He reassured us that he would be heading of Sacramento for the holiday weekend and would pick up the parts he needed. He also mentioned he would give us tips on how we could take care of lubricating the garage door and joints to keep it maintained. Devon returned after the holiday weekend and quickly replaced the spring and made adjustments to the tracks and checked the bolts. Took him half an hour to get the repair and maintenance done. I'm a contractor and have had dozens of doors installed, this is the only one where I was not requested to specify it, requested they install it and was offered to have some sent out for a quote for new installation. Other than company policy I don't agree with , the tech did a good job. I would use again, but I would certainly consider getting other quotes. I will go buy the materials for $40 or $50 and install myself for what I would consider a complete project, but I'm not paying someone hourly and trip prices for this. The language from their website confirming side vinyl seals are important for the insulation and security of the door.
