I called and got the runaround and was told the owner would get back to me. That never happened. I cannot recommend this company at all. They are tied to A+ Garage Doors out of Utah.

I called and was assured the Technician would be at my home between those hours. At or near 1PM, I checked my e-mail and had a message saying the time was being changed to 3PM to 5 PM. I know things happen BUT when you are being strung along it is infuriating especially when you know the other party on the end of the call could care less and have matter of factly been blowing smoke up my leg all day. He confirmed the issue but unfortunately didn't have the correct model in parts to replace it. While he was there, he offered to help us get the door manually opened to get our cars out. He reassured us that he would be heading of Sacramento for the holiday weekend and would pick up the parts he needed. He also mentioned he would give us tips on how we could take care of lubricating the garage door and joints to keep it maintained. Devon returned after the holiday weekend and quickly replaced the spring and made adjustments to the tracks and checked the bolts. Took him half an hour to get the repair and maintenance done. Walked me through where I would need to lubricate if I wanted to take care of it myself in the future. Asked to put us on their reminder schedule for next year's maintenance.
