We had a spring break on an old, heavy, 1970s garage door. I made an appointment with Mr. Dyer to come take a look. He called before the scheduled time to make sure we were home and arrived promptly. He replaced the spring and also checked our double garage door. He lubed and adjusted that door as well. He only charged me for the spring repair. The next morning, the door only came up a few feet. I called and he came out immediately. He thought that replacing the one spring would work but the new springs are smaller than the old spring I had. We decided to go to two springs. Everything is now better than it ever has been. I highly recommend Mr. Dyer (Jamie) for the quality of his work and how he stands behind it. I have used Dyer Overhead Door a few times. We had Jamie come out and replace one of our openers several years ago and he did a great job. We were very happy with his service so when my other door started having problems I had Jamie come out a take a look. We figured it would need to be replaced but Jamie was able to service to door and opener and we didn't have to replace it right then. Well finally it died and I called Jamie to come out and replace it. He is very honest and communicates well with what is going on. He was having difficulty getting the opener due to supply but worked hard to make it happen and kept us in the loop all through the process.
