I took my dog out hiking and lost my Jeep keys. I had no spare so I called Accurate Mobile Locksmiths. It was a Saturday and he came out right away. My Jeep was quite a way up a dirt road which would turn many people off but he made the drive and had me a new key cut and programmed in no time. Really grateful for the fast efficient service. I got locked out of my condo in the middle of a snowstorm and roads were closed all around the mountain at the time. They were very quick and helped me in a bind but the man that helped me was very discourteous in every interaction. No one wants to lock themselves out, so making them feel dumber about it really isn't the way to go about your business. I was nice and thanked him because he really did help me, but he was mad I told him my id was in my house. I don't know what I would have done had he not shown up due to that. Needing an "emergency" locksmith after arriving from out of state and without a house key we attempted to contact at least 4 or 5 locksmiths listed under "24 hour emergency locksmiths". The first one called actually answered the call, but told us they were unavailable. Next 2 calls were voice mail, once of which was closed and the other wanted an appointment made. It was an emergency!! Accurate Mobil Locksmith answered our call and the technician arrived within 15-20 minutes!! It was a Friday night in January and approximately 9:00 PM. We could NOT wait until Monday morning. Thankfully we were in our home within the hour after finally calling the ONLY locksmith even able to help. Called because my partner locked himself out of our house while I was out of state. We had recently purchased this new home so we only had one key apiece and hadn't given a spare to a neighbor or friend yet. His wallet with any ID was inside the house. The man who answered my call was unhelpful and gave one word answers, speaking to me as if I were an idiot. I suggested that he show a bill to him with the address and his name on his phone to prove identification and a bank statement or anything else he could get on the outside. Said he would only accept a drivers license... which wouldn't even work in the first place since it had our old address on it! This guy was GREAT!!!! One reviewer said he had a bad attitude, and I was a little concerned about him not having a jovial personality but I think it is just how he is. He is not mean or grumpy, he just is quiet and not a bubbly personality. BUT, he came out immediately and gave me some excellent prices. I don't know why he was so kind to me but he did a great job and kept the cost low. He was not talkative but that would be about me, not him. He is who he is and I'd recommend him to everyone. Called because my 2 year old granddaughter managed to lock herself and her 9 month old sister in the bedroom. He made me cry, but in a good way. I had been hospitalized days before Christmas and there was a high chance of not being able to be released in time to see my family Christmas Day. When I was discharged my 75 year old grandmother came to pick me up. She got out of the car and the wind slammed the door shut. Keys locked inside. I someone to look up locksmiths so I could get some #s but was really worried since it was Christmas Day and everything is closed. Even if I found one I expected the cost to be some big bucks and with Christmas plus the hospital stay I had expected to need dip into emergency savings for this. My Grandma is on very limited income and I knew would not be able it. I had 3 # to try and the person who gave them suggested Accurate since they had mobile in the name might be able to reach someone. I called after 2 rings they answered. I told them where I was and my first name. He seemed a little gruff but I think that was a phone connection thing. He verified that the # I was calling from was good got the make color and model and said he would be there when he could and hung up. We waited did not know where he was coming from but 2 ladies in a hospital parking lot clearly in distress. When he arrived he said Hi looked the car over and got to work. Took maybe 5 min from when he stepped from his truck and the door was open. I reached in and grabbed the keys. Turned to ask him how much. Which my grandmother was also asking. He pulls his card out hands it to her and said Merry Christmas this one is on me. Then he gets in the truck and drives away. Que both me and my grandmother crying. What a wonderful company and great guy Aaron is! He helped an older lady in our city who had been victimized by some bad people by repairing all the locks at her home. The best part is he went above and beyond and did a lot of extra work to make this sweet lady feel secure again. This is the king of business you hope you never have to Yelp. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my key and the ignition in my Yukon after I filled up at Costco in Carson City. The key simply wouldn't turn at all. Anyway, I called AAA for a tow to the dealer after trying to make it work for 15 to 20 minutes. I was stuck with a SUV full of food and booze for New Years in Tahoe. NOT a good situation! My wife recommended Accurate Mobile after doing a Google search. AAA said it would take between 2 and 2 1/2 hours to get to me because of the snow storm. I called Accurate and he suggested a few things to try before his tech came out to try and fix the problem. I did without success. His tech showed up and got the key to work but said there were a few parts inside the ignition that needed to be replaced or it would happen again. After a total of an hour of work in the cold weather, he basically rebuilt the ignition and it works great. Total cost for the mobile service, parts and labor was around $200. Much cheaper than going to the dealer. I am never happy to have car issues but if you have a need for a locksmith, I would definitely recommend these guys!! read more

I called to make a residential appt to get my lock fixed. The guy that answered sounded mad I called! He was almost in audible and very disagreeable. He sounded like he was bothered to have me call. I made an appt because I needed one.... I then called around to see what the competitors could offer. I called three others and found them all to be a the least friendly and wanting to help. I made an appt with ALpine locksmith and quickly called this business back to CANCEL. Even when I called he barely could muster the strength to reply.
