Here's one: remove the LED light bulb from your motor unit--the one (or two) that lights up your garage upon activating the opener. LED bulbs give off RF energy (Radio Frequency) which can cause a logic board to fail--like mine!! Replace the LED bulb(s) with CFLs (fluorescent) or old-school incandescent bulbs, if you can find any (try Dollar Store or online). Who knew?
