Delicious shrimp pho - yum yum
    Andrei A.

The shrimp pho was delicious. It was seriously good. The broth was delicious while the noodles were perfectly cooked. I can't wait to go back for more.

One of our go-to pho places in Vaughan! The broth is super flavourful and fragrant as they prepare it overnight. The delicious broth is what draws us back every time! Also love that it doesn't get too crowded and tables are nicely spaced out. A bit more of an "upscale" pho experience compared to many other chains with a higher price tag for a bowl of pho but worth it in our opinion! Perfect on a cold or rainy day. Our go-to orders are the Pho Tai Gan and Pho Tai Bo Vien. Pre-COVID, we would visit every weekend!

Owners are good , humble conversation but Pho taste could be better ! Frozen grapes were hit to cleanup the after taste of pho. The Pho stock needs more seasoning and flavour . Good luck guys will try back soon !

    Pork belly sandwich

Comparing to other pho place, this place is quiet expensive so my first impression wasn't good when I looked at the menu. Menu is very simple, no photos at all. Mango salad- it's so good! They pan fried onion and mix with fish sauce, then mix with the mango. Also come with shrimps too. It's a good beginning Vermicelli- portion is similar to other restaurant. BUT! The beef is different! They actually use tenderloin and it taste good. I can tell why the price here is more expensive. The cost is more expensive, the quality is high Pho- I would say it's over priced because the portion is small, enough for a lady for sure but not for a big man. Could be an L or XL with the same price from another Pho place THE BEST Pork Belly sandwich!! After trying different dishes, I would give it 4/5, but when I had mu first bite of this....I was amazed! The pork belly has skin so it's chewy, with the fat melting in your mouth, and the sandwich is crispy...this is wonderful. I would definitely give it 5/5 for sure and will come back. Must try guys! This sandwich is unbelievable

Seeing the high ratings we decided to try this place Must admit this is one of the most expensive pho's available in GTA Orderd 2 beef brisket pho's Quite steep and tasted average The broth missed the flavours and thought there was less salt in the broth The owner of the restaurant was very polite and hospitable Super excellent service The decor was interesting and loved the Corona with a twist of lime and salt Overall a great experience

Pretty good bowl of pho! Really liked the quality of the beef, very tender and a decent amount can be found in each bowl. Generous amount of broth as well. With that said, price is definitely on the high side as I have not seen a small pho priced at 12$ anywhere else!

Like others have mentioned, this isn't your average pho place which might not be a good thing. It's cleaner and nicer, but the food doesn't match and it's more expensive than your typical pho spot. I had: - Beef Pho: good but lacks the pungent, flavour-packed broth of a place like Pho Tien Tranh - Chicken Fried Rice w/ Salad: the rice was great, but not worth $14. Also, the "green" salad wasn't very green...it came with fruits and I'm not a big fan of sweet and savoury. - Tamarind Chicken Wings: a definite pass. The wings were overcooked and dry.

Nice little place, with cute decorations and interior design. The staff are very friendly, and patient. When we came there a was a few other people and as we ate dinner, more and more people showed up. I guess we were early. The menu had a wide selection of dishes including clay pots, which I would like to try next time. Didn't try the pho but got the Khao soi and it was not bad. They had the crunchy noodles on top and several toppings including cilantro (generous amounts, which I love), and carrots. The soup was not quite spicy, but did have the coconut flavor. I came in with no expectations, so I wasn't disappointed. Overall 7/10 would recommend if you're in the area and are craving Vietnamese food.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Restaurant was more than half full and I noticed patrons were mostly non-asians. Also noticed the restaurant decor was very nice (more upscale feel) and the place was very clean so maybe that's their niche ? A nice clean "western" appealing pho restaurant. I ordered a large pho and was pleasantly surprised to find its taste was just as good as any other pho restaurant. In comparison to other pho places portion size is smaller and price bit more expensive but the pho is good. If you want to be a bit bougee-r and take your date to a "nicer" pho restaurant with good food, this would be a good pick.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pho restaurant which I just quickly found on Yelp while in the area. The plaza it's in is not the nicest, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the interior was actually quite clean and spacious. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I had just a regular beef pho and enjoyed it. The broth has a coconut flavour to it which was different. The portion was also good as I got a generous amount of beef. The meal ends with complimentary frozen grapes which was nice and refreshing.

    Mango Salad with Sautéed Shrimp
    Dario S.

I have been to many Pho restaurants in Vaughan but must say this is one of my favourites in the area. Food was great and staff was very friendly. For appetizer I had the mango salad with sautéed shrimp. It was a decent size portion that is shareable. For my main I had the sautéed beef tenderloin over white rice. The tenderloin had a nice seasoning to it and was excellent. The menu had many options with many interesting combinations that I would be interested in trying. I will definitely go back.

The food was okay. It tasted a bit water down. The service was quick for take out. From a quick glance the interior looked nice.

Ever since I discovered the spicy Curry Brisket Pho ($20.95), it has always been my go-to dish here all year-round. As creamy and thick as the broth appears, the intense Thai coconut curry flavours are perfect to slurp down in this modern fusion dish. We always order Pho Nam (XL $21.50) as well and both come loaded with a heaping portion of brisket slices in the piping hot noodle soup. From time-to-time, we also add the Banh Xeo savoury egg pancake which arrives on a huge plate even larger than the noodle bowls. Presented with a heap of greens & herbs, the crispy golden crepe is light and filled with bits of shrimp, pork, onions & bean sprouts. This is wrapped with the lettuce leaf for crunchy and refreshing bites. The menu prices have slowly but steadily increased over the past couple of years. There is still cash discount available. Not much has changed with the decor over the years in this spacious but dated restaurant interior. Service is always kind, fast and kid-friendly which is nice for young families. Skip it or hit it? I admit we don't visit as often as we used to all factors considered but boy that Curry Brisket Pho is something I crave.

Shrimp and Pork Rice Paper Rolls - The shrimp, pork, and lettuce were wrapped on the very outside, but the inside was just fully stuffed with rice noodles. By the way I didn't see any sticky rice that was mentioned on the menu? House Special Noodle Soup - Meat lovers' choice. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and feels like a mini escape from the cold, gloomy city. The staff are all so kind and upbeat, it's hard not to leave in a good mood. The Hủ Tiếu was warm and comforting, with a rich, umami broth and generous portions of seafood and pork. The shrimp cracker was a nostalgic touch that instantly took me back to childhood. The phở was absolute perfection. Generous portions, liquid gold broth, and zero complaints. The Gà Nướng is always a favorite to share. Crispy, slightly sweet coconut rice triangles paired with juicy grilled chicken and nuoc cham made for the perfect balance of textures and flavors. Good sugarcane juice is hard to find in the city since most are muddy or too sweet, but theirs tasted just like home. The avocado smoothie was also delicious, creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. There was honestly nothing to complain about. Proces have gone up, so its definitely on the pricier side, but they reflect the general prices of most viet spots

We came here around 7pm and there was no wait time surprisingly. The fresh spring rolls didn't taste very fresh. It tasted premade and set aside since the wrap was a bit stiff. The peanut sauce was delicious, however I would skip this. The fried spring roll, was also not the best. The filling is dense and lacked flavour. The stars of the show: P1: NY's special: Broth tasted so rich and delicious, lots of beef and beef balls. 100% worth coming back and getting. I would suggest getting the M size unless you are super hungry the portion size for a L is huge! P9: Braised beef short rib pho, meat is falling off the bone delicious. Only comes in one size, broth tasted much richer than the P1 with different flavours. It's definitely worth trying atleast once. Overall, would come back for pho and to try other items. Skip the rolls altogether.

Best to go on weekdays to get a better chance for seating. Recently tried a couple new items on their off menu including the curry beef noodle (fried egg noodles on top), these crispy triangle shaped rolls (forgot the name) maybe pork and crap roll? Then followed up with something I've gotten before the dry chicken pho noodle salad. The curry beef with the crispy egg noodles reminds me of khao soi though there is less of a coconut flavour and more salty and savoury. I don't usually have curry Vietnamese style so I didn't know what to expect. But we found it a little too salty and also I personally prefer my curry a little sweeter like Japanese or coconut-ish like Thai or HK style curries. It's good, just not to our palate. It's a generous portion so we took it home and actually used the remaining curry broth to make a tasty stew with other ingredients and a touch of marinara sauce and it turned out really tasty! The crispy triangles rolls we had were fantastic and I like the side of fresh greens with it. Dry chicken pho noodle salad is always good. I like that they provide the broth of beef balls on the side so you can always enjoy it with the broth if you like. I think the extra broth with beef balls only happens for dine-in though because I have taken out that same dish before and I don't remember them including the extra broth on the side. The other time we also tried their shaking beef (comes with a fried egg on top) with rice and ordered the tapioca seafood and pork noodle soup - look through my later photos for reference. I don't think we'll order the shaking beef again but the tapioca noodle soup would be in rotation. Love that they are always experimenting with different dishes and I'm always excited to try something new here from their off-menu dishes.

However The food I ordered didn't live up to the hype. We ordered 1. The sizzling meat plate with baguette 2. Banh Mi Dip (beef banh mi with a soup dip) 3. Small fried spring rolls Now, maybe I came in with overly high expectations. I've seen some reviews raving about these menu items But I was very disappointed in the dishes. The sizzling meat plate was actually not sizzling and was Luke warm. (Although flavours were not bad). The banh mi sandwich was kinda soggy even without dipping yet. And The fried spring rolls tasted like they were bought and frozen and not handmade. (I could be wrong but if I am, then that's even worse) All in all I won't be back, sorry But If you do go, maybe you will have a better experience with the food 3 stars is the best I can give, given it is a local spot and deserves all the support from Yelpers.
