I called them to find a local locksmith because I kept getting routed to call centers. They sounded like they were going to help me out, I purchased my own keys. For $180, I drove my own keys out to carson to prevent another service call charge for them to cut and program. They were scheduled at 8 30 am, knowing I was relying on them to drive my car that day. They showed up, machine dead and I had to go without my car...again. They came back out while I was at work, and without my permission, made their own key fob because mine apparently wouldn't program, and took the keys back with them to Carson. So here I am still no keys, still no car. I have to drive out to carson AGAIN to get my keys and the price is now more than she agreed originally. I could have went with my first call to carkeyexpress who was going to COME TO MY HOUSE AND CUT/PROGRA keys for a total of $200. I let them rip me off thinking they would help me out going local. I'm driving out to get it over with today taking my other two keys that they never programmed to the locksmith that programmed the exact keys last time the chip broke and cut my losses with Alpine. Horrible experience. Charge me for your serviceman not showing up prepared. Sickening. Struggling teacher here just trying to get my car running before the school year and they took complete advantage. Not to mention the key they did program doesn't even have buttons. At first I thought maybe she is just having a bad day but after four visits and dealing with her three times over the years I've determined she just likes to talk down to people.
