones that are "working" have no heat... It's literally a waste of time. My clothes are still damp. The final straw were the homeless and the adults doing drugs right outside the door. I honestly don't know how this place has passed any time of inspections. read more

Sooo. Where to start. The place smells like urine in the back. There are homeless people who sit outside and do drugs (sell&use) near the front entrance. They have been there every Sunday morning that I've come. There are always several maxhines under maintenance. The dryers do not work well. Ask the regular patrons which machines to use so that you don't run through your quarters trying to find a machine that will actually dry your clothes under $3 in quarters. It's hot as hell in there. This is one of the only laundromats in the entire city of Menifee...you would think that that would do better by there patrons. The place does not feel safe and is usually dirty. read more

I read the directions on machine and placed cover in added soap and $5 in quarters at which point it never came on so I called the service number and a teenager who answered said nobody could help me until Monday . This place is hot mess. It's not very well maintained. The machines are so old, a good number of them don't work or need repair. If you have one or two loads, it's convenient for a quick wash if you live nearby. But don't plan a special trip if you have multiple loads; half the machines frequently are in operable and you'll have to wait a while for one that does work. Watch your dryer. The weight of tumbling laundry may cause the door to open because the patches are broken most off the time. It's obvious that the owner doesn't invest to service or improve there machines on a regular basis. read more

I'm writing this review because I was annoyed with the bottom reviews --so here we go...LETS BE REAL everyone, you will RARELY come across a Laundromat that will be super clean, neat, or decent looking. Don't be surprised if you see creatures coming out of the dark or weird people. I just came back from here and it was I expected- a typical dirty/average Laundromat you see majority of places. BOTTOM line we're all here to get our shit cleaned. YES some of the machines don't work, YES it is dirty, YES on occasion you'll see the guy in the corner talking to himself, YES the bathroom smells awful (don't use it), and YES some of the machines smell. What do you expect? It's the luck of the drawl I guess, I managed to use the smaller machines that worked for me (mind you I smelled them before I placed my clothes) and they were just fine. I was skeptical with the bigger ones, I read a review which someone had their clothes on a spin for hours (and yes that happened tonight as well - avoid big machine #35 - poor guy), at least with the smaller ones you can open the lid and take your stuff out. I found that some of the dryers were out of service and some worked (they charge 25 cents per 7 minutes) at first I thought it was a rip but with a decent bulk of clothes you can get your clothes dry with 50 cents (the dryers are hot as heck). Overall, please don't set your expectations high, you will be very disappointed. I was in and out within an hour; I'm from out of State so I found the closest Laundromat. This place sucks. Our dryer broke so we took a few loads over there. There is three aisles of machines and the whole of the center one was flooded from leaking front loading washers. Well, we had to get our wash done so we stayed. We loaded up two of the big front loaders only to find out that they would not turn on. No sign or anything. BTW, thanks to the locals who knew it was out of order, watched us load it with clothes, money and detergent and never said anything about it to us, but were talking about it to each other! It's also two stores down from a totally skeezy lingerie and adult shop, so be prepared if you have kids with you. Next time we have a problem with our laundry, I'll drive a ways to avoid going here again. read more

They don't even deserve a star. This has to be the nastiest laundry mat i have ever been to. My washer went out yesterday and this was the closet to home. I figured since sun city is a retirement community it would some what be nice. Most the machines are out of order and the washers that do work have mold growing. My main issue is that someone has to go to the store and lock and unlock it why not go through and check the machines hang signs as needed which in my opinion 2 max should be not work and also clean the mechines. Recently moved so no washer/dryer setup yet. Decided to take my laundry here and the first thing I noticed was the awful burnt cheese smell. Kind of like a moldy sponge covered in baby poop. So I decided I'm gonna do 2 of the large loads and head out like a fetus. I put my 4.75 into the machine and nothing. The machine than resets and asks for another 4.75. The attendant tells me the owner will look into it. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. read more
