Always on the hunt for new spots to try one of my favorites, poké bowl! I ordered a BYOB and ALOHA CLASSIC from here, for $13.99 each (you can also save 5% right now if you pay with cash!) In our BYOB... Purple rice Salmon Tomato Mango Avocado Corn Mayonnaise Spicy mayo Sesame seeds Roasted onions In the ALOHA CLASSIC... Purple rice Salmon Avocado Corn Cucumber Pickled ginger (comes with red onion, but I requested a sub) Tobiko Tempura bits Spicy mayo Unagi sauce Don't judge their containers at a first glance! They look shallow but the staff packed our bowls to the max. With the generous portions given, my poké bowl left me satisfied. Though their rice isn't flavored in itself, their salmon was nicely marinated and their sauces were delicious, especially the spicy mayo which packed in some heat for a nice kick. most importantly, food tasted fresh. I really have to commend them on the service that I received today! It was very friendly and made the whole process from in-to-out an easy one. PSA: due to the pandemic, this restaurant is currently operating as a TAKE OUT ONLY.

Ingredients were so fresh! We got this delivered for lunch and I got the Aloha Classic Poke Bowl. Portion was large it lasted me two meals! It is on the pricier side but the flavours were there and they did not skimp on portions at all! Would definitely go again

My new favorite poke place! Aloha Poke is a winner! I got the Salmon Classic poke bowl and it was delicious and fresh. I ordered mine with Purple rice. I wish I ordered it with half rice and half salad.. next time! The flavors are on point for a poke bowl. I love the crunchy tempura bits for texture. Great spot for poke in Vaughan

Amazing portions for the price you pay. They are very generous with the toppings. Thoroughly enjoyed this poke bowl at the only location in Woodbridge. I used poke sauce, sesame ginger and spicy mayo so it was a bit excessive. I wish there was a sushi rice option.

Our favourite poke place in the Vaughan/Woodbridge area! We've been coming here for years and we absolutely love getting their build your own bowls! Their ingredients are always very fresh and their service is fast especially when they get busy during weekday lunches. We're obsessed with how delicious their pre-marinated salmon is and love that they have such a large variety of toppings to choose from. Their bowls are about $15 and we'll definitely continue coming here for a long time.

My expectations have been exceeded with this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine "hellos" and a helpful staff that made great recommendations based on the fact that it was my first time there. I had the Aloha Classic Poke Bowl and it was delicious. Arguable one of the best poke bowls I've ever had! The portions were generous, ingredients were fresh, and overall value for my money was amazing. They offered me a 5% discount for paying cash. 10/10 I will be going back and making this a new lunch spot of mine.

Caught a glimpse of Aloha Poke as a rising star in the 'hot and new' feature of Yelps home page the other day and decided to take a trip by for a healthier new year lunch option. It's definitely new but more warm IMHO than hot. It appears to be either in an extended soft opening phase or they're going for an extremely minimalist approach to design and decor - service counter, tables and chairs, one sign that says company name and some yet to be unboxed television sets (which I assume will be hung here soon). Decor for me really doesn't make a difference if the food is going to stand out and with the massive menu of ingredients and pre-set bowl combinations, as well as steps on how to create your own bowl, I assumed I'd be in for a treat! I'm not aficionado on pole but I know what's good, and what's bad. And I know value for money. Aloha kinda lives on the border of all of these, not really striking me as remarkable but certainly not bad. They only offer one size of bowl and it's comparable to a small at other poke shops. I went with the pre-set tuna and wasabi mayo option and found that for the lofty price you got very little protein (likely pre measured to the gram) and a lot of filler. The filler in this dish was shredded iceberg lettuce which I was not a fan of. So many other quality ingredients out there and they've elected to go with the 'tap water' of vegetables - bland, tasteless and boring. I expected a bit more from a bowl of poke tbh. I could rank them lower BUT as they're new I'll give a second chance in a few weeks/months bc I do love poke but this spot needs to work out a few more kinks before I can give them a rave review Eatcrest Out

I just love the tofu here. It's marinated in this sweet savoury sauce. I always get 2x extra when I go. It always fills me up. I also get extra sauce on it as well- no charge if you don't get it on the side. My new go-to spot.

I'm just going to start by saying that this was such a great meal! I left feeling sufficiently full, and I was so happy because of how deliciously satisfying this Poke was. They have perfectly balanced flavours in everything I tried, and all items on the menu are so visually pleasing and colourful! I almost didn't want to eat it, it was so pretty, haha. Also, the staff was very friendly, which is always a huge plus :) . I'm seriously craving this again, and I hope to eat here again!

Excellent portions - not too much like some poke places but not too little either. You are just the right amount of full after. Salmon was fresh and all the flavours go together really well. My only critique would be that there should be more unique ingredients/flavour combos to make Aloha Poke stand out from other poke places.

Craving a good poke bowl and discovered this place on Uber Eats. We ordered the Wasabi Tuna and Unagi salad bowls. Both had excellent flavours and all the ingredients were fresh. Food was cold was it arrived, but unsure if that's due to weather or whether they serve poke bowls cold. Otherwise, the bowls were delicious.

I wasn't expecting the gold leaf OR edible flower garnish at all. It was a very cute touch on this very snowy day. The oshi sort of fell apart everytime I picked it up which was a shame because it was nicely charred and sweet from the mango. Bit of a personal peeve but I don't think sushi should fall apart when you pick it up with a chopstick. I think it should stay in tact. The Aburi Hamachi Oshi had a great char and was the standout because, honestly, blowtorched fish just wins every time. The Double Salmon Maki might look basic on paper, but it surprises me on every visit with how good it actually is. The seared butterfish in the Forbidden roll was rich and silky, and the seared scallop in The Fantasy roll was just as satisfying. No notes, just great sushi.

But I was curious enough to try them out, especially since they offer bubble tea and waffles - something you don't see at most sushi spots around here - and their prices are really reasonable. I went with their daily special (available every day except Sunday), which came with a spicy salmon roll, a few pieces of salmon sushi, a small salad- plain lettuce with sesame dressing, and miso soup. For the price, it's honestly a pretty good deal and satisfied my emergency sushi craving! The miso soup was nice and hot, the salmon sushi was okay, but the rice could use a little more flavour to give it that extra kick. The spicy salmon roll was a bit different, too; instead of the usual spicy mix, they used chopped salmon inside the roll and topped with spicy mayo, plus a nice crunch from tempura bits. If you're looking for affordable sushi that won't break the bank, Yume Sushi is worth checking out. It's a good spot to grab a quick meal, especially if you want a side of bubble tea or something sweet!

As it turned out, I wasn't in the mood for poke, but I immediately appreciated the ambiance and decor of this very reasonably priced restaurant. They're in a plaza with plenty of parking, which I also appreciated. When we entered, it was quite empty and quiet, which I tend to prefer. I noticed a sign indicating that they no longer offer AYCE. This would have really bummed me out normally, but we were planning on a smaller, a la carte lunch that day anyway. It didn't take too long to be greeted, and we could have our pick of most of the tables. We sat by the booze display case, although we didn't partake on this particular occasion. We were given our menus, which included a dedicated lunch menu. Both of us opted for a 3 roll selection that comes with miso soup and salad for $16.98. There's a 2 roll version for $11.98 as well but I was going to devour the plate itself. I was so hungry. We ordered plain hot water as it was a pretty cold, snowy day. Our first waters came quickly, and the soups and salads as well. I swear every sushi place I've ever been to gets their soup and salad from the same, giant dispenser, meaning, they tasted exactly the same. Not a bad thing, just makes it an average experience. For my rolls, I chose a deep fried crab/cream cheese; a shrimp tempura; and a salmon/cream cheese. My friend chose deep fried butterfish; eel/avocado; and spicy salmon. They didn't take long to arrive, but after that, we weren't checked on whatsoever. I liked that the rice to filling ratio on all of the rolls was not too high. The freshness was also good. My main complaint would be that the oil flavour was a little too pronounced on the tempura and fried rolls. That didn't stop me from inhaling my plate, though, figuratively speaking only, thankfully. We sat for a long while enjoying our meal, and my friend wound up not finishing her meal. While we appreciated not being hovered on as an attempt to clear us out ASAP, my friend had emptied her cup of water early in the meal and was really wishing for more. She tried getting our server's attention for a good while before she succeeded. I could see they do a brisk takeout business and were taking calls, but we really were ignored after being served our food. I ended up approaching the desk for our bill while my friend used the facilities as we finished up. I was able to get a cardboard container for my friend to bring her remainders home. Btw the facilities are very roomy and were clean, if getting worn, so that was another plus overall. I might return, but I would find the lack of AYCE option a disincentive as I've grown accustomed to that means of having endless variety. I do find the value for price point quite good, even though the food was so average, so I wouldn't mind doing the same place visiting the same friend in the neighbourhood. I'd be more prepared to have to seek out service more aggressively, but at least they were always polite. Overall can recommend.
